- Zadarska županija za plaže na pomorskom dobru izdala je 12 koncesija, od čega ih sedam uključuje mogućnost ograđivanja i naplate ulaza na plažu. Tim koncesijama „pokriveno“ je 363 tisuće četvornih metara pomorskog dobra.
Te smo informacije dobili iz Zadarske županije, čijem smo resornom odjelu poslali pitanja da li je zagrađivanje i naplata koncesioniranih plaža u skladu s Ustavom, koliko je obale u Zadarskoj županiji pod koncesijama i koje se naplaćuju, te koliko je pomorskog dobra upisano u zemljišnim knjigama (bez upisa nema koncesije).
- Prema evidenciji Zadarske županije, na prostoru cijele županije postoji 299 plaža, što se vodi kao službena brojka, pa bi po tome izašlo da je pod koncesijom svega četiri posto plaža, a ograđenih plaža 1,7 posto – navedeno je u dopisu.
U Zadarskoj županiji u 26 jedinica lokalne samouprave postoji pomorsko dobro, a do sada je izdano više od 400 koncesijskih odobrenja, dok koncesija ima 122.
Sve ugovore o koncesiji na pomorskom dobru izdala je Zadarska županija, i to 52 u svrhu uzgoja riba i drugih morskih organizama, 39 za sidrišta, 12 koncesija za plaže, četiri za luke posebne namjene, tri za ugostiteljstvo, jedna koncesija za ski-lift i jedna za parkiralište, te deset koncesija za posebnu upotrebu pomorskog dobra.
Tim koncesijama obuhvaćeno je ukupno 3.209.493 četvornih metara pomorskog dobra (mora i obale).
Osim koncesija koje je izdala Zadarska županija, važećih je još i 17 koncesija na pomorskom dobru kojima je davatelj Vlada RH.
Evo za koje je plaže Zadarska županija izdala koncesije na pomorskom dobru sa mogućnošću ograđivanja i naplate ulaza:
1. Crvena luka, Biograd, od 10.09.2007 do 10.08.2027, površina 74.387 četvornih metara
2. Kamp Šimuni, Pag, od 15.04.2008. do 15.04.2028, površina 63.708 četvornih metara
3. Plaža TN Zaton (Turisthotel), od 14.02.2006 do 14.02.2026, površina 50.787 četvornih metara
4. Plaža Borik, Zadar, od 09.08.2010 do 09.08.2020, površina 48.240 četvornih metara
5. Plaža Punta Skala, Petrčane, od 20.11.2007 do 20.11.2027, površina 36.156 četvornih metara
6. TN Pine Beach, Pakoštane, od 17.09.2007 do 17.09.2027, površina 21.312 četvornih metara
7. Hotel Alan, Starigrad-Paklenica, od 16.07.2007 do 31.10.2017, površina 10.273 četvornih metara.

- Zadarska županija za plaže na pomorskom dobru izdala je 12 koncesija, od čega ih sedam uključuje mogućnost ograđivanja i naplate ulaza na plažu. Tim koncesijama „pokriveno“ je 363 tisuće četvornih metara pomorskog dobra.
Te smo informacije dobili iz Zadarske županije, čijem smo resornom odjelu poslali pitanja da li je zagrađivanje i naplata koncesioniranih plaža u skladu s Ustavom, koliko je obale u Zadarskoj županiji pod koncesijama i koje se naplaćuju, te koliko je pomorskog dobra upisano u zemljišnim knjigama (bez upisa nema koncesije).
- Prema evidenciji Zadarske županije, na prostoru cijele županije postoji 299 plaža, što se vodi kao službena brojka, pa bi po tome izašlo da je pod koncesijom svega četiri posto plaža, a ograđenih plaža 1,7 posto – navedeno je u dopisu.
U Zadarskoj županiji u 26 jedinica lokalne samouprave postoji pomorsko dobro, a do sada je izdano više od 400 koncesijskih odobrenja, dok koncesija ima 122.
Sve ugovore o koncesiji na pomorskom dobru izdala je Zadarska županija, i to 52 u svrhu uzgoja riba i drugih morskih organizama, 39 za sidrišta, 12 koncesija za plaže, četiri za luke posebne namjene, tri za ugostiteljstvo, jedna koncesija za ski-lift i jedna za parkiralište, te deset koncesija za posebnu upotrebu pomorskog dobra.
Tim koncesijama obuhvaćeno je ukupno 3.209.493 četvornih metara pomorskog dobra (mora i obale).
Osim koncesija koje je izdala Zadarska županija, važećih je još i 17 koncesija na pomorskom dobru kojima je davatelj Vlada RH.
Evo za koje je plaže Zadarska županija izdala koncesije na pomorskom dobru sa mogućnošću ograđivanja i naplate ulaza:
1. Crvena luka, Biograd, od 10.09.2007 do 10.08.2027, površina 74.387 četvornih metara
2. Kamp Šimuni, Pag, od 15.04.2008. do 15.04.2028, površina 63.708 četvornih metara
3. Plaža TN Zaton (Turisthotel), od 14.02.2006 do 14.02.2026, površina 50.787 četvornih metara
4. Plaža Borik, Zadar, od 09.08.2010 do 09.08.2020, površina 48.240 četvornih metara
5. Plaža Punta Skala, Petrčane, od 20.11.2007 do 20.11.2027, površina 36.156 četvornih metara
6. TN Pine Beach, Pakoštane, od 17.09.2007 do 17.09.2027, površina 21.312 četvornih metara
7. Hotel Alan, Starigrad-Paklenica, od 16.07.2007 do 31.10.2017, površina 10.273 četvornih metara.
