USKOK je na svojim web stranicama potvrdio da je otvorio istragu protiv Jurice Lovrinčevića, bivšeg posebnog savjetnika u kabinetu ministra gospodarstva. Nakon izbijanja afere Lovrinčević je smijenjen zajedno s ministrom Davorom Filipovićem. Na teret mu je stavljeno trgovanja utjecajem.

Lovrinčević je nedavno dao iskaz istražiteljima, a sada je i službeno osumnjičen.

"USKOK je, nakon provedenih izvida, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1968.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem. Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik, u razdoblju od listopada 2023. do 12. prosinca 2023. u Zagrebu, kao posebni savjetnik u kabinetu ministra u Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Republike Hrvatske te član Upravnog odbora Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (dalje: Fond), koristio autoritet funkcija koje je obnašao kako bi osigurao da se sredstvima državnog proračuna ostvari financijski probitak za osobu od njegovog povjerenja s kojom je bio interesno povezan, a koja je na jednoj TV postaji (dalje TVP) vodila emisije koje su sadržajno odgovarale okrivljeniku i koja mu je koristila za prenošenje informacija koje je imao kao posebni savjetnik.

Naime, okrivljenik je radi promidžbe aktivnosti Fonda osigurao angažman TVP te je osigurao da sredstva uplaćena s osnove tog angažmana na temelju neistinite dokumentacije budu "izvučena" s računa TVP i u gotovini predana osobi od njegovog povjerenja, navodi Uskok.

Dodaju kako je tako okrivljenik, znajući da će Fond krajem 2023. godine pokrenuti kampanju informiranja javnosti o svoja dva projekta, zatražio da Fond u toj kampanji oglašavanja angažira i TVP za ukupan iznos od 90.000,00 eura.

"Odgovorne osobe Fonda su, s obzirom na kredibilitet koji je okrivljenik imao s osnova funkcija koje je obnašao, navedeno prihvatile ne znajući pritom stvarne ciljeve njegova postupanja. Potom je okrivljenik zatražio osobu od njegovog povjerenja da direktoru TVP prenese svoj naum da se na temelju neistinitog ugovora i računa za usluge koje u stvarnosti nikada neće biti pružene, s računa TVP izvuče dio novca koji će joj na ime pruženih usluga uplatiti Fond te da se u gotovini preda osobi od okrivljenikovog povjerenja. Po naputku okrivljenika je ta osoba angažirala direktora jednog trgovačkog društva za izradu neistinite poslovne dokumentacije potrebne za isplatu novca s računa TVP. Zatim je direktor TVP s direktorom tog društva potpisao ugovor na temelju kojeg je TVP primila račun od 28. studenog 2023. čijim bi se plaćanjem "izvukao" novac s njenog računa.

Nakon toga je 6. prosinca 2023. osoba od okrivljenikovog povjerenja zatražila od direktora tog društva da stornira račun, što je ovaj i učinio - priopćio je USKOK.

USKOK je na svojim web stranicama potvrdio da je otvorio istragu protiv Jurice Lovrinčevića, bivšeg posebnog savjetnika u kabinetu ministra gospodarstva. Nakon izbijanja afere Lovrinčević je smijenjen zajedno s ministrom Davorom Filipovićem. Na teret mu je stavljeno trgovanja utjecajem.

Lovrinčević je nedavno dao iskaz istražiteljima, a sada je i službeno osumnjičen.

"USKOK je, nakon provedenih izvida, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1968.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem. Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik, u razdoblju od listopada 2023. do 12. prosinca 2023. u Zagrebu, kao posebni savjetnik u kabinetu ministra u Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Republike Hrvatske te član Upravnog odbora Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost (dalje: Fond), koristio autoritet funkcija koje je obnašao kako bi osigurao da se sredstvima državnog proračuna ostvari financijski probitak za osobu od njegovog povjerenja s kojom je bio interesno povezan, a koja je na jednoj TV postaji (dalje TVP) vodila emisije koje su sadržajno odgovarale okrivljeniku i koja mu je koristila za prenošenje informacija koje je imao kao posebni savjetnik.

Naime, okrivljenik je radi promidžbe aktivnosti Fonda osigurao angažman TVP te je osigurao da sredstva uplaćena s osnove tog angažmana na temelju neistinite dokumentacije budu "izvučena" s računa TVP i u gotovini predana osobi od njegovog povjerenja, navodi Uskok.

Dodaju kako je tako okrivljenik, znajući da će Fond krajem 2023. godine pokrenuti kampanju informiranja javnosti o svoja dva projekta, zatražio da Fond u toj kampanji oglašavanja angažira i TVP za ukupan iznos od 90.000,00 eura.

"Odgovorne osobe Fonda su, s obzirom na kredibilitet koji je okrivljenik imao s osnova funkcija koje je obnašao, navedeno prihvatile ne znajući pritom stvarne ciljeve njegova postupanja. Potom je okrivljenik zatražio osobu od njegovog povjerenja da direktoru TVP prenese svoj naum da se na temelju neistinitog ugovora i računa za usluge koje u stvarnosti nikada neće biti pružene, s računa TVP izvuče dio novca koji će joj na ime pruženih usluga uplatiti Fond te da se u gotovini preda osobi od okrivljenikovog povjerenja. Po naputku okrivljenika je ta osoba angažirala direktora jednog trgovačkog društva za izradu neistinite poslovne dokumentacije potrebne za isplatu novca s računa TVP. Zatim je direktor TVP s direktorom tog društva potpisao ugovor na temelju kojeg je TVP primila račun od 28. studenog 2023. čijim bi se plaćanjem "izvukao" novac s njenog računa.

Nakon toga je 6. prosinca 2023. osoba od okrivljenikovog povjerenja zatražila od direktora tog društva da stornira račun, što je ovaj i učinio - priopćio je USKOK.
