Mjere kriznog upravljanja u 3. maju, koje su usmjerene na završetak samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta (527) su uvedene, očekuje se skoro porinuće tog broda te predviđeni završetak radova do sredine lipnja, rekao je predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Juraj Šoljić.

Odluku o nužnim mjerama kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu i njihovu implementiranju do 31. siječnja je u početku godine donijela Uprava 3. maja, a prihvatili su je Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština. Šoljić, koji je i regionalni povjerenik Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske kazao je Hini u srijedu da se novogradnja 527 priprema za porinuće.

Govoreći o kriznim mjerama, rekao je da je prva faza zbrinjavanja viša radnika već obavljena, očekuje se druga i treća. Radi se na unovčenju imovine, primjerice udjela u dva broda u vlasništvu Uljanik brodogradilišta u stečaju.

Potrebno je zadržati kvalitetan kadar, optimizirati proizvodni proces, smanjivati administraciju, a najvažnije – potrebno je finalizirati pregovore i ugovoriti izgradnju novih brodova, rekao je Šoljić.

Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština 3. maja u siječnju su prihvatili plan mjera kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu, koje je predložio direktor Edi Kučan. One se ponajprije odnose na završetak izgradnje samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta za kanadskog naručitelja Algomu (527) najkasnije do sredine lipnja, a njihovo uvođenje bio je uvjet Vlade, koja je u listopadu lani odobrila državna jamstva za drugi zajam za završetak tog broda od 23,5 milijuna eura.

Plan predviđa i donošenje pravilnika o radu, program zbrinjavanja viška zaposlenika, smanjenje troškova i povećanje poslovne efikasnosti, bolju organizaciju rada, pravovremeno ugovaranje i nabavu opreme i usluga, prodaju financijske i materijalne imovine koja je u upotrebi i izvan uporabe, plan mjera priljeva i odljeva kako bi se mogli servisirati vjerovnici, plaće i drugo.

Najveći dio, 88 posto dionica 3. maja drži Uljanik u stečaju. U planu restrukturiranja 3.maja je predviđeno je prebacivanje poslovanja na tvrtku kćer "3. maj Rijeka 1905", koja je lani dokapitalizirana imovinom 3. maja. Nova tvrtka će, bez ranijih financijskih opterećenja, ugovarati nove poslove, dok će novogradnju 527 i tekuće poslove završiti 3. maj.

Mjere kriznog upravljanja u 3. maju, koje su usmjerene na završetak samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta (527) su uvedene, očekuje se skoro porinuće tog broda te predviđeni završetak radova do sredine lipnja, rekao je predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Juraj Šoljić.

Odluku o nužnim mjerama kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu i njihovu implementiranju do 31. siječnja je u početku godine donijela Uprava 3. maja, a prihvatili su je Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština. Šoljić, koji je i regionalni povjerenik Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske kazao je Hini u srijedu da se novogradnja 527 priprema za porinuće.

Govoreći o kriznim mjerama, rekao je da je prva faza zbrinjavanja viša radnika već obavljena, očekuje se druga i treća. Radi se na unovčenju imovine, primjerice udjela u dva broda u vlasništvu Uljanik brodogradilišta u stečaju.

Potrebno je zadržati kvalitetan kadar, optimizirati proizvodni proces, smanjivati administraciju, a najvažnije – potrebno je finalizirati pregovore i ugovoriti izgradnju novih brodova, rekao je Šoljić.

Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština 3. maja u siječnju su prihvatili plan mjera kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu, koje je predložio direktor Edi Kučan. One se ponajprije odnose na završetak izgradnje samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta za kanadskog naručitelja Algomu (527) najkasnije do sredine lipnja, a njihovo uvođenje bio je uvjet Vlade, koja je u listopadu lani odobrila državna jamstva za drugi zajam za završetak tog broda od 23,5 milijuna eura.

Plan predviđa i donošenje pravilnika o radu, program zbrinjavanja viška zaposlenika, smanjenje troškova i povećanje poslovne efikasnosti, bolju organizaciju rada, pravovremeno ugovaranje i nabavu opreme i usluga, prodaju financijske i materijalne imovine koja je u upotrebi i izvan uporabe, plan mjera priljeva i odljeva kako bi se mogli servisirati vjerovnici, plaće i drugo.

Najveći dio, 88 posto dionica 3. maja drži Uljanik u stečaju. U planu restrukturiranja 3.maja je predviđeno je prebacivanje poslovanja na tvrtku kćer "3. maj Rijeka 1905", koja je lani dokapitalizirana imovinom 3. maja. Nova tvrtka će, bez ranijih financijskih opterećenja, ugovarati nove poslove, dok će novogradnju 527 i tekuće poslove završiti 3. maj.

Mjere kriznog upravljanja u 3. maju, koje su usmjerene na završetak samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta (527) su uvedene, očekuje se skoro porinuće tog broda te predviđeni završetak radova do sredine lipnja, rekao je predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Juraj Šoljić.

Odluku o nužnim mjerama kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu i njihovu implementiranju do 31. siječnja je u početku godine donijela Uprava 3. maja, a prihvatili su je Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština. Šoljić, koji je i regionalni povjerenik Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske kazao je Hini u srijedu da se novogradnja 527 priprema za porinuće.

Govoreći o kriznim mjerama, rekao je da je prva faza zbrinjavanja viša radnika već obavljena, očekuje se druga i treća. Radi se na unovčenju imovine, primjerice udjela u dva broda u vlasništvu Uljanik brodogradilišta u stečaju.

Potrebno je zadržati kvalitetan kadar, optimizirati proizvodni proces, smanjivati administraciju, a najvažnije – potrebno je finalizirati pregovore i ugovoriti izgradnju novih brodova, rekao je Šoljić.

Nadzorni odbor i Glavna skupština 3. maja u siječnju su prihvatili plan mjera kriznog upravljanja u tom brodogradilištu, koje je predložio direktor Edi Kučan. One se ponajprije odnose na završetak izgradnje samoiskrcavajućeg broda za prijevoz rasutog tereta za kanadskog naručitelja Algomu (527) najkasnije do sredine lipnja, a njihovo uvođenje bio je uvjet Vlade, koja je u listopadu lani odobrila državna jamstva za drugi zajam za završetak tog broda od 23,5 milijuna eura.

Plan predviđa i donošenje pravilnika o radu, program zbrinjavanja viška zaposlenika, smanjenje troškova i povećanje poslovne efikasnosti, bolju organizaciju rada, pravovremeno ugovaranje i nabavu opreme i usluga, prodaju financijske i materijalne imovine koja je u upotrebi i izvan uporabe, plan mjera priljeva i odljeva kako bi se mogli servisirati vjerovnici, plaće i drugo.
