Računali smo dobiti Argentinu, te kolo prije kraja osigurati četvrtfinale, a u zadnjem kolu drugog kruga potući se s Danskom, svjetskim prvakom – tko će s prvog, a tko s drugog mjesta ući u završnicu Svjetskog prvenstva?

Na kraju – doživjeli smo bolan poraz od Argentine, 23:19, te nam ni pobjeda u zadnjem kolu protiv Danske ne osigurava prolaz dalje. Hrvatska je blizu ispadanja sa SP-a. U ponedjeljak ne ovisimo sami o sebi. Prolazimo jedino ako budemo bolji od Danske, a Argentina izgubi od Katara. Argentini je i bod dovoljan za prolaz.

Argentina i Katar u ponedjeljak, 25. siječnja, igraju od 18 sati, a mi s Danskom od 20.30 sati.

- Odlazim nakon ovog Svjetskog prvenstva! Ova odluka je konačna. Mislio sam da ćemo danas igrati dobro, ali ovo je veliko razočarenje. Preuzimam odgovornost za ovo. Neka dođe netko tko će me zamijeniti. Neću o ovome razmišljati dalje, meni su kriteriji bili visoki, a trener kojem ekipa na ovakav način odigra utakmicu ne treba biti ovdje - rekao je hrvatski izbornik Lino Červar nakon utakmice u mikrofon RTL-a.

- Snosim odgovornost. Ne bježim od toga. Žao mi je što tako odlazim, ali to je definitivna odluka. Dat ću potporu novom izborniku. Jako mi je žao zbog večerašnje utakmice. Sve je bilo u pristupu. Argentina je imala više želje, mi nismo gladni pobjeda. Život ima uspona i padova, nikoga ne krivim, ali HRS mora naći drugog izbornika. Odluku neću promijeniti, mislim da je vrijeme za novog čovjeka. Možda se izvučemo protiv Danske, ali govorim za budućnost - rekao je Červar.

Argentina je otvorila utakmicu vodstvom 5:0. Ivan Čupić je u 11. minuti postigao prvi pogodak za Hrvatsku. Metkovac nas je sa sedam pogodaka držao u igri, na poluvremenu je bilo 12:12, početkom nastavka smo poveli 13:12 (jedino vodstvo), ali... dosta, dosta prije kraja bilo je jasno kako ćemo ostati praznih ruku protivc Argentine. Kakva loša igra naših, kakav ružan dan za hrvatski rukomet na SP-u u Egiptu!

Računali smo dobiti Argentinu, te kolo prije kraja osigurati četvrtfinale, a u zadnjem kolu drugog kruga potući se s Danskom, svjetskim prvakom – tko će s prvog, a tko s drugog mjesta ući u završnicu Svjetskog prvenstva?

Na kraju – doživjeli smo bolan poraz od Argentine, 23:19, te nam ni pobjeda u zadnjem kolu protiv Danske ne osigurava prolaz dalje. Hrvatska je blizu ispadanja sa SP-a. U ponedjeljak ne ovisimo sami o sebi. Prolazimo jedino ako budemo bolji od Danske, a Argentina izgubi od Katara. Argentini je i bod dovoljan za prolaz.

Argentina i Katar u ponedjeljak, 25. siječnja, igraju od 18 sati, a mi s Danskom od 20.30 sati.

- Odlazim nakon ovog Svjetskog prvenstva! Ova odluka je konačna. Mislio sam da ćemo danas igrati dobro, ali ovo je veliko razočarenje. Preuzimam odgovornost za ovo. Neka dođe netko tko će me zamijeniti. Neću o ovome razmišljati dalje, meni su kriteriji bili visoki, a trener kojem ekipa na ovakav način odigra utakmicu ne treba biti ovdje - rekao je hrvatski izbornik Lino Červar nakon utakmice u mikrofon RTL-a.

- Snosim odgovornost. Ne bježim od toga. Žao mi je što tako odlazim, ali to je definitivna odluka. Dat ću potporu novom izborniku. Jako mi je žao zbog večerašnje utakmice. Sve je bilo u pristupu. Argentina je imala više želje, mi nismo gladni pobjeda. Život ima uspona i padova, nikoga ne krivim, ali HRS mora naći drugog izbornika. Odluku neću promijeniti, mislim da je vrijeme za novog čovjeka. Možda se izvučemo protiv Danske, ali govorim za budućnost - rekao je Červar.

Argentina je otvorila utakmicu vodstvom 5:0. Ivan Čupić je u 11. minuti postigao prvi pogodak za Hrvatsku. Metkovac nas je sa sedam pogodaka držao u igri, na poluvremenu je bilo 12:12, početkom nastavka smo poveli 13:12 (jedino vodstvo), ali... dosta, dosta prije kraja bilo je jasno kako ćemo ostati praznih ruku protivc Argentine. Kakva loša igra naših, kakav ružan dan za hrvatski rukomet na SP-u u Egiptu!

KAKAV RUŽAN DAN Argentinski tango u Kairu, Hrvatska pred ispadanjem, Lino Červar podnio ostavku: Odlazim nakon SP-a!

Računali smo dobiti Argentinu, te kolo prije kraja osigurati četvrtfinale, a u zadnjem kolu drugog kruga potući se s Danskom, svjetskim prvakom – tko će s prvog, a tko s drugog mjesta ući u završnicu Svjetskog prvenstva?

Na kraju – doživjeli smo bolan poraz od Argentine, 23:19, te nam ni pobjeda u zadnjem kolu protiv Danske ne osigurava prolaz dalje. Hrvatska je blizu ispadanja sa SP-a. U ponedjeljak ne ovisimo sami o sebi. Prolazimo jedino ako budemo bolji od Danske, a Argentina izgubi od Katara. Argentini je i bod dovoljan za prolaz.

Argentina i Katar u ponedjeljak, 25. siječnja, igraju od 18 sati, a mi s Danskom od 20.30 sati.

- Odlazim nakon ovog Svjetskog prvenstva! Ova odluka je konačna. Mislio sam da ćemo danas igrati dobro, ali ovo je veliko razočarenje. Preuzimam odgovornost za ovo. Neka dođe netko tko će me zamijeniti. Neću o ovome razmišljati dalje, meni su kriteriji bili visoki, a trener kojem ekipa na ovakav način odigra utakmicu ne treba biti ovdje - rekao je hrvatski izbornik Lino Červar nakon utakmice u mikrofon RTL-a.

- Snosim odgovornost. Ne bježim od toga. Žao mi je što tako odlazim, ali to je definitivna odluka. Dat ću potporu novom izborniku. Jako mi je žao zbog večerašnje utakmice. Sve je bilo u pristupu. Argentina je imala više želje, mi nismo gladni pobjeda. Život ima uspona i padova, nikoga ne krivim, ali HRS mora naći drugog izbornika. Odluku neću promijeniti, mislim da je vrijeme za novog čovjeka. Možda se izvučemo protiv Danske, ali govorim za budućnost - rekao je Červar.

Argentina je otvorila utakmicu vodstvom 5:0. Ivan Čupić je u 11. minuti postigao prvi pogodak za Hrvatsku. Metkovac nas je sa sedam pogodaka držao u igri, na poluvremenu je bilo 12:12, početkom nastavka smo poveli 13:12 (jedino vodstvo), ali... dosta, dosta prije kraja bilo je jasno kako ćemo ostati praznih ruku protivc Argentine. Kakva loša igra naših, kakav ružan dan za hrvatski rukomet na SP-u u Egiptu!
