Nakon najave o uvođenju obveznih covid potvrda, dogodila se prava navalija na punktove za cijepljenje, a od sljedećeg tjedna bit će gužve i prilikom testiranja. Kao jedno od mjesta mogućih testiranja spominju se i ljekarne. Ravnateljica Zdravstvene ustanove Ljekarne Dubrovnik, magistra farmacije Marina Svilokos objašnjava koji su problemi prilikom testiranja u apotekama.

- Kad se idete testirati, znate kako izgleda cijela ta oprema: ljudi su u onim skafanderima i ljudi koji testiraju, rade samo taj posao. Kad dođete u ljekarnu, morate doći s maskom, ako ste u izolaciji, ne smijete ući. Nitko ne zna je li ta osoba koja se došla testirati bolesna ili zdrava?! Nadalje, koga izložiti tom riziku da testira ljude koji su eventualno zaraženi?! Ako se jedan djelatnik zarazi, cijela jedinica ide u samoizolaciju, a tko će onda raditi?! Ja niti mogu niti želim nekome narediti da to radi, jer automatski dovodi sebe i cijelu tu jedinicu u opasnost, a nas je ionako konstantno malo, upozorava Svilokos.

Osvrnula se i na cijepljenje u ljekarnama.

- Protiv gripe da, a protiv covida ne jer to je ipak nešto nepoznatije, tu moraju biti timovi i u slučaju nekakve alergijske reakcije ili antišok terapije. Cijepila sam se booster dozom u Studentskom domu i to jutro je troje ljudi zahtijevalo hitnu intervenciju. Znači, mi u ljekarnama nemamo ni prostor ni tim koji bi to adekvatno mogao odraditi. Mislim da su prostori poput Studentskog doma ili neki sportski centri gdje ima puno prostora sasvim adekvatni jer nakon cijepljenja morate ostati barem 15 minuta, tu mora biti 'stand by' tim u slučaju neke intervencije, to se u ljekarnama nema gdje napraviti. Ovo što već radimo je zahtjevan posao i ne treba nam stavljati nešto na teret što nije naše: nismo obučeni, nemamo prostore, timove, nemamo ono što je potrebno da bi to bilo po redu i po zakonu, napominje Svilokos na kraju.

A kako stoje privatne ljekarne? U ljekarni Čebulc neće nuditi uslugu testiranja na covid.

- U ljekarnama je ionako gužva, u njima istovremeno može boraviti dvoje ljudi, a ispred ljekarni obično bude po četiri, pet, sedam ljudi, ispred svake je ljekarne gužva. Kako dvoje ljudi može boraviti u ljekarni, davanje usluge po kupcu bitno više traje jer prije kad bi više ljudi ulazilo unutra, onda bi pogledali što se još nudi. Sad kupci to isto rade, ali s osobljem koje je tu i usluga traje duže. Vi ćete nekoga testirati za što nećete dobiti nijedne lipe, što nije primarno, primarno je da testiranjem u ljekarnu uvodite potencijalno bolesnog čovjeka među zdravim osobljem i zdravim kupcima jer pretpostavka je da su kupci ipak zdravi I onda vi morate nekoga testirati tko se nije došao testirati 'bezveze', nego se došao testirati jer pretpostavlja da ima covid, to je jedan napor i dodatni rizik za obolijevanje djelatnika ljekarne od covida, objasnili su iz ljekarne Čebulc.

Nakon najave o uvođenju obveznih covid potvrda, dogodila se prava navalija na punktove za cijepljenje, a od sljedećeg tjedna bit će gužve i prilikom testiranja. Kao jedno od mjesta mogućih testiranja spominju se i ljekarne. Ravnateljica Zdravstvene ustanove Ljekarne Dubrovnik, magistra farmacije Marina Svilokos objašnjava koji su problemi prilikom testiranja u apotekama.

- Kad se idete testirati, znate kako izgleda cijela ta oprema: ljudi su u onim skafanderima i ljudi koji testiraju, rade samo taj posao. Kad dođete u ljekarnu, morate doći s maskom, ako ste u izolaciji, ne smijete ući. Nitko ne zna je li ta osoba koja se došla testirati bolesna ili zdrava?! Nadalje, koga izložiti tom riziku da testira ljude koji su eventualno zaraženi?! Ako se jedan djelatnik zarazi, cijela jedinica ide u samoizolaciju, a tko će onda raditi?! Ja niti mogu niti želim nekome narediti da to radi, jer automatski dovodi sebe i cijelu tu jedinicu u opasnost, a nas je ionako konstantno malo, upozorava Svilokos.

Osvrnula se i na cijepljenje u ljekarnama.

- Protiv gripe da, a protiv covida ne jer to je ipak nešto nepoznatije, tu moraju biti timovi i u slučaju nekakve alergijske reakcije ili antišok terapije. Cijepila sam se booster dozom u Studentskom domu i to jutro je troje ljudi zahtijevalo hitnu intervenciju. Znači, mi u ljekarnama nemamo ni prostor ni tim koji bi to adekvatno mogao odraditi. Mislim da su prostori poput Studentskog doma ili neki sportski centri gdje ima puno prostora sasvim adekvatni jer nakon cijepljenja morate ostati barem 15 minuta, tu mora biti 'stand by' tim u slučaju neke intervencije, to se u ljekarnama nema gdje napraviti. Ovo što već radimo je zahtjevan posao i ne treba nam stavljati nešto na teret što nije naše: nismo obučeni, nemamo prostore, timove, nemamo ono što je potrebno da bi to bilo po redu i po zakonu, napominje Svilokos na kraju.

A kako stoje privatne ljekarne? U ljekarni Čebulc neće nuditi uslugu testiranja na covid.

- U ljekarnama je ionako gužva, u njima istovremeno može boraviti dvoje ljudi, a ispred ljekarni obično bude po četiri, pet, sedam ljudi, ispred svake je ljekarne gužva. Kako dvoje ljudi može boraviti u ljekarni, davanje usluge po kupcu bitno više traje jer prije kad bi više ljudi ulazilo unutra, onda bi pogledali što se još nudi. Sad kupci to isto rade, ali s osobljem koje je tu i usluga traje duže. Vi ćete nekoga testirati za što nećete dobiti nijedne lipe, što nije primarno, primarno je da testiranjem u ljekarnu uvodite potencijalno bolesnog čovjeka među zdravim osobljem i zdravim kupcima jer pretpostavka je da su kupci ipak zdravi I onda vi morate nekoga testirati tko se nije došao testirati 'bezveze', nego se došao testirati jer pretpostavlja da ima covid, to je jedan napor i dodatni rizik za obolijevanje djelatnika ljekarne od covida, objasnili su iz ljekarne Čebulc.
