Prošlog tjedna u Zadru je održana tradicionalna 24. Ljetna akademija 2022. u organizaciji Akademije za razvojnu rehabilitaciju, Sveučilišta u Zadru i Opće bolnice Zadar. Teme ovogodišnje akademije bile su cerebralno oštećenje vida u djece, europska klasifikacija cerebralne paralize te GMFCS klasifikacija i GMFM - procjena grubog motoričkog funkcioniranja.
U prva tri dana ugledni liječnici, znanstvenici i rehabilitatori održali su predavanja o cerebralnom oštećenju vida i Europskoj klasifikaciji cerebralne paralize, dok su dva posljednja dana bila rezervirana za stručno usavršavanje procjene grubih motoričkih funkcija i sustava klasifikacije grubog motoričkog funkcioniranja za djecu s cerebralnom paralizom.
- Kroz dva dana polaznici su kroz teorijski i praktični dio učili kako klasificirati i procijeniti trenutačnu razinu funkcioniranja djeteta s cerebralnom paralizom. Na temelju procjene kasnije se može planirati tretman, postaviti terapijski ciljevi za dijete, iskomunicirati situaciju s roditeljima i potaknuti ih da neke stvari, koje mogu, naprave kod kuće ili za dijete odaberu primjeren sport. S vremenom se može napraviti i nova procjena i evaluirati tretman koji se radio, ističe voditelj obuke Hrvoje Gudlin iz Dnevnog centra za rehabilitaciju djece i mladeži "Mali dom" Zagreb.
Procjena grubih motoričkih funkcija (GMFM) zlatni je standard u rehabilitaciji ovakve djece od devedesetih godina prošlog stoljeća te se struka trudi uključiti što veći broj educiranih stručnjaka koji će ju prakticirati. Polaznici nakon usavršavanja mogu samostalno provoditi GMFM na svojim radnim mjestima.
Najbolji primjer vidio se u praktičnim radionicama posljednja dva dana. Među djecom koja su se odazvala radionicama bio je 11-godišnji dječak iz Zadra, koji boluje od distone diskinetičke cerebralne paralize. Posljedica je veliki motorički deficit, koji unatoč urednom intelektualnom, emocionalnom i socijalnom razvoju, predstavlja prepreke u normalnom funkcioniranju.
- On je kroz program robotike postigao znatan napredak te ga njegovi roditelji, školske kolege i učiteljica jako dobro razumiju, dok mi koji nismo svakodnevno s njim u kontaktu, imamo otežano razumijevanje. Ipak, zahvaljujući trudu struke i njegovih najbližih, njegov
napredak je vidljiv iz mjeseca u mjesec, kaže predsjednica Organizacijskog odbora 24. Ljetne akademije doc. prim. dr. sc. Sanja Delin.
Na završetku Ljetne akademije predstavljene su smjernice u radu s djecom s cerebralnom paralizom te sudionicima podijeljene potvrdnice o sudjelovanju

Prošlog tjedna u Zadru je održana tradicionalna 24. Ljetna akademija 2022. u organizaciji Akademije za razvojnu rehabilitaciju, Sveučilišta u Zadru i Opće bolnice Zadar. Teme ovogodišnje akademije bile su cerebralno oštećenje vida u djece, europska klasifikacija cerebralne paralize te GMFCS klasifikacija i GMFM - procjena grubog motoričkog funkcioniranja.
U prva tri dana ugledni liječnici, znanstvenici i rehabilitatori održali su predavanja o cerebralnom oštećenju vida i Europskoj klasifikaciji cerebralne paralize, dok su dva posljednja dana bila rezervirana za stručno usavršavanje procjene grubih motoričkih funkcija i sustava klasifikacije grubog motoričkog funkcioniranja za djecu s cerebralnom paralizom.
- Kroz dva dana polaznici su kroz teorijski i praktični dio učili kako klasificirati i procijeniti trenutačnu razinu funkcioniranja djeteta s cerebralnom paralizom. Na temelju procjene kasnije se može planirati tretman, postaviti terapijski ciljevi za dijete, iskomunicirati situaciju s roditeljima i potaknuti ih da neke stvari, koje mogu, naprave kod kuće ili za dijete odaberu primjeren sport. S vremenom se može napraviti i nova procjena i evaluirati tretman koji se radio, ističe voditelj obuke Hrvoje Gudlin iz Dnevnog centra za rehabilitaciju djece i mladeži "Mali dom" Zagreb.
Procjena grubih motoričkih funkcija (GMFM) zlatni je standard u rehabilitaciji ovakve djece od devedesetih godina prošlog stoljeća te se struka trudi uključiti što veći broj educiranih stručnjaka koji će ju prakticirati. Polaznici nakon usavršavanja mogu samostalno provoditi GMFM na svojim radnim mjestima.
Najbolji primjer vidio se u praktičnim radionicama posljednja dva dana. Među djecom koja su se odazvala radionicama bio je 11-godišnji dječak iz Zadra, koji boluje od distone diskinetičke cerebralne paralize. Posljedica je veliki motorički deficit, koji unatoč urednom intelektualnom, emocionalnom i socijalnom razvoju, predstavlja prepreke u normalnom funkcioniranju.
- On je kroz program robotike postigao znatan napredak te ga njegovi roditelji, školske kolege i učiteljica jako dobro razumiju, dok mi koji nismo svakodnevno s njim u kontaktu, imamo otežano razumijevanje. Ipak, zahvaljujući trudu struke i njegovih najbližih, njegov
napredak je vidljiv iz mjeseca u mjesec, kaže predsjednica Organizacijskog odbora 24. Ljetne akademije doc. prim. dr. sc. Sanja Delin.
Na završetku Ljetne akademije predstavljene su smjernice u radu s djecom s cerebralnom paralizom te sudionicima podijeljene potvrdnice o sudjelovanju
