Temeljem brojnih nemilih iskustava posljednjih desetljeća, čini se da smo se navikli na ljude u nepovoljnoj socijalnoj ili zdravstvenoj situaciji, pa na neke kao da samo sliježemo ramenima.

Na to nas upućuje i najnoviji slučaj beskućnika koji već mjesec i pol spava na klupi u čekanici autobusnog kolodvora u Šibeniku. Nakon što je otišao u mirovinu, nakon rada provedenog u radionicama remontnog brodogradilišta u Mandalini, 63-godišnji Josip Ćačić, rodom iz Novalje na otoku Pagu, zbog zdravstvenih problema dospio je u šibensku bolnicu.

Nakon što je otpušten iz zdravstvene ustanove, smjestio se u Caritasovo prihvatilište za beskućnike koje je morao napustiti, jer su mu, kako kaže, otkazali gostoprimstvo. Stan u kojem je nekad boravio je - neupotrebljiv. U konačnici se našao na ulici.

Potražio je sklonište u autobusnoj čekaonici, gdje ga građani mogu zateći i danas. Fizički vidno oslabljen, otežane komunikacije, dane i noći uglavnom provedi sjedeći i ležeći pokriven na klupi, dok pokraj njega prolaze putnici. Ponetko zastane i s njim izmijeni nekoliko riječi, a znanci mu ostave i nešto novca. Sve što ima, nosi sa sobom.

- Do mirovine sam radio u radionicama Remontnog brodogradilišta. Nemam nikoga od rodbine. Stan u kojem sam boravio je neupotrebljiv. Zbog narušenog zdravlja neko sam vrijeme proveo u bolnici, zatim u prihvatilištu Caritasa gdje su mi na kraju otkazali gostoprimstvo. Sada sam na ulici - ističe Ćačić, te dodaje kako su mu "u bolnici zadržali dokumente, osobnu iskaznicu i bankovnu karticu".

- Zbog toga ne mogu dignuti ni svojih tisuću kuna mirovine - kaže naš sugovornik.

Iako u Josipovoj priči ima i dosta nepreciznosti i nejasnoća, ne može se poreći da je taj čovjek, sam samcat, u teškome socijalnom i zdravstvenom stanju, zaboravljen od sviju. Ili bolje rečeno, od većine.

Naime, postoje i ljudi koji su na Ćačićevo stanje pokušali upozoriti one koji bi mogli pomoći. Ali je krajnji rezultat ipak bio na razini gluhih telefona.

Predstavnik tvrtke "Zagreb montaža" i "nadzornik" njihova trgovačkog centra "Dalmare" Zvonimir Čović pokušao je pokrenuti službe, prije svega Crveni križ i službu Hitne pomoći za intervenciju da se Ćačiću pruži medicinska i druga potrebna skrb. Ta je tvrtka bila jedina koja se odazvala za pomoć drugom beskućniku kojem su nedavno osigurali smještaj.

Ćačića su obišli iz Crvenoga križa, a nekoliko dana, nakon što su najprije poslali policiju (!), dolazila mu je i ekipa Hitne pomoći. Rekli su mu, tvrdi "stanar" kolodvorske čekaonice, kako na bolničkom prijemu sada nema slobodnoga mjesta. Krug se tako zatvorio. Dok vrijeme za beskućnika neumoljivo teče.

Temeljem brojnih nemilih iskustava posljednjih desetljeća, čini se da smo se navikli na ljude u nepovoljnoj socijalnoj ili zdravstvenoj situaciji, pa na neke kao da samo sliježemo ramenima.

Na to nas upućuje i najnoviji slučaj beskućnika koji već mjesec i pol spava na klupi u čekanici autobusnog kolodvora u Šibeniku. Nakon što je otišao u mirovinu, nakon rada provedenog u radionicama remontnog brodogradilišta u Mandalini, 63-godišnji Josip Ćačić, rodom iz Novalje na otoku Pagu, zbog zdravstvenih problema dospio je u šibensku bolnicu.

Nakon što je otpušten iz zdravstvene ustanove, smjestio se u Caritasovo prihvatilište za beskućnike koje je morao napustiti, jer su mu, kako kaže, otkazali gostoprimstvo. Stan u kojem je nekad boravio je - neupotrebljiv. U konačnici se našao na ulici.

Potražio je sklonište u autobusnoj čekaonici, gdje ga građani mogu zateći i danas. Fizički vidno oslabljen, otežane komunikacije, dane i noći uglavnom provedi sjedeći i ležeći pokriven na klupi, dok pokraj njega prolaze putnici. Ponetko zastane i s njim izmijeni nekoliko riječi, a znanci mu ostave i nešto novca. Sve što ima, nosi sa sobom.

- Do mirovine sam radio u radionicama Remontnog brodogradilišta. Nemam nikoga od rodbine. Stan u kojem sam boravio je neupotrebljiv. Zbog narušenog zdravlja neko sam vrijeme proveo u bolnici, zatim u prihvatilištu Caritasa gdje su mi na kraju otkazali gostoprimstvo. Sada sam na ulici - ističe Ćačić, te dodaje kako su mu "u bolnici zadržali dokumente, osobnu iskaznicu i bankovnu karticu".

- Zbog toga ne mogu dignuti ni svojih tisuću kuna mirovine - kaže naš sugovornik.

Iako u Josipovoj priči ima i dosta nepreciznosti i nejasnoća, ne može se poreći da je taj čovjek, sam samcat, u teškome socijalnom i zdravstvenom stanju, zaboravljen od sviju. Ili bolje rečeno, od većine.

Naime, postoje i ljudi koji su na Ćačićevo stanje pokušali upozoriti one koji bi mogli pomoći. Ali je krajnji rezultat ipak bio na razini gluhih telefona.

Predstavnik tvrtke "Zagreb montaža" i "nadzornik" njihova trgovačkog centra "Dalmare" Zvonimir Čović pokušao je pokrenuti službe, prije svega Crveni križ i službu Hitne pomoći za intervenciju da se Ćačiću pruži medicinska i druga potrebna skrb. Ta je tvrtka bila jedina koja se odazvala za pomoć drugom beskućniku kojem su nedavno osigurali smještaj.

Ćačića su obišli iz Crvenoga križa, a nekoliko dana, nakon što su najprije poslali policiju (!), dolazila mu je i ekipa Hitne pomoći. Rekli su mu, tvrdi "stanar" kolodvorske čekaonice, kako na bolničkom prijemu sada nema slobodnoga mjesta. Krug se tako zatvorio. Dok vrijeme za beskućnika neumoljivo teče.

Temeljem brojnih nemilih iskustava posljednjih desetljeća, čini se da smo se navikli na ljude u nepovoljnoj socijalnoj ili zdravstvenoj situaciji, pa na neke kao da samo sliježemo ramenima.

Na to nas upućuje i najnoviji slučaj beskućnika koji već mjesec i pol spava na klupi u čekanici autobusnog kolodvora u Šibeniku. Nakon što je otišao u mirovinu, nakon rada provedenog u radionicama remontnog brodogradilišta u Mandalini, 63-godišnji Josip Ćačić, rodom iz Novalje na otoku Pagu, zbog zdravstvenih problema dospio je u šibensku bolnicu.

Nakon što je otpušten iz zdravstvene ustanove, smjestio se u Caritasovo prihvatilište za beskućnike koje je morao napustiti, jer su mu, kako kaže, otkazali gostoprimstvo. Stan u kojem je nekad boravio je - neupotrebljiv. U konačnici se našao na ulici.

Potražio je sklonište u autobusnoj čekaonici, gdje ga građani mogu zateći i danas. Fizički vidno oslabljen, otežane komunikacije, dane i noći uglavnom provedi sjedeći i ležeći pokriven na klupi, dok pokraj njega prolaze putnici. Ponetko zastane i s njim izmijeni nekoliko riječi, a znanci mu ostave i nešto novca. Sve što ima, nosi sa sobom.

- Do mirovine sam radio u radionicama Remontnog brodogradilišta. Nemam nikoga od rodbine. Stan u kojem sam boravio je neupotrebljiv. Zbog narušenog zdravlja neko sam vrijeme proveo u bolnici, zatim u prihvatilištu Caritasa gdje su mi na kraju otkazali gostoprimstvo. Sada sam na ulici - ističe Ćačić, te dodaje kako su mu "u bolnici zadržali dokumente, osobnu iskaznicu i bankovnu karticu".

- Zbog toga ne mogu dignuti ni svojih tisuću kuna mirovine - kaže naš sugovornik.
