Služba za antidoping HZTA, donijela je odluku u suspenziji za košarkaša Zadra, Williama Magarityju, koja iznosi puni četiri mjeseca, jer je na doping kontroli 30. studenog prošle godine utvrđeno prisustvo zabranjene tvari Terbutalina iz kategorije S.3 Beta-2 agonisti s Popisa zabranjenih sredstava.

Šveđanin s američkom putovnicom će tako s parketa izbivati do 30. travnja 2019., u rok kazne uračunato je dosadašnje vrijeme provedeno pod suspenzijom od dostave nalaza 28. prosinca 2018. do okončanja postupka.

Podsjetimo, Magarity je neprijavljeni lijek uzeo zbog pojačanih poteškoća s disanjem, budući je astmatičar, ali ga je propustio navesti na listi lijekova koje inače redovito uzima.

Komisija je uvažila činjenicu kako lijek nije konzumiran poradi poboljašnja sportskih rezultata, nego zdravstvenih problema, pa se kazna, koja je svega mjesec dana više od minimalno propisane, u neku ruku blažeg oblika.

Služba za antidoping HZTA, donijela je odluku u suspenziji za košarkaša Zadra, Williama Magarityju, koja iznosi puni četiri mjeseca, jer je na doping kontroli 30. studenog prošle godine utvrđeno prisustvo zabranjene tvari Terbutalina iz kategorije S.3 Beta-2 agonisti s Popisa zabranjenih sredstava.

Šveđanin s američkom putovnicom će tako s parketa izbivati do 30. travnja 2019., u rok kazne uračunato je dosadašnje vrijeme provedeno pod suspenzijom od dostave nalaza 28. prosinca 2018. do okončanja postupka.

Podsjetimo, Magarity je neprijavljeni lijek uzeo zbog pojačanih poteškoća s disanjem, budući je astmatičar, ali ga je propustio navesti na listi lijekova koje inače redovito uzima.

Komisija je uvažila činjenicu kako lijek nije konzumiran poradi poboljašnja sportskih rezultata, nego zdravstvenih problema, pa se kazna, koja je svega mjesec dana više od minimalno propisane, u neku ruku blažeg oblika.
