Dva restorana danas već u svijetu poznatog boutique hotela pod zemljom Villa Nai 3.3 u Žmanu na Dugom otoku ovoga će ljeta dobiti novog chefa. 

Kuharski tim Ville Nai 3.3. predvodit će francuski kuhar Yann Berger, chef velikog iskustva i znanja koja je sticao u dugoj karijeri u restoranima diljem Europe, u Austriji, Finskoj, Švedskoj, Norveškoj i, naravno, u Francuskoj. Trenutno je glavni kuhar u restoranu jednog hotela u francuskoj regiji Camargue. 

Berger je u svom radu potpuno orijentiran na lokalne namirnice, ma gdje god da kuha s tim da se pri tom koristi različitim kuharskim tehnikama iz svog bogatog znanja i iskustva. Uglavnom, od Bergera se i u Villi Nai 3.3 mogu očekivati nova, atraktivna jela od svima poznatih lokalnih namirnica. I njemu će samom dolazak na Dugi otok, kako kaže, biti veliki izazov jer je veći dio karijere radio u klimatski i zemljopisno potpuno drugačijim europski regijama. Treba li reći da će pri tom obilato koristiti vrhunsko ekstra djevičansko ulje Nai 3.3 te će, kako kaže, ponuditi nove načine korištenja tog dragocjenog ulja u kombinacije jela.

Slobodna Dalmacija, časopis Maslina i portal Zadarski.hr prvi su i  vrlo često još 2014. godine pisali o maslinarskom i, potom, turističkom projektu bračnog para Nives i Goran Morović. Prvi susreti s radom i vizijama ovog bračnog para mnogima su se tada činili preambicioznim i nestvarnim. Nama ne.

Hotel Villa Nai 3.3. okružen maslinama

Pisali smo tome kako su Morovići s puno entuzijazma i tisućama radnih sati obnovili i dosadili stari maslinik od 1000 stabala, nasljedstvo Goranovih predaka, i to na ne baš pristupačnim sjevernim padinama Dugog otoka. Pri tome su koristili inovativna maslinarska rješenja da bi se na kraju bili nagrađeni vrhunskim uljem koje je danas poznato i traženo diljem svijeta. 

Ulje Nai 3.3. osvajalo je najviše priznanja na najrelevantnijim maslinarskim smotrama u svijetu, od Tokija, preko Milana i Londona do New Yorka. Pisali smo i tome ali i o njihovoj viziji da maslinik pretvore u turističku atrakciju visoke i ekskluzivne razine. Da bi to ostvarili uključili su sjajnog zadarskog arhitekta Nikolu Bašića koji je projektirao jedinstvenu Villu Nai 3.3, ali i prošli trnovit put u borbi s tvrdokornom državnom administracijom.

Ipak, na koncu je Villa Nai 3.3. dovršena i otvorena 2021. godine usred pandemije, te vrlo brzo postala poznata diljem svijeta. Nema relevantnog turističkog i poslovnog magazina ili portala koji nije pisao o ovom malom hotelskom biseru, od Forbesa pa nadalje. Danas je Villa članica Leading Hotels od the World iako ima tek nekoliko smještajnih jedinica, ekskluzivnih apartmana te dva restorana Villa Nai Restaurant i Grotta 11.000. 

Morovićevi su s puno ljubavi ostvarili svoje vizije te pri tome ni u jednom trenutku nisi odustajali od težnje prema savršenstvu i u tome su bili beskompromisni. 

Zato se u taj kontekst treba staviti i dolazak vrhunskog i iskusnog francuskog kuhara u mali Žman i ovaj sjajni hotel koji je, zapravo, više od toga. Morovićevi, očito, i dalje uporno žive i rade po pravilu da se uvijek može bolje, više, drugačije pa time u poslu kojim se bave postavljaju nove standarde.

Dva restorana danas već u svijetu poznatog boutique hotela pod zemljom Villa Nai 3.3 u Žmanu na Dugom otoku ovoga će ljeta dobiti novog chefa. 

Kuharski tim Ville Nai 3.3. predvodit će francuski kuhar Yann Berger, chef velikog iskustva i znanja koja je sticao u dugoj karijeri u restoranima diljem Europe, u Austriji, Finskoj, Švedskoj, Norveškoj i, naravno, u Francuskoj. Trenutno je glavni kuhar u restoranu jednog hotela u francuskoj regiji Camargue. 

Berger je u svom radu potpuno orijentiran na lokalne namirnice, ma gdje god da kuha s tim da se pri tom koristi različitim kuharskim tehnikama iz svog bogatog znanja i iskustva. Uglavnom, od Bergera se i u Villi Nai 3.3 mogu očekivati nova, atraktivna jela od svima poznatih lokalnih namirnica. I njemu će samom dolazak na Dugi otok, kako kaže, biti veliki izazov jer je veći dio karijere radio u klimatski i zemljopisno potpuno drugačijim europski regijama. Treba li reći da će pri tom obilato koristiti vrhunsko ekstra djevičansko ulje Nai 3.3 te će, kako kaže, ponuditi nove načine korištenja tog dragocjenog ulja u kombinacije jela.

Slobodna Dalmacija, časopis Maslina i portal Zadarski.hr prvi su i  vrlo često još 2014. godine pisali o maslinarskom i, potom, turističkom projektu bračnog para Nives i Goran Morović. Prvi susreti s radom i vizijama ovog bračnog para mnogima su se tada činili preambicioznim i nestvarnim. Nama ne.

Pisali smo tome kako su Morovići s puno entuzijazma i tisućama radnih sati obnovili i dosadili stari maslinik od 1000 stabala, nasljedstvo Goranovih predaka, i to na ne baš pristupačnim sjevernim padinama Dugog otoka. Pri tome su koristili inovativna maslinarska rješenja da bi se na kraju bili nagrađeni vrhunskim uljem koje je danas poznato i traženo diljem svijeta. 

Ulje Nai 3.3. osvajalo je najviše priznanja na najrelevantnijim maslinarskim smotrama u svijetu, od Tokija, preko Milana i Londona do New Yorka. Pisali smo i tome ali i o njihovoj viziji da maslinik pretvore u turističku atrakciju visoke i ekskluzivne razine. Da bi to ostvarili uključili su sjajnog zadarskog arhitekta Nikolu Bašića koji je projektirao jedinstvenu Villu Nai 3.3, ali i prošli trnovit put u borbi s tvrdokornom državnom administracijom.

Ipak, na koncu je Villa Nai 3.3. dovršena i otvorena 2021. godine usred pandemije, te vrlo brzo postala poznata diljem svijeta. Nema relevantnog turističkog i poslovnog magazina ili portala koji nije pisao o ovom malom hotelskom biseru, od Forbesa pa nadalje. Danas je Villa članica Leading Hotels od the World iako ima tek nekoliko smještajnih jedinica, ekskluzivnih apartmana te dva restorana Villa Nai Restaurant i Grotta 11.000. 

Morovićevi su s puno ljubavi ostvarili svoje vizije te pri tome ni u jednom trenutku nisi odustajali od težnje prema savršenstvu i u tome su bili beskompromisni. 

Zato se u taj kontekst treba staviti i dolazak vrhunskog i iskusnog francuskog kuhara u mali Žman i ovaj sjajni hotel koji je, zapravo, više od toga. Morovićevi, očito, i dalje uporno žive i rade po pravilu da se uvijek može bolje, više, drugačije pa time u poslu kojim se bave postavljaju nove standarde.
