Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predstavio je danas Proračun za 2023. godinu istaknuvši kako trenutno na gradskom računu ima 95 milijuna kuna.

Franković je istaknuo kako je Grad prebrodio dvije teške, financijski izazovne godine kada se događalo da i mjesec dana ne bude uplate. Iako je pandemijska kriza prošla, ipak je ostavljeno dovoljno sredstava za tri i pol mjeseca funkcioniranja odnosno, kako je kazao Franković, za ‘ ne daj Bože‘ i u siječnju, veljači i ožujku. - 1. prosinca pred gradske vijećnike ide proračun ‘težak‘ 86,5 milijuna eura. Krenuli smo u 2017. s 58 milijuna eura pa je proračun rastao do 2019. na 92 milijuna eura, a potom je započeo pad zbog koronakrize. Uspoređujući 2019. s 2023. godinom oporavljamo se korak po korak te se vraćamo u stare predpandemijske proračunske brojke- podsjetio je gradonačelnik te u prihodovnoj strani novog Proračuna među ostalim istaknuo kako se od Du Passa planira uprihoditi iznos od 4,7 milijuna eura, od zidina 9,8 milijuna eura, a od ulaznica za zidine 863 tisuće eura. Najavio je značajan porast prihoda zbog novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru koji će omogućiti jedinicama lokalne samouprave da umjesto koncesijskih odobrenja daje koncesije čime će i prihodi biti veći. Tu su i prihodi od cruisera u iznosu od 597 tisuća eura.

Govoreći o rashodima u idućoj godini, Franković je istaknuo kako će rashodi biti umnogome kreirani projektom participativnog budžetiranja koji kreće u punu implementaciju u 2023., odnosno odlučivanjem građana o projektima u njihovim gradskim kotarevima i mjesnim odborima. Uz završetak stambenog zbrinjavanja hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida na Nuncijati, među ostalim izdvojio je sanaciju mosta Ombla, izvanredno održavanje prometnica, koje se, kako je kazao, nije provodilo dvije godine, gradnju spomenika za djecu poginulu u Domovinskom ratu, izgradnju hangara VK Neptun, te projekt nove multifunkcionalne dvorane u Gospinom polju. Tu su i brojni projekti koje se neće financirati iz proračuna već iz EU fondova poput azila za napuštene životinje na Grabovici. Među većim stavkama u rashodima su i veća kolektivna prava djelatnika ustanova u kulturi za 19 posto odnosno 8,3 milijuna kuna.

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predstavio je danas Proračun za 2023. godinu istaknuvši kako trenutno na gradskom računu ima 95 milijuna kuna.

Franković je istaknuo kako je Grad prebrodio dvije teške, financijski izazovne godine kada se događalo da i mjesec dana ne bude uplate. Iako je pandemijska kriza prošla, ipak je ostavljeno dovoljno sredstava za tri i pol mjeseca funkcioniranja odnosno, kako je kazao Franković, za ‘ ne daj Bože‘ i u siječnju, veljači i ožujku. - 1. prosinca pred gradske vijećnike ide proračun ‘težak‘ 86,5 milijuna eura. Krenuli smo u 2017. s 58 milijuna eura pa je proračun rastao do 2019. na 92 milijuna eura, a potom je započeo pad zbog koronakrize. Uspoređujući 2019. s 2023. godinom oporavljamo se korak po korak te se vraćamo u stare predpandemijske proračunske brojke- podsjetio je gradonačelnik te u prihodovnoj strani novog Proračuna među ostalim istaknuo kako se od Du Passa planira uprihoditi iznos od 4,7 milijuna eura, od zidina 9,8 milijuna eura, a od ulaznica za zidine 863 tisuće eura. Najavio je značajan porast prihoda zbog novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru koji će omogućiti jedinicama lokalne samouprave da umjesto koncesijskih odobrenja daje koncesije čime će i prihodi biti veći. Tu su i prihodi od cruisera u iznosu od 597 tisuća eura.

Govoreći o rashodima u idućoj godini, Franković je istaknuo kako će rashodi biti umnogome kreirani projektom participativnog budžetiranja koji kreće u punu implementaciju u 2023., odnosno odlučivanjem građana o projektima u njihovim gradskim kotarevima i mjesnim odborima. Uz završetak stambenog zbrinjavanja hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida na Nuncijati, među ostalim izdvojio je sanaciju mosta Ombla, izvanredno održavanje prometnica, koje se, kako je kazao, nije provodilo dvije godine, gradnju spomenika za djecu poginulu u Domovinskom ratu, izgradnju hangara VK Neptun, te projekt nove multifunkcionalne dvorane u Gospinom polju. Tu su i brojni projekti koje se neće financirati iz proračuna već iz EU fondova poput azila za napuštene životinje na Grabovici. Među većim stavkama u rashodima su i veća kolektivna prava djelatnika ustanova u kulturi za 19 posto odnosno 8,3 milijuna kuna.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković predstavio dubrovački Proračuna za 2023. Evo gdje će se zarađivati, a gdje trošiti

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predstavio je danas Proračun za 2023. godinu istaknuvši kako trenutno na gradskom računu ima 95 milijuna kuna.

Franković je istaknuo kako je Grad prebrodio dvije teške, financijski izazovne godine kada se događalo da i mjesec dana ne bude uplate. Iako je pandemijska kriza prošla, ipak je ostavljeno dovoljno sredstava za tri i pol mjeseca funkcioniranja odnosno, kako je kazao Franković, za ‘ ne daj Bože‘ i u siječnju, veljači i ožujku. - 1. prosinca pred gradske vijećnike ide proračun ‘težak‘ 86,5 milijuna eura. Krenuli smo u 2017. s 58 milijuna eura pa je proračun rastao do 2019. na 92 milijuna eura, a potom je započeo pad zbog koronakrize. Uspoređujući 2019. s 2023. godinom oporavljamo se korak po korak te se vraćamo u stare predpandemijske proračunske brojke- podsjetio je gradonačelnik te u prihodovnoj strani novog Proračuna među ostalim istaknuo kako se od Du Passa planira uprihoditi iznos od 4,7 milijuna eura, od zidina 9,8 milijuna eura, a od ulaznica za zidine 863 tisuće eura. Najavio je značajan porast prihoda zbog novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru koji će omogućiti jedinicama lokalne samouprave da umjesto koncesijskih odobrenja daje koncesije čime će i prihodi biti veći. Tu su i prihodi od cruisera u iznosu od 597 tisuća eura.

Govoreći o rashodima u idućoj godini, Franković je istaknuo kako će rashodi biti umnogome kreirani projektom participativnog budžetiranja koji kreće u punu implementaciju u 2023., odnosno odlučivanjem građana o projektima u njihovim gradskim kotarevima i mjesnim odborima. Uz završetak stambenog zbrinjavanja hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida na Nuncijati, među ostalim izdvojio je sanaciju mosta Ombla, izvanredno održavanje prometnica, koje se, kako je kazao, nije provodilo dvije godine, gradnju spomenika za djecu poginulu u Domovinskom ratu, izgradnju hangara VK Neptun, te projekt nove multifunkcionalne dvorane u Gospinom polju. Tu su i brojni projekti koje se neće financirati iz proračuna već iz EU fondova poput azila za napuštene životinje na Grabovici. Među većim stavkama u rashodima su i veća kolektivna prava djelatnika ustanova u kulturi za 19 posto odnosno 8,3 milijuna kuna.
