- Gostima sam izdao račun za kavu i čaj i kao i svaki put ostavio sam ga na stolu. Međutim, prilikom odlaska, nisu čekali konobara nego su svoju narudžbu odlučili platiti na šanku. Konobar ih je pitao što su popili te im je potom naplatio 22 kune koliki je i bio iznos računa. Carinskim inspektorima koji nisu našli smislenim zatražiti račun od gostiju ovo je bio dovoljan razlog za prekršajni postupak – objašnjava kažnjeni rovinjski ugostitelj, a prenosi Novac.hr.

Upravo je zbog ovog propusta rovinjski ugostitelj postao 'žrtva treniranja strogoće' poreznih inspektora zbog čega je platio kaznu od vrtoglavih 25.200 kuna. Pri tome je vlasnik lokala dobio kaznu od 20.100 kuna, dok je odgovorni konobar kažnjen s 5.100 kuna.

Kako navodi Glas Istre, ovo nije jedini takav slučaj. Naime, prije nekoliko dana novigradski je poduzetnik zbog pronađenog viška od 23 kune u novčaniku jednog od konobara morao platiti istu kaznu kao njegov rovinjski kolega.

- Posebnost ovog slučaja svodi se na problematiku (ne)izdavanja računa koje je utvrđeno neposrednim opažanjem ovlaštenog carinskog službenika. Pitam se što neposredno promatranje znači u trenutku kad imate gosta od kojeg ste navodno naplatili račun bez računa, a niste našli za shodno da ga kao inspektor bilo što upitate ili ne daj bože zatražite račun. Cijeli slučaj je pomalo smiješan – zaključio je sugovornik.

- Gostima sam izdao račun za kavu i čaj i kao i svaki put ostavio sam ga na stolu. Međutim, prilikom odlaska, nisu čekali konobara nego su svoju narudžbu odlučili platiti na šanku. Konobar ih je pitao što su popili te im je potom naplatio 22 kune koliki je i bio iznos računa. Upravo je zbog ovog propusta rovinjski ugostitelj postao 'žrtva treniranja strogoće' poreznih inspektora zbog čega je platio kaznu od vrtoglavih 25.200 kuna. Pri tome je vlasnik lokala dobio kaznu od 20.100 kuna, dok je odgovorni konobar kažnjen s 5.100 kuna.

Kako navodi Glas Istre, ovo nije jedini takav slučaj. Naime, prije nekoliko dana novigradski je poduzetnik zbog pronađenog viška od 23 kune u novčaniku jednog od konobara morao platiti istu kaznu kao njegov rovinjski kolega.

- Posebnost ovog slučaja svodi se na problematiku (ne)izdavanja računa koje je utvrđeno neposrednim opažanjem ovlaštenog carinskog službenika. Pitam se što neposredno promatranje znači u trenutku kad imate gosta od kojeg ste navodno naplatili račun bez računa, a niste našli za shodno da ga kao inspektor bilo što upitate ili ne daj bože zatražite račun. Cijeli slučaj je pomalo smiješan – zaključio je sugovornik.
