Suđenje Filipu Zavadlavu jutros je odgođeno nakon nešto manje od sat vremena.
Prvo je Doris Košta, Zavadlavova odvjetnica, otkazala punomoć jer joj sutkinja nije htjela dati riječ zbog uskakala u njezino izlaganje. U tom slučaju, Košta bi ga morala zastupati još 30 dana.
No, do promjene je došlo odmah nakon kada se Zavadlav sam javio za riječ i otkazao punomoć zbog čega je rasprava odgođena za rujan ove godine.

Ako Filip Zavadlav od roku od osam dana ne dostavi punomoć za novog odvjetnika po svom izboru, sljedeća osoba koja će ga zastupati bit će ona kojoj se taj slučaj dodijeli po službenoj dužnosti.
Također, Košta je tražila izdvajanje snimki kao nezakonitih dokaza te kazala kako ne želi biti fikus, ali sutkinja je taj zahtjev odbila.

Suđenje Filipu Zavadlavu jutros je odgođeno nakon nešto manje od sat vremena.
Prvo je Doris Košta, Zavadlavova odvjetnica, otkazala punomoć jer joj sutkinja nije htjela dati riječ zbog uskakala u njezino izlaganje. U tom slučaju, Košta bi ga morala zastupati još 30 dana.
No, do promjene je došlo odmah nakon kada se Zavadlav sam javio za riječ i otkazao punomoć zbog čega je rasprava odgođena za rujan ove godine.

Ako Filip Zavadlav od roku od osam dana ne dostavi punomoć za novog odvjetnika po svom izboru, sljedeća osoba koja će ga zastupati bit će ona kojoj se taj slučaj dodijeli po službenoj dužnosti.
Također, Košta je tražila izdvajanje snimki kao nezakonitih dokaza te kazala kako ne želi biti fikus, ali sutkinja je taj zahtjev odbila.
Filip se opet pojavio u zanimljivoj modnoj kombinaciji. Odjenuo je plavi sako i tenisice, žutu košulju i preko čela stavio plavu traku.
