U Športskom centru Višnjik, u Dvorani Krešimira Ćosića (neposredno uz pomoćnu dvoranu 4), u petak, 26. studenoga 2021. otvorena je izložba povodom 73. obljetnice rođenja Krešimira Ćosića (preminuo 25. svibnja 1995.), velikoga zadarskoga, hrvatskoga i svjetskoga košarkaša.

– Zahvaljujem u ime ŠC-a Višnjik svima koji ste došli i tako uveličali otvaranje ove izložbe. Dio eksponata sastavnica su prikupljene građe za budući Stalni postav povijesti košarke u Zadru za što je inicijativu dao Krešo Butić, ujedno i entuzijastično radio na prikupljanju građe, a u ŠC-u Višnjik inicijativa je pretočena u projekt. Hvala Kreši Butiću i hvala svima koji su dali doprinos ovoj izložbi – uz ostalo rekao je Denis Karlović, direktor ŠC-a Višnjik.

Branko Dukić i Božidar Longin, zadarski gradonačelnik, odnosno župan Zadarske županije, u svojoj su besjedi istaknuli kako je Krešimir Ćosić bio veliki sportaš, da je znatno pridonio uzletu zadarske košarke, da je bio domoljub i da spada među brojne zaslužnike za ukupni život u gradu Zadru. I Dukić i Longin, nadalje, izrazili su veliko zadovoljstvo što je izložba postavljena i što, uz ostalo, budi emocije na slavna vremena, te istakli i da očekuju da će se KK Zadar čim prije vratiti u košarkaški vrh. Obojica su i snažno podržala projekt Stalnoga postava povijesti košarke u Zadru.

U ime Udruge Krešimir Ćosić nazočnima se obratila Zdenka Zrilić, dopredsjednica jer Krešina kći Ana, inače predsjednica udruge, iz objektivnih razloga nije mogla pribivati otvaranju izložbe.

Na koncu, nekoliko je emotivnih riječ kazao i Krešo Butić, inicijator ideje, neumorni skupljač svekolike košarkaške građe i golemi entuzijast:

– Zahvaljujem svima koji ste došli. Inicijativa je nastala 2015. i ja sam ju iznio Denisu Karloviću, direktoru ŠC-a Višnjik, koji ju je odmah podržao i cijelo vrijeme davao snažnu potporu onom što je postalo projekt. Naravno, na različite načine i drugi su pojedinci i skupine, obitelj Ćosić i Udruga Krešimir Ćosić pomagali, a hvala i Narodnom muzeju Zadar koji je dragocjena sa stručne strane. Hvala i Gradu Zadru i Županiji zadarskoj i duboko vjerujem da će budući Stalni postav povijesti košarke u Zadru uskoro zaživjeti.

Izložba je otvorena u nazočnosti brojnih ljubitelja košarke, nekadašnjih igrača Zadra, Krešinih suigrača i prijatelja, drugih bivših i sadašnjih sportaša i javnika, poštovatelja i građana. Svi su oni pomno razgledali izložbu koja će javnosti biti dostupna sljedećih dana.

Poslije otvaranja izložbe pod spomenik Kreši Ćosiću (autorski rad Ratka Petrića, akademskoga kipara iz Belafuže) u znak sjećanja i poštovanja na lik i djelo velikoga čovjeka položeno je cvijeće.

U Športskom centru Višnjik, u Dvorani Krešimira Ćosića (neposredno uz pomoćnu dvoranu 4), u petak, 26. studenoga 2021. otvorena je izložba povodom 73. obljetnice rođenja Krešimira Ćosića (preminuo 25. svibnja 1995.), velikoga zadarskoga, hrvatskoga i svjetskoga košarkaša.

– Zahvaljujem u ime ŠC-a Višnjik svima koji ste došli i tako uveličali otvaranje ove izložbe. Dio eksponata sastavnica su prikupljene građe za budući Stalni postav povijesti košarke u Zadru za što je inicijativu dao Krešo Butić, ujedno i entuzijastično radio na prikupljanju građe, a u ŠC-u Višnjik inicijativa je pretočena u projekt. Hvala Kreši Butiću i hvala svima koji su dali doprinos ovoj izložbi – uz ostalo rekao je Denis Karlović, direktor ŠC-a Višnjik.

Branko Dukić i Božidar Longin, zadarski gradonačelnik, odnosno župan Zadarske županije, u svojoj su besjedi istaknuli kako je Krešimir Ćosić bio veliki sportaš, da je znatno pridonio uzletu zadarske košarke, da je bio domoljub i da spada među brojne zaslužnike za ukupni život u gradu Zadru. I Dukić i Longin, nadalje, izrazili su veliko zadovoljstvo što je izložba postavljena i što, uz ostalo, budi emocije na slavna vremena, te istakli i da očekuju da će se KK Zadar čim prije vratiti u košarkaški vrh. Obojica su i snažno podržala projekt Stalnoga postava povijesti košarke u Zadru.

U ime Udruge Krešimir Ćosić nazočnima se obratila Zdenka Zrilić, dopredsjednica jer Krešina kći Ana, inače predsjednica udruge, iz objektivnih razloga nije mogla pribivati otvaranju izložbe.

Na koncu, nekoliko je emotivnih riječ kazao i Krešo Butić, inicijator ideje, neumorni skupljač svekolike košarkaške građe i golemi entuzijast:

– Zahvaljujem svima koji ste došli. Inicijativa je nastala 2015. i ja sam ju iznio Denisu Karloviću, direktoru ŠC-a Višnjik, koji ju je odmah podržao i cijelo vrijeme davao snažnu potporu onom što je postalo projekt. Naravno, na različite načine i drugi su pojedinci i skupine, obitelj Ćosić i Udruga Krešimir Ćosić pomagali, a hvala i Narodnom muzeju Zadar koji je dragocjena sa stručne strane. Hvala i Gradu Zadru i Županiji zadarskoj i duboko vjerujem da će budući Stalni postav povijesti košarke u Zadru uskoro zaživjeti.

Izložba je otvorena u nazočnosti brojnih ljubitelja košarke, nekadašnjih igrača Zadra, Krešinih suigrača i prijatelja, drugih bivših i sadašnjih sportaša i javnika, poštovatelja i građana. Svi su oni pomno razgledali izložbu koja će javnosti biti dostupna sljedećih dana.

Poslije otvaranja izložbe pod spomenik Kreši Ćosiću (autorski rad Ratka Petrića, akademskoga kipara iz Belafuže) u znak sjećanja i poštovanja na lik i djelo velikoga čovjeka položeno je cvijeće.
