Crna udovica ugrizla je 4-godišnjaka iz Kaštela prošli tjedan dok je bio u vrtiću, a pomoć mu je pružena u KBC-u Split. Prema informacijama koje je objavio Dalmatinski portal dječak je sada dobro.
Stalni sudski vještak za infektologiju u mirovini prof.dr.sc. Miroslav Lisić pojasnio nam je koliko je opasan otrov crne udovice.
- Što je dijete manje to je otrov opasniji jer jače djeluje. Može biti i smrtonosan, prije kod djece nego kod odraslih. Najvažnije je odvesti dijete što prije liječniku i dati mu protuotrov. Ako se nema serum odmah na raspolaganju može se dati kortikosteroide da se smanji reakcija. Inače, nema ničega što se može napraviti konkretno za prvu pomoć osim hitni odlazak u zdravstvenu ustanovu. Znam da je prije taj protuotov imao bivši Imunološki zavod - kazao nam je profesor.
Inače, crna udovica jedan je od najopasnijih paukova čiji je ugriz gotovo bezbolan, često neprimjetan. Na mjestu ugriza može se vidjeti lagano crvenilo, ili u ranoj fazi urtikarijalni plak. Drugi dan može oko mjesta ugriza biti vidljivi plavkasti kolobar. Ipak, često se i uz najpomniju pretragu mjesto ugriza ne može otkriti, pišu Landeka i Plenković iz Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Istarske županije.
Nadalje, objašnjavaju, da toksin crne udovice djeluje istovremeno na središnji živčani kao i na periferni sustav. Djelovanjem na autonomni simpatički i parasimpatički sustav izaziva: znojenje, urinarnu retenciju, povećanje zjenica, stvaranje kvrgi, povišenu napetost tkiva, salivaciju...
Serumom su opskrbljeni svi infektološki odjeli županijskih bolnica na područjima gdje postoji mogućnost pojave latrodektizma, a doza seruma košta oko 200 kuna, a jednako je uspješan u svim stadijima bolesti.
Riječ je o bistroj tekućini koja sadrži specifična antitjela koja neutraliziraju toksin pauka crne udovice. Treba ga primijeniti što prije nakon ugriza, a budući da sadrži strane bjelančevine, moguća je reakcija preosjetljivost.
Serum se daje intramuskularno u brdro kako bi se moglo podvezati područje u slučaju sistemske reakcije. Poboljšanje nastupa 2-3 sata nakon primjene. Serum se može dati u fiziološkoj otopini i intravenski, govore Landeka i Plenković.

Crna udovica ugrizla je 4-godišnjaka iz Kaštela prošli tjedan dok je bio u vrtiću, a pomoć mu je pružena u KBC-u Split. Prema informacijama koje je objavio Dalmatinski portal dječak je sada dobro.
Stalni sudski vještak za infektologiju u mirovini prof.dr.sc. Miroslav Lisić pojasnio nam je koliko je opasan otrov crne udovice.
- Što je dijete manje to je otrov opasniji jer jače djeluje. Može biti i smrtonosan, prije kod djece nego kod odraslih. Najvažnije je odvesti dijete što prije liječniku i dati mu protuotrov. Ako se nema serum odmah na raspolaganju može se dati kortikosteroide da se smanji reakcija. Inače, nema ničega što se može napraviti konkretno za prvu pomoć osim hitni odlazak u zdravstvenu ustanovu. Znam da je prije taj protuotov imao bivši Imunološki zavod - kazao nam je profesor.
Inače, crna udovica jedan je od najopasnijih paukova čiji je ugriz gotovo bezbolan, često neprimjetan. Na mjestu ugriza može se vidjeti lagano crvenilo, ili u ranoj fazi urtikarijalni plak. Drugi dan može oko mjesta ugriza biti vidljivi plavkasti kolobar. Ipak, često se i uz najpomniju pretragu mjesto ugriza ne može otkriti, pišu Landeka i Plenković iz Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Istarske županije.
Nadalje, objašnjavaju, da toksin crne udovice djeluje istovremeno na središnji živčani kao i na periferni sustav. Djelovanjem na autonomni simpatički i parasimpatički sustav izaziva: znojenje, urinarnu retenciju, povećanje zjenica, stvaranje kvrgi, povišenu napetost tkiva, salivaciju...
Serumom su opskrbljeni svi infektološki odjeli županijskih bolnica na područjima gdje postoji mogućnost pojave latrodektizma, a doza seruma košta oko 200 kuna, a jednako je uspješan u svim stadijima bolesti.
Riječ je o bistroj tekućini koja sadrži specifična antitjela koja neutraliziraju toksin pauka crne udovice. Treba ga primijeniti što prije nakon ugriza, a budući da sadrži strane bjelančevine, moguća je reakcija preosjetljivost.
Serum se daje intramuskularno u brdro kako bi se moglo podvezati područje u slučaju sistemske reakcije. Poboljšanje nastupa 2-3 sata nakon primjene. Serum se može dati u fiziološkoj otopini i intravenski, govore Landeka i Plenković.
