Maja Mitrović, najveća zadarska rukometašica svih vremena i jedna od najboljih hrvatskih igračica uopće, za seniorski sastav Zadra zaigrala je već s 14 godina, a dvaput postala klupska europska prvakinja, idealna je sugovornica za komentiranje nevjerojatnog uspjeha hrvatske ženske rukometne reprezentacije koja se u nedjelju okitila povijesnom broncom. No, nismo se ipak htjeli previše bazirati na pobjedu protiv moćne Danske, jer i sama Maja tvrdi da je sve rečeno i da se nema što dodati, već smo htjeli saznati na kakvim je granama rukomet u jednom sportskom, a ne samo košarkaškom gradu, kako u posljednje vrijeme mnogi vole nazivati Zadar.

- E o tome bi se dalo nešto više komentirati – kao iz topa je izjavila Maja koja se iz Zagreba vratila u rodni grad 2010. i od tad je trenerica mlađih uzrasta.

- Gledajte, ja bi stvarno voljela da uspjeh naših rukometašica bude odskočna daska drugim klubovima u državi, ali ja sam predugo u ovome i znam da stvari nisu baš crno-bijele – ističe Mitrović dodajući kako ne polaže velike nade u poboljšanje statusa rukometa, posebice u Zadru.  

- Ženski rukometni klub u Zadru je valjda jedini klub koji nema baš nikakvih sredstava. Naši treneri, kao i ja, ne primaju plaću od Grada, mi se jednostavno snalazimo kako znamo i umijemo. Zapravo, da nema nas entuzijasta i zaluđenika u ovaj sport, vjerujem da uopće ne bi postojao ženski rukomet u Zadru – naglasila je Mitrović, dodavši kako se, nažalost, od ljubavi ne živi.

- Strašno me boli kad vidim koliko se novaca slijeva uvijek u iste klubove, kao što su KK Zada i HNK Zadar, klubove koji, budimo realni, i nemaju neke dobre rezultate. Ma neki nemaju nikakve! Smatram stoga da bi najpoštenije bilo da se novac „vrti” iz godine u godinu, te da recimo i nama jednom, makar eksperimentalno, dođe neka svota kako bi pokazale što sve možemo. Ja imam, na primjer, nekoliko djevojčica koje bi sada, da su imale bolje uvjete u klubu, mogle biti u juniorskoj reprezentaciji, a kasnije, uvjerena sam, i u seniorskoj. Zaključak je jednostavan: neka najviše novaca ide onima koji postižu najbolje rezultate – jasna je Mitrović koja je uvjerena da bi s malo više novaca vrlo brzo prešle iz Druge u Prvu ligu. 

Kako nam je pojasnila mnogi ljudi, uključujući i gradske oce, ne znaju da oni kao klub nemaju dovoljno termina za treniranje na Višnjiku i mocirama, a kamo li prikladnu dvoranu, jer sve su im prekratke.

- A mi se i dalje krpamo kako uspijemo. Samo da naglasim, od Crikvenice sve do Splita ne postoji drugi ženski rukometni klub osim nas... Nije li to tužno? Eto, nadam se da će ova bronca reprezentacije bar malo staviti pod povećalo situaciju u ženskom, kao i rukometu općenito u Lijepoj našoj – zaključila je Mitrović.

Maja Mitrović, najveća zadarska rukometašica svih vremena i jedna od najboljih hrvatskih igračica uopće, za seniorski sastav Zadra zaigrala je već s 14 godina, a dvaput postala klupska europska prvakinja, idealna je sugovornica za komentiranje nevjerojatnog uspjeha hrvatske ženske rukometne reprezentacije koja se u nedjelju okitila povijesnom broncom. No, nismo se ipak htjeli previše bazirati na pobjedu protiv moćne Danske, jer i sama Maja tvrdi da je sve rečeno i da se nema što dodati, već smo htjeli saznati na kakvim je granama rukomet u jednom sportskom, a ne samo košarkaškom gradu, kako u posljednje vrijeme mnogi vole nazivati Zadar.

- E o tome bi se dalo nešto više komentirati – kao iz topa je izjavila Maja koja se iz Zagreba vratila u rodni grad 2010. i od tad je trenerica mlađih uzrasta.

- Gledajte, ja bi stvarno voljela da uspjeh naših rukometašica bude odskočna daska drugim klubovima u državi, ali ja sam predugo u ovome i znam da stvari nisu baš crno-bijele – ističe Mitrović dodajući kako ne polaže velike nade u poboljšanje statusa rukometa, posebice u Zadru.  

- Ženski rukometni klub u Zadru je valjda jedini klub koji nema baš nikakvih sredstava. Naši treneri, kao i ja, ne primaju plaću od Grada, mi se jednostavno snalazimo kako znamo i umijemo. Zapravo, da nema nas entuzijasta i zaluđenika u ovaj sport, vjerujem da uopće ne bi postojao ženski rukomet u Zadru – naglasila je Mitrović, dodavši kako se, nažalost, od ljubavi ne živi.

- Strašno me boli kad vidim koliko se novaca slijeva uvijek u iste klubove, kao što su KK Zada i HNK Zadar, klubove koji, budimo realni, i nemaju neke dobre rezultate. Ma neki nemaju nikakve! Smatram stoga da bi najpoštenije bilo da se novac „vrti” iz godine u godinu, te da recimo i nama jednom, makar eksperimentalno, dođe neka svota kako bi pokazale što sve možemo. Ja imam, na primjer, nekoliko djevojčica koje bi sada, da su imale bolje uvjete u klubu, mogle biti u juniorskoj reprezentaciji, a kasnije, uvjerena sam, i u seniorskoj. Zaključak je jednostavan: neka najviše novaca ide onima koji postižu najbolje rezultate – jasna je Mitrović koja je uvjerena da bi s malo više novaca vrlo brzo prešle iz Druge u Prvu ligu. 

Kako nam je pojasnila mnogi ljudi, uključujući i gradske oce, ne znaju da oni kao klub nemaju dovoljno termina za treniranje na Višnjiku i mocirama, a kamo li prikladnu dvoranu, jer sve su im prekratke.

- A mi se i dalje krpamo kako uspijemo. Samo da naglasim, od Crikvenice sve do Splita ne postoji drugi ženski rukometni klub osim nas... Nije li to tužno? Eto, nadam se da će ova bronca reprezentacije bar malo staviti pod povećalo situaciju u ženskom, kao i rukometu općenito u Lijepoj našoj – zaključila je Mitrović.

Maja Mitrović, najveća zadarska rukometašica svih vremena i jedna od najboljih hrvatskih igračica uopće, za seniorski sastav Zadra zaigrala je već s 14 godina, a dvaput postala klupska europska prvakinja, idealna je sugovornica za komentiranje nevjerojatnog uspjeha hrvatske ženske rukometne reprezentacije koja se u nedjelju okitila povijesnom broncom. No, nismo se ipak htjeli previše bazirati na pobjedu protiv moćne Danske, jer i sama Maja tvrdi da je sve rečeno i da se nema što dodati, već smo htjeli saznati na kakvim je granama rukomet u jednom sportskom, a ne samo košarkaškom gradu, kako u posljednje vrijeme mnogi vole nazivati Zadar.

- E o tome bi se dalo nešto više komentirati – kao iz topa je izjavila Maja koja se iz Zagreba vratila u rodni grad 2010. i od tad je trenerica mlađih uzrasta.
