Jednom kad trgovine konačno preplave proizvodi za sunčanje, jasno je da je ljeto pred vratima. A kako često najbolja vremena sa sobom donose ono najgore, sunčano raspoloženje baš u tom trenutku može poremetiti jedan nezgodni oblačić.

U obliku pitanja - koliko smo spremni za prvo skidanje u kupaće kostime?

Ni najmanje. Blago onima koji spremnost mjere u onoj skakanja u hladno more, a tretmane zanemaruju. Čuli smo da ima i takvih. Ako ćemo vjerovati, pak, pisanju po društvenim mrežama, većina se još uvijek za prvo sunčanje priprema na dobar, stari način.

Guzu. Pratili ste na satu, zate da su velike pozadine "in"? Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, da ne nabrajamo.

Ako ste dovoljno hrabri pa ste odabrali "brazilski kroj" bikinija, onda planirate i svoju prošetati pred strateški raspoređenom plažom. Možda će joj se, u skladu s mjerama zbog koronavirusa, diviti nešto manji broj ljudi, ali to ne znači da pripreme možete zanemariti. Minimalistički donji dio bikinija nužno sa sobom nosi i nešto detaljnije pripreme.

A neki još uvijek pojma nemaju koliko su točno one, i u svakome smislu - dataljne. Šokirali smo se ponudom proizvoda za njegu guze koji se mogu naći online, od nježnog kamena za blagi piling do maske baš za to područje, od masažera za "podizanje" i "učvršćivanje" do hlačica koje možete nositi kako biste smanjili obujam za koji centimetar. Kad smo u toj ponudi naišli na dobra, stara anticelulitna ulja, nastupilo je olakšanje.

No zahtjeva li ovo delikatno područje ipak posebnu njegu?

Specifičan je i tip kože o kojemu je riječ. Stanje poznato pod imenom "keratosis pilaris" (folikularna keratoza) i nastaje tako što prekomjerna proizvodnja keratina blokira folikule dlaka pa nastaju male kvržice - koža je zadebljana, naročito na nadlakticama i stražnjici. Male bubuljice kožu čine neravnom, stoga se ovo stanje naziva često i "purećom kožom".

Kako ga njegovati?

Najvažnija je redovita eksfolijacija. Ukoliko vam se ne da ulagati u skupe pilinge, možete pokušati onaj od kave smiješati kod kuće. Odličnim se pokazao i piling od rižina brašna koje pomiješate s vodom i dobijete bijelu pastu koja savršeno odstranjuje gornji sloj odumrlih stanica kože.

Nakon ekfolijacije - njega. Guste kreme za bebinu guzu umanjuju crvenilo i osip, ali nije preporučljivo prekomjerno ih koristiti jer mogu začepiti pore. Kako biste ujednačili teksturu, tražite proizvode na bazi glikolne (AHA) i salicilne kiseline (BHA).

I na kraju, ne zaboravite na SPF.

Jednom kad trgovine konačno preplave proizvodi za sunčanje, jasno je da je ljeto pred vratima. A kako često najbolja vremena sa sobom donose ono najgore, sunčano raspoloženje baš u tom trenutku može poremetiti jedan nezgodni oblačić.

U obliku pitanja - koliko smo spremni za prvo skidanje u kupaće kostime?

Ni najmanje. Blago onima koji spremnost mjere u onoj skakanja u hladno more, a tretmane zanemaruju. Čuli smo da ima i takvih. Ako ćemo vjerovati, pak, pisanju po društvenim mrežama, većina se još uvijek za prvo sunčanje priprema na dobar, stari način.

Dijetama, treninzima, depilacijama. Nijedan spol nije isključen. Poziranju pred ogledalom, utezanjem stomaka, pokušavanjem hvatanja koje zrake na balkonu. Malo predboje nikome nije škodilo.

Ove godine spomenutim se pripremama, solarijima, teretanama i online šopingu u potrazi za kupaćim kostimima, pridružio i tretman koji još uvijek nema definiran naziv, ali brine isključivo za jedno specifično područje.

Guzu. Pratili ste na satu, zate da su velike pozadine "in"? Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, da ne nabrajamo.

Ako ste dovoljno hrabri pa ste odabrali "brazilski kroj" bikinija, onda planirate i svoju prošetati pred strateški raspoređenom plažom. Možda će joj se, u skladu s mjerama zbog koronavirusa, diviti nešto manji broj ljudi, ali to ne znači da pripreme možete zanemariti. Minimalistički donji dio bikinija nužno sa sobom nosi i nešto detaljnije pripreme.

A neki još uvijek pojma nemaju koliko su točno one, i u svakome smislu - dataljne. Šokirali smo se ponudom proizvoda za njegu guze koji se mogu naći online, od nježnog kamena za blagi piling do maske baš za to područje, od masažera za "podizanje" i "učvršćivanje" do hlačica koje možete nositi kako biste smanjili obujam za koji centimetar. Kad smo u toj ponudi naišli na dobra, stara anticelulitna ulja, nastupilo je olakšanje.

No zahtjeva li ovo delikatno područje ipak posebnu njegu?

Specifičan je i tip kože o kojemu je riječ. Stanje poznato pod imenom "keratosis pilaris" (folikularna keratoza) i nastaje tako što prekomjerna proizvodnja keratina blokira folikule dlaka pa nastaju male kvržice - koža je zadebljana, naročito na nadlakticama i stražnjici. Male bubuljice kožu čine neravnom, stoga se ovo stanje naziva često i "purećom kožom".

Kako ga njegovati?

Najvažnija je redovita eksfolijacija. Ukoliko vam se ne da ulagati u skupe pilinge, možete pokušati onaj od kave smiješati kod kuće. Odličnim se pokazao i piling od rižina brašna koje pomiješate s vodom i dobijete bijelu pastu koja savršeno odstranjuje gornji sloj odumrlih stanica kože.

Nakon ekfolijacije - njega. Guste kreme za bebinu guzu umanjuju crvenilo i osip, ali nije preporučljivo prekomjerno ih koristiti jer mogu začepiti pore. Kako biste ujednačili teksturu, tražite proizvode na bazi glikolne (AHA) i salicilne kiseline (BHA).

I na kraju, ne zaboravite na SPF.

Jednom kad trgovine konačno preplave proizvodi za sunčanje, jasno je da je ljeto pred vratima. A kako često najbolja vremena sa sobom donose ono najgore, sunčano raspoloženje baš u tom trenutku može poremetiti jedan nezgodni oblačić.

U obliku pitanja - koliko smo spremni za prvo skidanje u kupaće kostime?

Ni najmanje. Blago onima koji spremnost mjere u onoj skakanja u hladno more, a tretmane zanemaruju. Čuli smo da ima i takvih. Ako ćemo vjerovati, pak, pisanju po društvenim mrežama, većina se još uvijek za prvo sunčanje priprema na dobar, stari način.

Dijetama, treninzima, depilacijama. Nijedan spol nije isključen. Poziranju pred ogledalom, utezanjem stomaka, pokušavanjem hvatanja koje zrake na balkonu. Malo predboje nikome nije škodilo.

Ove godine spomenutim se pripremama, solarijima, teretanama i online šopingu u potrazi za kupaćim kostimima, pridružio i tretman koji još uvijek nema definiran naziv, ali brine isključivo za jedno specifično područje.

Guzu. Pratili ste na satu, zate da su velike pozadine "in"? Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, da ne nabrajamo.

Ako ste dovoljno hrabri pa ste odabrali "brazilski kroj" bikinija, onda planirate i svoju prošetati pred strateški raspoređenom plažom. Možda će joj se, u skladu s mjerama zbog koronavirusa, diviti nešto manji broj ljudi, ali to ne znači da pripreme možete zanemariti. Minimalistički donji dio bikinija nužno sa sobom nosi i nešto detaljnije pripreme.

A neki još uvijek pojma nemaju koliko su točno one, i u svakome smislu - dataljne. Šokirali smo se ponudom proizvoda za njegu guze koji se mogu naći online, od nježnog kamena za blagi piling do maske baš za to područje, od masažera za "podizanje" i "učvršćivanje" do hlačica koje možete nositi kako biste smanjili obujam za koji centimetar. Kad smo u toj ponudi naišli na dobra, stara anticelulitna ulja, nastupilo je olakšanje.

No zahtjeva li ovo delikatno područje ipak posebnu njegu?

Specifičan je i tip kože o kojemu je riječ. Stanje poznato pod imenom "keratosis pilaris" (folikularna keratoza) i nastaje tako što prekomjerna proizvodnja keratina blokira folikule dlaka pa nastaju male kvržice - koža je zadebljana, naročito na nadlakticama i stražnjici. Male bubuljice kožu čine neravnom, stoga se ovo stanje naziva često i "purećom kožom".

Kako ga njegovati?

Najvažnija je redovita eksfolijacija. Ukoliko vam se ne da ulagati u skupe pilinge, možete pokušati onaj od kave smiješati kod kuće. Odličnim se pokazao i piling od rižina brašna koje pomiješate s vodom i dobijete bijelu pastu koja savršeno odstranjuje gornji sloj odumrlih stanica kože.

Nakon ekfolijacije - njega. Guste kreme za bebinu guzu umanjuju crvenilo i osip, ali nije preporučljivo prekomjerno ih koristiti jer mogu začepiti pore. Kako biste ujednačili teksturu, tražite proizvode na bazi glikolne (AHA) i salicilne kiseline (BHA).

I na kraju, ne zaboravite na SPF.
