Nakon što je na zemljištu dubrovačke Osnovne Škole Marin Držić uređen teren za parkiralište namijenjeno zaposlenicima škole, pred trim stazom koja vodi prema školi, sportskoj dvorani i školskim sportskim terenima, postavljena je rampa. Iako tuda nikada nisu ulazili automobili ili bilo koja druga vozila osim građevinskih kada se betonirao parking, na početku prilaza postavljena je rampa. Ne bi to bio nikakav problem da trim staza ujedno nije i požarni put prema školi ispred kojeg je inače zabranjeno i parkiranje, pa je na tom mjestu Sanitatov ‘pauk‘ čest gost.

Smije li požarni put biti blokiran rampom, raspitali smo se prvo u Državnoj vatrogasnoj školi iz koje su nas uputili na protupožarnu inspekciju Civilne zaštite od koje još uvijek čekamo odgovor. Je li se u skladu sa zakonom pitali smo ravnateljicu škole Veroniku Šmanjak, te prometnog stručnjaka, profesora Željka Marušića sa Prometnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

- Temeljem Pravilnika o uvjetima za vatrogasni pristup Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, čl. 3., "vatrogasni prilazi su površine koje se direktno nastavljaju na javne prometne površine, a omogućavaju kretanje vatrogasnih vozila do površina uzduž građevina predviđenih za operativni rad vatrogasnih vozila na spašavanju osoba i gašenju požara". Dakle, vatrogasni pristup ne smije biti blokiran rampom (neizravan)- poručuje prof.dr.sc. Željko Marušić.

Ravnateljica O.Š. Marin Držić Veronika Šmanjak pak ističe kako su zadovoljeni svi zakonski propisi.

- I prije sam o rampi razgovarala s vatrogascima, oni su u sve upućeni. Dogovorili smo se da će oni, kad god bude trebalo, moći na daljinsko upravljanje otvoriti rampu, ući i intervenirati. Mi smo morali ograditi prostor jer nam se više puta događalo da se na sam ulaz na požarni put parkira auto i blokira prilaze. Na ovaj smo način htjeli u svakom trenutku osloboditi ulaz vatrogascima  - kazala nam je Veronika Šmanjak, ravnateljica obližnje Osnovne škole Marina Držića.

Podsjetimo, kako smo već pisali, škola je za potrebe zaposlenika rašćistila šikaru koja se nalazi iza otovorenog košarkaškog terena, a radovi na parkiralištu koje je financirala škola uz pomoć Grada, stajali su 21.000 eura

Nakon što je na zemljištu dubrovačke Osnovne Škole Marin Držić uređen teren za parkiralište namijenjeno zaposlenicima škole, pred trim stazom koja vodi prema školi, sportskoj dvorani i školskim sportskim terenima, postavljena je rampa. Iako tuda nikada nisu ulazili automobili ili bilo koja druga vozila osim građevinskih kada se betonirao parking, na početku prilaza postavljena je rampa. Ne bi to bio nikakav problem da trim staza ujedno nije i požarni put prema školi ispred kojeg je inače zabranjeno i parkiranje, pa je na tom mjestu Sanitatov ‘pauk‘ čest gost.

Smije li požarni put biti blokiran rampom, raspitali smo se prvo u Državnoj vatrogasnoj školi iz koje su nas uputili na protupožarnu inspekciju Civilne zaštite od koje još uvijek čekamo odgovor. Je li se u skladu sa zakonom pitali smo ravnateljicu škole Veroniku Šmanjak, te prometnog stručnjaka, profesora Željka Marušića sa Prometnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

- Temeljem Pravilnika o uvjetima za vatrogasni pristup Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, čl. 3., "vatrogasni prilazi su površine koje se direktno nastavljaju na javne prometne površine, a omogućavaju kretanje vatrogasnih vozila do površina uzduž građevina predviđenih za operativni rad vatrogasnih vozila na spašavanju osoba i gašenju požara". Dakle, vatrogasni pristup ne smije biti blokiran rampom (neizravan)- poručuje prof.dr.sc. Željko Marušić.

Ravnateljica O.Š. Marin Držić Veronika Šmanjak pak ističe kako su zadovoljeni svi zakonski propisi.

- I prije sam o rampi razgovarala s vatrogascima, oni su u sve upućeni. Dogovorili smo se da će oni, kad god bude trebalo, moći na daljinsko upravljanje otvoriti rampu, ući i intervenirati. Mi smo morali ograditi prostor jer nam se više puta događalo da se na sam ulaz na požarni put parkira auto i blokira prilaze. Na ovaj smo način htjeli u svakom trenutku osloboditi ulaz vatrogascima  - kazala nam je Veronika Šmanjak, ravnateljica obližnje Osnovne škole Marina Držića.

Podsjetimo, kako smo već pisali, škola je za potrebe zaposlenika rašćistila šikaru koja se nalazi iza otovorenog košarkaškog terena, a radovi na parkiralištu koje je financirala škola uz pomoć Grada, stajali su 21.000 eura

Nakon što je na zemljištu dubrovačke Osnovne Škole Marin Držić uređen teren za parkiralište namijenjeno zaposlenicima škole, pred trim stazom koja vodi prema školi, sportskoj dvorani i školskim sportskim terenima, postavljena je rampa. Iako tuda nikada nisu ulazili automobili ili bilo koja druga vozila osim građevinskih kada se betonirao parking, na početku prilaza postavljena je rampa. Ne bi to bio nikakav problem da trim staza ujedno nije i požarni put prema školi ispred kojeg je inače zabranjeno i parkiranje, pa je na tom mjestu Sanitatov ‘pauk‘ čest gost.

Smije li požarni put biti blokiran rampom, raspitali smo se prvo u Državnoj vatrogasnoj školi iz koje su nas uputili na protupožarnu inspekciju Civilne zaštite od koje još uvijek čekamo odgovor. Je li se u skladu sa zakonom pitali smo ravnateljicu škole Veroniku Šmanjak, te prometnog stručnjaka, profesora Željka Marušića sa Prometnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

- Temeljem Pravilnika o uvjetima za vatrogasni pristup Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, čl. 3., "vatrogasni prilazi su površine koje se direktno nastavljaju na javne prometne površine, a omogućavaju kretanje vatrogasnih vozila do površina uzduž građevina predviđenih za operativni rad vatrogasnih vozila na spašavanju osoba i gašenju požara". Dakle, vatrogasni pristup ne smije biti blokiran rampom (neizravan)- poručuje prof.dr.sc. Željko Marušić.

Ravnateljica O.Š. Marin Držić Veronika Šmanjak pak ističe kako su zadovoljeni svi zakonski propisi.

- I prije sam o rampi razgovarala s vatrogascima, oni su u sve upućeni. Dogovorili smo se da će oni, kad god bude trebalo, moći na daljinsko upravljanje otvoriti rampu, ući i intervenirati. Mi smo morali ograditi prostor jer nam se više puta događalo da se na sam ulaz na požarni put parkira auto i blokira prilaze.
