Najnoviji potez tvrtke povezane sa Željkom Kerumom ne samo da pokazuje kako mu nakon propasti trgovačkog carstva cvijeta biznis s otkupom potraživanja i preuzimanjem nekretnina, već otkriva da je bivši poteštat, preko sebi bliske osobe, po sniženoj cijeni otkupio i svoj dug koji je imao prema financijskoj instituciji. 

Tim manevrom Željku Kerumu vraćena je osobna zadužnica koju je 2012. godine dao Zagrebačkoj banci, najvjerojatnije nakon što je njegov trgovački lanac "Kerum" potpisao anekse ugovora o dugoročnom zaduživanju. Bilo je to netom prije nego što je Hypo banka blokirala njegovo trgovačko carstvo zbog neplaćenih kredita za obnovu hotela Marjan i otjerala ga u stečaj.

Sada Željko Kerum može doći i do dijela nekretnina svog propalog trgovačkog lanca koje se nalaze u Splitu, Supetru, Milni i Zagrebu.

Zemljište u Supetru, na kojem je hipoteka koju je otkupio, površine je nešto više od 8.000 kvarata i u zemljišnim knjigama vodi se kao vinograd i vrt. Čestice se nalaze daleko od mora i katastarske karte ne pokazuju da bi tamo nešto bili izgrađeno.

Otkupio je i hipoteke na kući u Milni i okolno zemljište, koji su pod zaštitom konzervatora. Preuzeo je i hipoteku na poslovnom prostoru u Zagrebu, smještenom nedaleko parka Zrinjevca i Vrhovnog suda, u kojem prostoru djeluje caffe bar i restoran zanimljivog naziva. Tu su zatim i hipoteke na poslovnom prostoru i stančiću u Teutinoj ulici u Splitu.

Posao otkupa potraživanja obavljen je preko tvrtke "Coast", kojoj je direktor Igor Sapunar, Kerumov nećak. Sapunar joj je i vlasnik preko tvrtke "Pleon". Raniji naziv tvrtke "Pleon" bio je "Kila", što otkriva da se radi o nekadašnjoj firmi Instituta građevinarstva Hrvatske koja je imala projekt izgradnje zgrada POS-a na Kili, a koju firmu je Željko Kerum preuzeo u zamjenu za zemljište nekadašnje tvornice “Nade Dimić” u Zagrebu, tadašnje vrijednosti 10 milijuna eura.

Sada je 1,3 milijuna eura potraživanja prema propalom trgovačkom lancu za nepoznati iznos naknade otkupio od tvrtke "DDM Invest III AG" sa sjedištem u Švicarskoj  i vlasnicima iz Švedske, čije dionice kotiraju na stranoj burzi.

"DDM Invest III AG" je od Zagrebačke banke preuzela puno više hipoteka na nad nekretninama propalog Kerumovog trgovačkog castra, no umirovljenom generalu Ivanu Čermaku je prodala one na najatraktivnijim nekretninama - bivšem restoranu "Šumski dvor" u elitnom zagrebačkom kvartu Cmrok i bivšem zagrebačkom kinu "Central" u Petrinjskoj ulici, koje nekretnine je Čermak potom preuzeo u svoje vlasništvo. Zato ostaje otvoreno pitanje je li posao s otkupim potraživanja bio onoliko dobar koliko je to Željko Kerum očekivao?!

Najnoviji potez tvrtke povezane sa Željkom Kerumom ne samo da pokazuje kako mu nakon propasti trgovačkog carstva cvijeta biznis s otkupom potraživanja i preuzimanjem nekretnina, već otkriva da je bivši poteštat, preko sebi bliske osobe, po sniženoj cijeni otkupio i svoj dug koji je imao prema financijskoj instituciji. 

Tim manevrom Željku Kerumu vraćena je osobna zadužnica koju je 2012. godine dao Zagrebačkoj banci, najvjerojatnije nakon što je njegov trgovački lanac "Kerum" potpisao anekse ugovora o dugoročnom zaduživanju. Bilo je to netom prije nego što je Hypo banka blokirala njegovo trgovačko carstvo zbog neplaćenih kredita za obnovu hotela Marjan i otjerala ga u stečaj.

Sada Željko Kerum može doći i do dijela nekretnina svog propalog trgovačkog lanca koje se nalaze u Splitu, Supetru, Milni i Zagrebu.

Zemljište u Supetru, na kojem je hipoteka koju je otkupio, površine je nešto više od 8.000 kvarata i u zemljišnim knjigama vodi se kao vinograd i vrt. Čestice se nalaze daleko od mora i katastarske karte ne pokazuju da bi tamo nešto bili izgrađeno.

Otkupio je i hipoteke na kući u Milni i okolno zemljište, koji su pod zaštitom konzervatora. Preuzeo je i hipoteku na poslovnom prostoru u Zagrebu, smještenom nedaleko parka Zrinjevca i Vrhovnog suda, u kojem prostoru djeluje caffe bar i restoran zanimljivog naziva. Tu su zatim i hipoteke na poslovnom prostoru i stančiću u Teutinoj ulici u Splitu.

Posao otkupa potraživanja obavljen je preko tvrtke "Coast", kojoj je direktor Igor Sapunar, Kerumov nećak. Sapunar joj je i vlasnik preko tvrtke "Pleon". Raniji naziv tvrtke "Pleon" bio je "Kila", što otkriva da se radi o nekadašnjoj firmi Instituta građevinarstva Hrvatske koja je imala projekt izgradnje zgrada POS-a na Kili, a koju firmu je Željko Kerum preuzeo u zamjenu za zemljište nekadašnje tvornice “Nade Dimić” u Zagrebu, tadašnje vrijednosti 10 milijuna eura.

Sada je 1,3 milijuna eura potraživanja prema propalom trgovačkom lancu za nepoznati iznos naknade otkupio od tvrtke "DDM Invest III AG" sa sjedištem u Švicarskoj  i vlasnicima iz Švedske, čije dionice kotiraju na stranoj burzi.

"DDM Invest III AG" je od Zagrebačke banke preuzela puno više hipoteka na nad nekretninama propalog Kerumovog trgovačkog castra, no umirovljenom generalu Ivanu Čermaku je prodala one na najatraktivnijim nekretninama - bivšem restoranu "Šumski dvor" u elitnom zagrebačkom kvartu Cmrok i bivšem zagrebačkom kinu "Central" u Petrinjskoj ulici, koje nekretnine je Čermak potom preuzeo u svoje vlasništvo. Zato ostaje otvoreno pitanje je li posao s otkupim potraživanja bio onoliko dobar koliko je to Željko Kerum očekivao?!
