Sinišu Bacalju, sudskog vještaka za brodostrojarstvo i brodogradnju, smo upitali i detalje vezane uz osiguranje brodova, a sve povodom velikog požara u Marini Kaštela. 

- Svi brodovi koji uplovljavaju u naše marine moraju biti kasko osigurani. Ali kako je izgorjelo pet brodova, svi će se koncentrirati da se šteta naplati od police odgovornosti broda s kojeg je vatra krenula. I tu bi možda moglo biti problema... Naime, police iz odgovornosti imaju agregatni limit, dakle imaju ograničenje isplate. 

Koliko se vidi, izgorjele su jahte od 25 metara, tu je već šteta nekoliko milijuna eura, te još nekoliko stotina tisuća eura za manje brodove koji su izgorjeli.

Ali kako se ne zna točan uzrok, i što se zaista događalo, ne bih se upuštao u prevelika nagađanja što će uslijediti u ovom slučaju. 

Također i pitanje je koliko je okolnih brodova pretrpjelo štetu. Ja sam imao slučaj da sam vještačio izgoreni brod, a onda je šteta na okolnim brodovima koji nisu izgorjeli bila i do 200 tisuća eura. Velike su to cifre.

Također, i sama Marina ima osiguranje od svoje odgovornosti.

Pretpostavljam da će u Kaštela doći forenztičari iz Centra za forenzična istraživanja i vještačenja „Ivan Vučetić“ iz Zagreba. Oni su jako dobri u tome i svu će pažnju usmjeriti na brod s kojeg je krenula vatra.

Također, i spltska policija ima dobre forenzičare i nadam se da će utvrditi radi li se o ljudskom faktoru ili nečemu drugome - zaključuje za 'Slobodnu' Bacalja.

Sinišu Bacalju, sudskog vještaka za brodostrojarstvo i brodogradnju, smo upitali i detalje vezane uz osiguranje brodova, a sve povodom velikog požara u Marini Kaštela. 

- Svi brodovi koji uplovljavaju u naše marine moraju biti kasko osigurani. Ali kako je izgorjelo pet brodova, svi će se koncentrirati da se šteta naplati od police odgovornosti broda s kojeg je vatra krenula. I tu bi možda moglo biti problema... Naime, police iz odgovornosti imaju agregatni limit, dakle imaju ograničenje isplate. 

Koliko se vidi, izgorjele su jahte od 25 metara, tu je već šteta nekoliko milijuna eura, te još nekoliko stotina tisuća eura za manje brodove koji su izgorjeli.

Ali kako se ne zna točan uzrok, i što se zaista događalo, ne bih se upuštao u prevelika nagađanja što će uslijediti u ovom slučaju. 

Također i pitanje je koliko je okolnih brodova pretrpjelo štetu. Ja sam imao slučaj da sam vještačio izgoreni brod, a onda je šteta na okolnim brodovima koji nisu izgorjeli bila i do 200 tisuća eura. Velike su to cifre.

Također, i sama Marina ima osiguranje od svoje odgovornosti.

Pretpostavljam da će u Kaštela doći forenztičari iz Centra za forenzična istraživanja i vještačenja „Ivan Vučetić“ iz Zagreba. Oni su jako dobri u tome i svu će pažnju usmjeriti na brod s kojeg je krenula vatra.

Također, i spltska policija ima dobre forenzičare i nadam se da će utvrditi radi li se o ljudskom faktoru ili nečemu drugome - zaključuje za 'Slobodnu' Bacalja.

Sinišu Bacalju, sudskog vještaka za brodostrojarstvo i brodogradnju, smo upitali i detalje vezane uz osiguranje brodova, a sve povodom velikog požara u Marini Kaštela. 

- Svi brodovi koji uplovljavaju u naše marine moraju biti kasko osigurani. Ali kako je izgorjelo pet brodova, svi će se koncentrirati da se šteta naplati od police odgovornosti broda s kojeg je vatra krenula. I tu bi možda moglo biti problema... Naime, police iz odgovornosti imaju agregatni limit, dakle imaju ograničenje isplate. 

Koliko se vidi, izgorjele su jahte od 25 metara, tu je već šteta nekoliko milijuna eura, te još nekoliko stotina tisuća eura za manje brodove koji su izgorjeli.

Ali kako se ne zna točan uzrok, i što se zaista događalo, ne bih se upuštao u prevelika nagađanja što će uslijediti u ovom slučaju. 

Također i pitanje je koliko je okolnih brodova pretrpjelo štetu. Ja sam imao slučaj da sam vještačio izgoreni brod, a onda je šteta na okolnim brodovima koji nisu izgorjeli bila i do 200 tisuća eura. Velike su to cifre.

Također, i sama Marina ima osiguranje od svoje odgovornosti.

Pretpostavljam da će u Kaštela doći forenztičari iz Centra za forenzična istraživanja i vještačenja „Ivan Vučetić“ iz Zagreba. Oni su jako dobri u tome i svu će pažnju usmjeriti na brod s kojeg je krenula vatra.

Također, i spltska policija ima dobre forenzičare i nadam se da će utvrditi radi li se o ljudskom faktoru ili nečemu drugome - zaključuje za 'Slobodnu' Bacalja.
