Sveučilište u Zadru danas je upriličilo konferenciju za medije u obnovljenom prostoru stare Tehničke škole povodom završetka projekta Sveučilišna znanstveno-nastavna infrastruktura za 21. stoljeće, na kojoj su se novinarima obratili rektorica Sveučilišta u Zadru prof. dr. sc. Dijana Vican i gradonačelnik Grada Zadra Branko Dukić.

Novouređena zgrada stare Tehničke škole

Nakon 20 mjeseci Sveučilište u Zadru uspješno je završilo obnovu i rekonstrukciju stare tehničke škole, objekt povijesnog značaja na ulazu u staru gradsku jezgru. Građevinske radove, pod konzervatorskim nadzorom, izvela je tvrtka Strabag, projekt potpisuje tvrtka Sirius a nadzor nad građenjem provele su tvrtke D&Z I Investinžinjering. Objekt je prošao tehnički pregled i dobio uporabnu dozvolu. Trenutno je u tijeku opremanje kako bi se zgrada privela svrsi.

- Moram priznati da nam vrijeme, nakon što smo prije tri godine potpisali ugovor pod maskama, prije saznanja što nam pandemija nosi, nije teklo kao inače, nego s posebnim opterećenjem. Međutim, što je veće opterećenje to je veće zadovoljstvo kada završite projekt. Dijelim zadovoljstvo sa svojim prorektorima, Centrom za projekte, znanost i transfer tehnologija, Gradom Zadrom, projektantima, Strabagom, konzervatorima s kojima smo bili u stalnom dijalogu. Nismo se ulijenili, nastavljamo razmišljati i provoditi nove ideje koje imamo, istaknula je rektorica Vican, koja je najavila kako će na kraju ljeta biti svečano otvaranje, kada će građani, posebice oni koji su nekada bili učenici u ovoj školi, moći vidjeti kako je rekonstruirana.

Novouređena zgrada stare Tehničke škole

U obnovljenu zgradu stare Tehničke škole preselit će se nekoliko sveučilišnih odjela. Preseljenjem tih odjela na brownfield lokaciju stare zgrade Tehničke škole, koja će za potrebe izvođenja nastavne i znanstveno-istraživačke aktivnosti navedenih odjela biti opremljena adekvatnom informatičkom opremom, namještajem, nastavnim pomagalima i naprednim softverskim rješenjima, postići će se osuvremenjivanje rada studenata, akademskog i ostalog osoblja Sveučilišta.

- Kao gradonačelniku drago mi je da se nalazimo u završenoj zgradi te da smo u kratkom vremenu sudjelovali sa Sveučilištem u nekoliko projekata. Često smo ranije mogli čuti kako se radi o jednoj crnoj rupi, koja je sada postala biser Poluotoka. Čestitam rektorici i cijelom timu koji je doveo projekt do kraja, Grad Zadar Sveučilištu će i u budućnosti biti partner u novim projektima, rekao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

Što se tiče obnove drugog dijela kompleksa, nekadašnjih radionica, Sveučilište je dobilo pravo korištenja nakon dostupnosti sredstava iz fondova. Idejno rješenje postoji, istaknula je rektorica Vican te izrazila uvjerenje kako će se i taj dio zasjati u punom sjaju za mandata njezinog nasljednika prof. dr. sc. Josipa Faričića.

Novouređena zgrada stare Tehničke škole

Provedba projekta “Sveučilišna znanstveno-nastavna infrastruktura za 21. stoljeće KK.06.2.2.13.0001” započela je 1. lipnja 2020. godine, potpisom Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava, odobrenih za financiranje iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR), u okviru Poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga KK.06.2.2.13. ITU – Revitalizacija brownfield lokacija Urbanog područja Zadar, u sklopu Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. – 2020. Razdoblje provedbe projekta je od 1. lipnja 2020. do 1. srpnja 2023. godine. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 34.348.000,00 HRK, a EU sufinanciranje iznosi 26.000.000 kuna.

Sveučilište u Zadru danas je upriličilo konferenciju za medije u obnovljenom prostoru stare Tehničke škole povodom završetka projekta Sveučilišna znanstveno-nastavna infrastruktura za 21. stoljeće, na kojoj su se novinarima obratili rektorica Sveučilišta u Zadru prof. dr. sc. Dijana Vican i gradonačelnik Grada Zadra Branko Dukić.

Novouređena zgrada stare Tehničke škole

Nakon 20 mjeseci Sveučilište u Zadru uspješno je završilo obnovu i rekonstrukciju stare tehničke škole, objekt povijesnog značaja na ulazu u staru gradsku jezgru. Građevinske radove, pod konzervatorskim nadzorom, izvela je tvrtka Strabag, projekt potpisuje tvrtka Sirius a nadzor nad građenjem provele su tvrtke D&Z I Investinžinjering. Objekt je prošao tehnički pregled i dobio uporabnu dozvolu. Trenutno je u tijeku opremanje kako bi se zgrada privela svrsi.

- Moram priznati da nam vrijeme, nakon što smo prije tri godine potpisali ugovor pod maskama, prije saznanja što nam pandemija nosi, nije teklo kao inače, nego s posebnim opterećenjem. Međutim, što je veće opterećenje to je veće zadovoljstvo kada završite projekt. Dijelim zadovoljstvo sa svojim prorektorima, Centrom za projekte, znanost i transfer tehnologija, Gradom Zadrom, projektantima, Strabagom, konzervatorima s kojima smo bili u stalnom dijalogu. Nismo se ulijenili, nastavljamo razmišljati i provoditi nove ideje koje imamo, istaknula je rektorica Vican, koja je najavila kako će na kraju ljeta biti svečano otvaranje, kada će građani, posebice oni koji su nekada bili učenici u ovoj školi, moći vidjeti kako je rekonstruirana.

U obnovljenu zgradu stare Tehničke škole preselit će se nekoliko sveučilišnih odjela. Preseljenjem tih odjela na brownfield lokaciju stare zgrade Tehničke škole, koja će za potrebe izvođenja nastavne i znanstveno-istraživačke aktivnosti navedenih odjela biti opremljena adekvatnom informatičkom opremom, namještajem, nastavnim pomagalima i naprednim softverskim rješenjima, postići će se osuvremenjivanje rada studenata, akademskog i ostalog osoblja Sveučilišta.

- Kao gradonačelniku drago mi je da se nalazimo u završenoj zgradi te da smo u kratkom vremenu sudjelovali sa Sveučilištem u nekoliko projekata. Često smo ranije mogli čuti kako se radi o jednoj crnoj rupi, koja je sada postala biser Poluotoka. Čestitam rektorici i cijelom timu koji je doveo projekt do kraja, Grad Zadar Sveučilištu će i u budućnosti biti partner u novim projektima, rekao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

Što se tiče obnove drugog dijela kompleksa, nekadašnjih radionica, Sveučilište je dobilo pravo korištenja nakon dostupnosti sredstava iz fondova. Idejno rješenje postoji, istaknula je rektorica Vican te izrazila uvjerenje kako će se i taj dio zasjati u punom sjaju za mandata njezinog nasljednika prof. dr. sc. Josipa Faričića.

Provedba projekta “Sveučilišna znanstveno-nastavna infrastruktura za 21. stoljeće KK.06.2.2.13.0001” započela je 1. lipnja 2020. godine, potpisom Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava, odobrenih za financiranje iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR), u okviru Poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga KK.06.2.2.13. ITU – Revitalizacija brownfield lokacija Urbanog područja Zadar, u sklopu Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. – 2020. Razdoblje provedbe projekta je od 1. lipnja 2020. do 1. srpnja 2023. godine. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 34.348.000,00 HRK, a EU sufinanciranje iznosi 26.000.000 kuna.
