Djelatnici Općine Vrsi kontinuirano rade na novim projektima i programima koji će upotpuniti turističku i urbanu sliku mjesta, te unaprijediti život stanovništva. Od početka mandata, izniman trud ulažu u modernizaciju i revitalizaciju svoje zajednice, a trenutno su fokusirani na izradu dokumentacije za megaprojekt koji je nedostižna želja mnogim lokalnim samoupravama na području cijelog Jadrana. Riječ je, naime o suvremenoj i sofisticiranoj luci „Mulo" koja će otvoriti mnoge mogućnosti i stvoriti preduvjete za turistički rasti i razvoj. Načelnik Luka Perinić ne krije zadovoljstvo tijekom pripreme projekta, koji je jedan od najbitnijih i najatraktivnijih u ovom desetljeću. 

- Aktivno radimo na projektu više od godinu dana i sad smo otprilike na pola puta što se potrebne dokumentacije tiče. Do sad smo pribavili idejno rješenje, elaborat i pozitivno mišljenje o utjecaju zahvata na okoliš. Također ishodili smo i maritimnu studiju koja obuhvaća navigacijska i meteorološko-oceanografska obilježja akvatorija, tehničko-tehnološka obilježja obale te plovnih objekata koji će uplovljavati, mjere maritimne sigurnosti tijekom manevriranja i boravka plovila na mjestu priveza, te u konačnici postupke u izvanrednim okolnostima. Na potrebnu dokumentaciju i dozvole do sad smo investirali preko dvjesto tisuća kuna, a prema procjenama očekujemo kako će do kraja biti utrošeno pola milijuna kuna, konstatira Perinić, otkrivajući izgled nove luke.

- U luci će biti dostupno stotinu vezova - na glavnom i pomoćnom lukobranu te unutar lučkog bazena. Za plovila manja od šest metara osiguran je sedamdeset i jedan vez, dok za plovila čija duljina ide od osam do deset metara predviđeno je deset vezova.  Za plovila od deset do dvanaest metara planirana su tri veza, dok je za brodice od dvanaest do četrnaest metara osigurano pet vezova, pojašnjava načelnik, koji je u svom mandatu započeo krucijalne projekte za razvoj mjesta.

Ljetni sezonski vez koji će nalaziti s vanjskih strana glavnog i pomoćnog lukobrana, pružit će mirnu luku za jedanaest plovila u duljini od šest do šesnaest metara, dok je za stalni vez plovnog objekta osigurano osamdeset i devet mjesta. 

- Uskoro ćemo pristupiti geoistraživačkim radovima podmorja te u konačnici ishoditi lokacijsku dozvolu za radove. Smatram kako ćemo projektom izgradnje luke značajno poboljšati postojeću infrastrukturu te započeti razvoj nautičkog turizma, koji se smatra najuspješnijim i najperspektivnijim u današnjici. 

Nautički turizam predstavlja fenomen koji je u protekla tri desetljeća zabilježio jednu od najvećih stopa u europskom i hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Zanimljiva činjenica govori kako nautičar tijekom krstarenja potroši nekoliko puta više financijskih sredstava od klasičnoga gosta u vrhu turističke sezone, kad su cijene na svom vrhuncu. 

- Svi projekti koje trenutno provodimo imaju zajednički cilj, a to je daljnji gospodarski i turistički razvoj te zadržavanje mladih na području naše općine. Izgradnjom moderne i kompaktne luke stajemo uz bok najrazvijenijim općinama i gradovima, zaključuje Perinić. 

Izgradnja i uređenje nove luke uvelike će pomoći lokalnom stanovništvu koje posjeduje sve više plovila, dok broj vezova godinama ostaje nepromijenjen i uz to će otvoriti put prema povećanju konkurentnosti na tržištu.

Djelatnici Općine Vrsi kontinuirano rade na novim projektima i programima koji će upotpuniti turističku i urbanu sliku mjesta, te unaprijediti život stanovništva. Od početka mandata, izniman trud ulažu u modernizaciju i revitalizaciju svoje zajednice, a trenutno su fokusirani na izradu dokumentacije za megaprojekt koji je nedostižna želja mnogim lokalnim samoupravama na području cijelog Jadrana. Riječ je, naime o suvremenoj i sofisticiranoj luci „Mulo" koja će otvoriti mnoge mogućnosti i stvoriti preduvjete za turistički rasti i razvoj. Načelnik Luka Perinić ne krije zadovoljstvo tijekom pripreme projekta, koji je jedan od najbitnijih i najatraktivnijih u ovom desetljeću. 

- Aktivno radimo na projektu više od godinu dana i sad smo otprilike na pola puta što se potrebne dokumentacije tiče. Do sad smo pribavili idejno rješenje, elaborat i pozitivno mišljenje o utjecaju zahvata na okoliš. Također ishodili smo i maritimnu studiju koja obuhvaća navigacijska i meteorološko-oceanografska obilježja akvatorija, tehničko-tehnološka obilježja obale te plovnih objekata koji će uplovljavati, mjere maritimne sigurnosti tijekom manevriranja i boravka plovila na mjestu priveza, te u konačnici postupke u izvanrednim okolnostima. Na potrebnu dokumentaciju i dozvole do sad smo investirali preko dvjesto tisuća kuna, a prema procjenama očekujemo kako će do kraja biti utrošeno pola milijuna kuna, konstatira Perinić, otkrivajući izgled nove luke.

- U luci će biti dostupno stotinu vezova - na glavnom i pomoćnom lukobranu te unutar lučkog bazena. Za plovila manja od šest metara osiguran je sedamdeset i jedan vez, dok za plovila čija duljina ide od osam do deset metara predviđeno je deset vezova.  Za plovila od deset do dvanaest metara planirana su tri veza, dok je za brodice od dvanaest do četrnaest metara osigurano pet vezova, pojašnjava načelnik, koji je u svom mandatu započeo krucijalne projekte za razvoj mjesta.

Ljetni sezonski vez koji će nalaziti s vanjskih strana glavnog i pomoćnog lukobrana, pružit će mirnu luku za jedanaest plovila u duljini od šest do šesnaest metara, dok je za stalni vez plovnog objekta osigurano osamdeset i devet mjesta. 

- Uskoro ćemo pristupiti geoistraživačkim radovima podmorja te u konačnici ishoditi lokacijsku dozvolu za radove. Smatram kako ćemo projektom izgradnje luke značajno poboljšati postojeću infrastrukturu te započeti razvoj nautičkog turizma, koji se smatra najuspješnijim i najperspektivnijim u današnjici. 

Nautički turizam predstavlja fenomen koji je u protekla tri desetljeća zabilježio jednu od najvećih stopa u europskom i hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Zanimljiva činjenica govori kako nautičar tijekom krstarenja potroši nekoliko puta više financijskih sredstava od klasičnoga gosta u vrhu turističke sezone, kad su cijene na svom vrhuncu. 

- Svi projekti koje trenutno provodimo imaju zajednički cilj, a to je daljnji gospodarski i turistički razvoj te zadržavanje mladih na području naše općine. Izgradnjom moderne i kompaktne luke stajemo uz bok najrazvijenijim općinama i gradovima, zaključuje Perinić. 

Izgradnja i uređenje nove luke uvelike će pomoći lokalnom stanovništvu koje posjeduje sve više plovila, dok broj vezova godinama ostaje nepromijenjen i uz to će otvoriti put prema povećanju konkurentnosti na tržištu.

Vrsi pred nautičkim projektom desetljeća teškim 10 milijuna kuna: luka "Mulo" će imati stotinu vezova! "Ovo je preduvjet za turistički rast i razvoj"

Djelatnici Općine Vrsi kontinuirano rade na novim projektima i programima koji će upotpuniti turističku i urbanu sliku mjesta, te unaprijediti život stanovništva. Od početka mandata, izniman trud ulažu u modernizaciju i revitalizaciju svoje zajednice, a trenutno su fokusirani na izradu dokumentacije za megaprojekt koji je nedostižna želja mnogim lokalnim samoupravama na području cijelog Jadrana. Riječ je, naime o suvremenoj i sofisticiranoj luci „Mulo" koja će otvoriti mnoge mogućnosti i stvoriti preduvjete za turistički rasti i razvoj. Načelnik Luka Perinić ne krije zadovoljstvo tijekom pripreme projekta, koji je jedan od najbitnijih i najatraktivnijih u ovom desetljeću. 

- Aktivno radimo na projektu više od godinu dana i sad smo otprilike na pola puta što se potrebne dokumentacije tiče. Do sad smo pribavili idejno rješenje, elaborat i pozitivno mišljenje o utjecaju zahvata na okoliš. Također ishodili smo i maritimnu studiju koja obuhvaća navigacijska i meteorološko-oceanografska obilježja akvatorija, tehničko-tehnološka obilježja obale te plovnih objekata koji će uplovljavati, mjere maritimne sigurnosti tijekom manevriranja i boravka plovila na mjestu priveza, te u konačnici postupke u izvanrednim okolnostima. Na potrebnu dokumentaciju i dozvole do sad smo investirali preko dvjesto tisuća kuna, a prema procjenama očekujemo kako će do kraja biti utrošeno pola milijuna kuna, konstatira Perinić, otkrivajući izgled nove luke.
