Dva mjeseca nakon završetka radova u naselju Prezida, projektu treće faze izgradnje vodovodne i kanalizacijske mreže otoka Vira s kojim je postotak izgrađenosti premašio trećinu otoka i zaokružio izvedenost na 7.200 priključaka i 3.600 korisnika, komunalno poduzeće Vodovod Vir ponovno se zahuktalo s radovima u naselju Centar i drugim dijelovima otoka pokrivenima ovom mrežom. Stalna gradnja novih objekata, obiteljskih kuća i apartmanskih zgrada, istovremeno predstavlja i nove zahtjeve za priključcima na sustav vode i odvodnje, pa ih na adresi virske komunalne tvrtke u ovom trenutku, kaže direktor Hrvoje Bašić, ima više od četrdeset.
– Svaki dan dobivamo nove zahtjeve. Mislili smo kako za naselje Centar više neće biti značajnijeg interesa, ali smo samo prošlog tjedna dobili deset novih zahtjeva. Općenito je izdano puno građevinskih dozvola za Vir, Nin, Privlaku i Vrsi – kaže direktor Vodovod Vira Hrvoje Bašić, podrazumijevajući kako će barem dio tih dobivenih građevinskih dozvola uskoro predstavljati nove zahtjeve za izvođenje priključaka. Od crkve svetog Jure pa sve do kraja Prezide, u sklopu prve, druge i treće faze podizanja sustava vode i odvodnje, otok je pokriven vodovodnom i kanalizacijskom mrežom. To znači kako za kolodvor i dio otoka od kolodvora do virske crkve postoji mogućnost spajanja na vodu, dok se na prostoru od crkve do Prezide stanovnici otoka mogu spojiti na vodu i kanalizaciju. Kako je dio radova treće faze uključio i radove u naselju Virić, odnosno onaj dio Virića koji se slobodnim padom mogao obuhvatiti na južni dio otoka, mogućnost spajanja postoji i na tom dijelu Vira.
– U Centru ćemo raditi do ljeta, zaista ima dosta posla, a očekujemo kako će najznačajniji broj zahtjeva za izvođenje priključaka doći na proljeće – dodaje direktor Bašić. Prezida je tako nakon opsežnih višegodišnjih radova spremljena u ladice, ali ne odmah s krajem prosinca kada su bageri završili s radovima.
– Prezidu smo završili u prosincu prošle godine sukladno sklopljenom ugovoru, a napravljen je i tehnički pregled po sve četiri građevinske dozvole koje smo imali u tom naselju. Nije bilo nikakvih primjedbi, pregled smo prošli iz prve – kaže direktor Vodovod Vira za tehnički pregled izvršenih radova koji je sredinom siječnja ove godine odradila
Zadarska županija s ovlaštenim inženjerima strojarstva, elektrotehnike i građevine. Nakon uspješnog obavljenog tehničkog pregleda Vodovod Vir je dobio uporabnu dozvolu, pa je time naselje Prezida – kao i naselja Miljkovica i Luka, koje s obalnim kolektorom i crpnim stanicama čine jedinstvenu južnu zonu vode i odvodnje – šest godina od početka gradnje završena priča.

Dva mjeseca nakon završetka radova u naselju Prezida, projektu treće faze izgradnje vodovodne i kanalizacijske mreže otoka Vira s kojim je postotak izgrađenosti premašio trećinu otoka i zaokružio izvedenost na 7.200 priključaka i 3.600 korisnika, komunalno poduzeće Vodovod Vir ponovno se zahuktalo s radovima u naselju Centar i drugim dijelovima otoka pokrivenima ovom mrežom. Stalna gradnja novih objekata, obiteljskih kuća i apartmanskih zgrada, istovremeno predstavlja i nove zahtjeve za priključcima na sustav vode i odvodnje, pa ih na adresi virske komunalne tvrtke u ovom trenutku, kaže direktor Hrvoje Bašić, ima više od četrdeset.
– Svaki dan dobivamo nove zahtjeve. Mislili smo kako za naselje Centar više neće biti značajnijeg interesa, ali smo samo prošlog tjedna dobili deset novih zahtjeva. Općenito je izdano puno građevinskih dozvola za Vir, Nin, Privlaku i Vrsi – kaže direktor Vodovod Vira Hrvoje Bašić, podrazumijevajući kako će barem dio tih dobivenih građevinskih dozvola uskoro predstavljati nove zahtjeve za izvođenje priključaka. Od crkve svetog Jure pa sve do kraja Prezide, u sklopu prve, druge i treće faze podizanja sustava vode i odvodnje, otok je pokriven vodovodnom i kanalizacijskom mrežom. To znači kako za kolodvor i dio otoka od kolodvora do virske crkve postoji mogućnost spajanja na vodu, dok se na prostoru od crkve do Prezide stanovnici otoka mogu spojiti na vodu i kanalizaciju. Kako je dio radova treće faze uključio i radove u naselju Virić, odnosno onaj dio Virića koji se slobodnim padom mogao obuhvatiti na južni dio otoka, mogućnost spajanja postoji i na tom dijelu Vira.
– U Centru ćemo raditi do ljeta, zaista ima dosta posla, a očekujemo kako će najznačajniji broj zahtjeva za izvođenje priključaka doći na proljeće – dodaje direktor Bašić. Prezida je tako nakon opsežnih višegodišnjih radova spremljena u ladice, ali ne odmah s krajem prosinca kada su bageri završili s radovima.
– Prezidu smo završili u prosincu prošle godine sukladno sklopljenom ugovoru, a napravljen je i tehnički pregled po sve četiri građevinske dozvole koje smo imali u tom naselju. Nije bilo nikakvih primjedbi, pregled smo prošli iz prve – kaže direktor Vodovod Vira za tehnički pregled izvršenih radova koji je sredinom siječnja ove godine odradila
Zadarska županija s ovlaštenim inženjerima strojarstva, elektrotehnike i građevine. Nakon uspješnog obavljenog tehničkog pregleda Vodovod Vir je dobio uporabnu dozvolu, pa je time naselje Prezida – kao i naselja Miljkovica i Luka, koje s obalnim kolektorom i crpnim stanicama čine jedinstvenu južnu zonu vode i odvodnje – šest godina od početka gradnje završena priča.
