Uoči devetog izdanja Wings for Life World Run utrke održana je ovog petka u Zadru konferencija za medije, na kojoj su sudjelovali Branko Dukić, gradonačelnik Zadra, Marijo Tokić, voditelj službe za javni red i sigurnost PU zadarske, Ivana Grbin, glasnogovornica PU zadarske te Iva Milevoj i Jure Šango kao predstavnici organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Nakon dvije godine pauze zadarska utrka u nedjelju će doživjeti svoje sedmo izdanje i okupiti pet tisuća natjecatelja, a procjenjuje se da će privući oko 12 tisuća gostiju čiji se dolazak očekuje u grad.

"Ovaj događaj postao je zaštitni znak grada Zadra i hvala organizatorima što su ostali vjerni našem gradu. Hvala trkačima koji su strpljivo čekali ovu utrku dvije godine. Vjerujem kako i ove godine sve sudionike spremno dočekujemo, baš kao i samu utrku koja na jedinstven način podiže svijest o problemima osoba s ozljedama leđne moždine," rekao je gradonačelnik Zadra, Branko Dukić.

"Bit ćemo globalno jedna od sedam organiziranih utrka na službenim lokacijama, a trčat će se također putem aplikacije u ukupno 165 zemalja. Slike Zadra i naše utrke obići će u nedjelju cijeli svijet i htjela bih se zahvaliti gradu, gradskim službama i policiji, jer Zadar je predivan domaćin koji maksimalno podržava utrku. Svakako se moramo zahvaliti i volonterima, bez kojih ovo ne bi bilo moguće organizirati," rekla je Iva Milevoj, u ime organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Zadarski Wings for Life World Run prvi je put organiziran 2014. godine, a u međuvremenu je postao jedna od najvažnijih trkačkih manifestacija u Hrvatskoj. Mnogo znači lokalnim zaljubljenicima u trčanje, koji su sretni što imaju tako važnu utrku u svom gradu.

"Wings for Life World Run već devetu je godinu glavni motivator rekreacije u gradu. Paralelno s utrkom raste i rekreacijski sport u Zadru. Nama koji se bavimo trčanjem to je veliki motiv, jer imamo u gradu jedan event koji je toliko velik i dobro organiziran da nemamo potrebe ići u druge gradove. Nivo organizacije ne zaostaje ni za njujorškim maratonom pa možemo biti ponosni na našu zadarsku utrku," rekao je Jure Šango, član organizacijskog odbora i voditelj lokalne škole trčanja.

Od amatera do iskusnih profesionalaca, to je ljepota Wings for Life World Run utrke. Baš svi imaju pravo sudjelovati na ovoj utrci. Njezin jedinstven format omogućio je trkačima i sudionicima u kolicima zajedničko utrkivanje zbog plemenitog cilja. Od 2014. godine, prijeđeno je 9,034,954 kilometara i prikupljeno 33,3 milijuna eura, a 100% iznosa svih startnina i donacija odlazi izravno na istraživanja leđne moždine.

Wings for Life World Run započinje u nedjelju u isto vrijeme na šest kontinenata, kada će cijeli svijet trčati zajedno za one koji ne mogu. Zadarska utrka startat će na Liburnskoj obali točno u 13 sati, uz posebnu nedjeljnu regulaciju prometa.

Na startu zadarske utrke bit će i ove godine brojni trkački rekreativci, kao i natjecatelji u kolicima koji će se s njima ravnopravno natjecati. A sudjelovat će i profesionalni trkači, među kojima se posebno ističe Nikolina Šustić Stanković, svjetska prvakinja u ultramaratonu na 100 kilometara, koja je i jedan od favorita za konačnu pobjedu..

Uoči devetog izdanja Wings for Life World Run utrke održana je ovog petka u Zadru konferencija za medije, na kojoj su sudjelovali Branko Dukić, gradonačelnik Zadra, Marijo Tokić, voditelj službe za javni red i sigurnost PU zadarske, Ivana Grbin, glasnogovornica PU zadarske te Iva Milevoj i Jure Šango kao predstavnici organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Nakon dvije godine pauze zadarska utrka u nedjelju će doživjeti svoje sedmo izdanje i okupiti pet tisuća natjecatelja, a procjenjuje se da će privući oko 12 tisuća gostiju čiji se dolazak očekuje u grad.

"Ovaj događaj postao je zaštitni znak grada Zadra i hvala organizatorima što su ostali vjerni našem gradu. Hvala trkačima koji su strpljivo čekali ovu utrku dvije godine. Vjerujem kako i ove godine sve sudionike spremno dočekujemo, baš kao i samu utrku koja na jedinstven način podiže svijest o problemima osoba s ozljedama leđne moždine," rekao je gradonačelnik Zadra, Branko Dukić.

"Bit ćemo globalno jedna od sedam organiziranih utrka na službenim lokacijama, a trčat će se također putem aplikacije u ukupno 165 zemalja. Slike Zadra i naše utrke obići će u nedjelju cijeli svijet i htjela bih se zahvaliti gradu, gradskim službama i policiji, jer Zadar je predivan domaćin koji maksimalno podržava utrku. Svakako se moramo zahvaliti i volonterima, bez kojih ovo ne bi bilo moguće organizirati," rekla je Iva Milevoj, u ime organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Zadarski Wings for Life World Run prvi je put organiziran 2014. godine, a u međuvremenu je postao jedna od najvažnijih trkačkih manifestacija u Hrvatskoj. Mnogo znači lokalnim zaljubljenicima u trčanje, koji su sretni što imaju tako važnu utrku u svom gradu.

"Wings for Life World Run već devetu je godinu glavni motivator rekreacije u gradu. Paralelno s utrkom raste i rekreacijski sport u Zadru. Nama koji se bavimo trčanjem to je veliki motiv, jer imamo u gradu jedan event koji je toliko velik i dobro organiziran da nemamo potrebe ići u druge gradove. Nivo organizacije ne zaostaje ni za njujorškim maratonom pa možemo biti ponosni na našu zadarsku utrku," rekao je Jure Šango, član organizacijskog odbora i voditelj lokalne škole trčanja.

Od amatera do iskusnih profesionalaca, to je ljepota Wings for Life World Run utrke. Baš svi imaju pravo sudjelovati na ovoj utrci. Njezin jedinstven format omogućio je trkačima i sudionicima u kolicima zajedničko utrkivanje zbog plemenitog cilja. Od 2014. godine, prijeđeno je 9,034,954 kilometara i prikupljeno 33,3 milijuna eura, a 100% iznosa svih startnina i donacija odlazi izravno na istraživanja leđne moždine.

Wings for Life World Run započinje u nedjelju u isto vrijeme na šest kontinenata, kada će cijeli svijet trčati zajedno za one koji ne mogu. Zadarska utrka startat će na Liburnskoj obali točno u 13 sati, uz posebnu nedjeljnu regulaciju prometa.

Na startu zadarske utrke bit će i ove godine brojni trkački rekreativci, kao i natjecatelji u kolicima koji će se s njima ravnopravno natjecati. A sudjelovat će i profesionalni trkači, među kojima se posebno ističe Nikolina Šustić Stanković, svjetska prvakinja u ultramaratonu na 100 kilometara, koja je i jedan od favorita za konačnu pobjedu..

Wings for Life World Run starta u nedjelju u 13 sati: favoritkinja je Nikolina Šustić Stanković, svjetska prvakinja u ultramaratonu

Uoči devetog izdanja Wings for Life World Run utrke održana je ovog petka u Zadru konferencija za medije, na kojoj su sudjelovali Branko Dukić, gradonačelnik Zadra, Marijo Tokić, voditelj službe za javni red i sigurnost PU zadarske, Ivana Grbin, glasnogovornica PU zadarske te Iva Milevoj i Jure Šango kao predstavnici organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Nakon dvije godine pauze zadarska utrka u nedjelju će doživjeti svoje sedmo izdanje i okupiti pet tisuća natjecatelja, a procjenjuje se da će privući oko 12 tisuća gostiju čiji se dolazak očekuje u grad.

"Ovaj događaj postao je zaštitni znak grada Zadra i hvala organizatorima što su ostali vjerni našem gradu. Hvala trkačima koji su strpljivo čekali ovu utrku dvije godine. Vjerujem kako i ove godine sve sudionike spremno dočekujemo, baš kao i samu utrku koja na jedinstven način podiže svijest o problemima osoba s ozljedama leđne moždine," rekao je gradonačelnik Zadra, Branko Dukić.

"Bit ćemo globalno jedna od sedam organiziranih utrka na službenim lokacijama, a trčat će se također putem aplikacije u ukupno 165 zemalja. Slike Zadra i naše utrke obići će u nedjelju cijeli svijet i htjela bih se zahvaliti gradu, gradskim službama i policiji, jer Zadar je predivan domaćin koji maksimalno podržava utrku. Svakako se moramo zahvaliti i volonterima, bez kojih ovo ne bi bilo moguće organizirati," rekla je Iva Milevoj, u ime organizacijskog odbora Wings for Life World Run utrke.

Zadarski Wings for Life World Run prvi je put organiziran 2014. godine, a u međuvremenu je postao jedna od najvažnijih trkačkih manifestacija u Hrvatskoj. Mnogo znači lokalnim zaljubljenicima u trčanje, koji su sretni što imaju tako važnu utrku u svom gradu.

"Wings for Life World Run već devetu je godinu glavni motivator rekreacije u gradu. Paralelno s utrkom raste i rekreacijski sport u Zadru. Nama koji se bavimo trčanjem to je veliki motiv, jer imamo u gradu jedan event koji je toliko velik i dobro organiziran da nemamo potrebe ići u druge gradove. Nivo organizacije ne zaostaje ni za njujorškim maratonom pa možemo biti ponosni na našu zadarsku utrku," rekao je Jure Šango, član organizacijskog odbora i voditelj lokalne škole trčanja.

Od amatera do iskusnih profesionalaca, to je ljepota Wings for Life World Run utrke. Baš svi imaju pravo sudjelovati na ovoj utrci. Njezin jedinstven format omogućio je trkačima i sudionicima u kolicima zajedničko utrkivanje zbog plemenitog cilja.
