Zbog pomorske nesreće u kojoj je na Kornatima poginulo dijete iz Nizozemske pritvoren je i kazneno prijavljen 20-godišnjak koji je bez dozvole vozio gliser s privezanim gumenim kolutom.

Šibenska policija je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdila da se nesreća dogodila u subotu oko 13.15 sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu kada je 20-godišnjak na gliseru prevozio troje nizozemskih turista, dok je maloljetno dijete vukao na okruglom gumenom madracu koji je konopom bio privezan za stražnji dio glisera.

U jednom trenutku, 20-godišnjak je napravio manevar u lijevu stranu, potom se naglo vratio u desnu uslijed čega je došlo do udara madraca u gliser. Dijete je zadobilo teške i po život opasne ozljede od kojih je u 16.55 sati preminulo u Općoj bolnici Šibenik.

Policija, Lučka kapetanije i Državno odvjetništvo daljnjim istraživanjem utvrdit će snosi li odgovornost za nesreću i zagrebačka tvrtka kod koje je, na otoku Ugljanu, nizozemska obitelj unajmila gliser kojim je upravljao 20-godišnjak bez dozvole.

"Policija zajedno s Lučkom kapetanijom i Državnim odvjetništvom i dalje provoditi izvide na okolnosti nesreće na Kornatima. Utvrđeno je da je obitelj gliser iznajmila u zagrebačkoj tvrtki na otoku Ugljanu, a u daljem postupku utvrdit će snosi li još netko osim 20-godišnjaka kaznenu odgovornost za nesreću, kazala je za ŠibenikIN glasnogovornica šibenske policije Marica Kosor,

Lučki kapetan Robert Baljkas izjavio je da ne može govoriti o detaljima istrage s obzirom da je slučaj preuzelo Državno odvjetništvo.

"Logično je da za obavljanje određenih djelatnosti pravna osoba treba ispuniti zakonske uvjete te da, ako ih ne ispuni, za to snosi posljedice, ali konkretan slučaj na mogu komentirati s obzirom da se njime sada bavi Državno odvjetništvo. Lučka kapetanija sada eventualno može pokrenuti prekršajni postupak protiv pravne osobe, ali sve u dogovoru s Državnim odvjetništvom", kazao je Baljkas.

Zbog pomorske nesreće u kojoj je na Kornatima poginulo dijete iz Nizozemske pritvoren je i kazneno prijavljen 20-godišnjak koji je bez dozvole vozio gliser s privezanim gumenim kolutom.

Šibenska policija je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdila da se nesreća dogodila u subotu oko 13.15 sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu kada je 20-godišnjak na gliseru prevozio troje nizozemskih turista, dok je maloljetno dijete vukao na okruglom gumenom madracu koji je konopom bio privezan za stražnji dio glisera.

U jednom trenutku, 20-godišnjak je napravio manevar u lijevu stranu, potom se naglo vratio u desnu uslijed čega je došlo do udara madraca u gliser. Dijete je zadobilo teške i po život opasne ozljede od kojih je u 16.55 sati preminulo u Općoj bolnici Šibenik.

Policija, Lučka kapetanije i Državno odvjetništvo daljnjim istraživanjem utvrdit će snosi li odgovornost za nesreću i zagrebačka tvrtka kod koje je, na otoku Ugljanu, nizozemska obitelj unajmila gliser kojim je upravljao 20-godišnjak bez dozvole.

"Policija zajedno s Lučkom kapetanijom i Državnim odvjetništvom i dalje provoditi izvide na okolnosti nesreće na Kornatima. Utvrđeno je da je obitelj gliser iznajmila u zagrebačkoj tvrtki na otoku Ugljanu, a u daljem postupku utvrdit će snosi li još netko osim 20-godišnjaka kaznenu odgovornost za nesreću, kazala je za ŠibenikIN glasnogovornica šibenske policije Marica Kosor,

Lučki kapetan Robert Baljkas izjavio je da ne može govoriti o detaljima istrage s obzirom da je slučaj preuzelo Državno odvjetništvo.

"Logično je da za obavljanje određenih djelatnosti pravna osoba treba ispuniti zakonske uvjete te da, ako ih ne ispuni, za to snosi posljedice, ali konkretan slučaj na mogu komentirati s obzirom da se njime sada bavi Državno odvjetništvo. Lučka kapetanija sada eventualno može pokrenuti prekršajni postupak protiv pravne osobe, ali sve u dogovoru s Državnim odvjetništvom", kazao je Baljkas.

Policija otkrila detalje tragedije na Kornatima, mladić bez dozvole pritvoren zbog smrti djeteta

Zbog pomorske nesreće u kojoj je na Kornatima poginulo dijete iz Nizozemske pritvoren je i kazneno prijavljen 20-godišnjak koji je bez dozvole vozio gliser s privezanim gumenim kolutom.

Šibenska policija je kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdila da se nesreća dogodila u subotu oko 13.15 sati na području Nacionalnog parka Kornati u Žutskom kanalu kada je 20-godišnjak na gliseru prevozio troje nizozemskih turista, dok je maloljetno dijete vukao na okruglom gumenom madracu koji je konopom bio privezan za stražnji dio glisera.

U jednom trenutku, 20-godišnjak je napravio manevar u lijevu stranu, potom se naglo vratio u desnu uslijed čega je došlo do udara madraca u gliser. Dijete je zadobilo teške i po život opasne ozljede od kojih je u 16.55 sati preminulo u Općoj bolnici Šibenik.

Policija, Lučka kapetanije i Državno odvjetništvo daljnjim istraživanjem utvrdit će snosi li odgovornost za nesreću i zagrebačka tvrtka kod koje je, na otoku Ugljanu, nizozemska obitelj unajmila gliser kojim je upravljao 20-godišnjak bez dozvole.

"Policija zajedno s Lučkom kapetanijom i Državnim odvjetništvom i dalje provoditi izvide na okolnosti nesreće na Kornatima. Utvrđeno je da je obitelj gliser iznajmila u zagrebačkoj tvrtki na otoku Ugljanu, a u daljem postupku utvrdit će snosi li još netko osim 20-godišnjaka kaznenu odgovornost za nesreću, kazala je za ŠibenikIN glasnogovornica šibenske policije Marica Kosor,

Lučki kapetan Robert Baljkas izjavio je da ne može govoriti o detaljima istrage s obzirom da je slučaj preuzelo Državno odvjetništvo.

"Logično je da za obavljanje određenih djelatnosti pravna osoba treba ispuniti zakonske uvjete te da, ako ih ne ispuni, za to snosi posljedice, ali konkretan slučaj na mogu komentirati s obzirom da se njime sada bavi Državno odvjetništvo. Lučka kapetanija sada eventualno može pokrenuti prekršajni postupak protiv pravne osobe, ali sve u dogovoru s Državnim odvjetništvom", kazao je Baljkas.
