Policajci zadarske Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije utvrdili su u srpnju 197 prekršaja nepropisnog glisiranja na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale u zadarskom akvatoriju. Vozači plovila zbog toga su temeljem odredbi Pomorskog zakonika prekršajno sankcionirani.

U kontroli pomorskog prometa zatečeno je i petoro vlasnika brodova koji nisu posjedovali policu obveznog osiguranja, pa su i oni prekršajno sankcionirani zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu.

- Pozivamo i ovim putem nautičare i ostale sudionike na moru na pridržavanje odredbi ne samo Pomorskog zakonika već i drugih propisa bitnih za sigurnost na moru. Podsjećamo, nautičarima nije dozvoljeno glisiranje na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara, kupačima je dozvoljeno plivanje do ograde uređene plaže ili 100 metara od obale prirodne plaže, a ronioci na propisan način moraju označiti mjesto zarona - poručili su nakon pojačanog nadzora na moru u cilju ostvarivanja veće sigurnosti nautičara, ronioca i plivača.

Također su i postupali po dojavama građana o eventualnim ugrožavanjima sigurnosti pomorskog prometa, gdje su brzom intervencijom i dolaskom na mjesto događaja, poduzeli mjere i radnje prema osobama koje su zatekli u prekršaju.

Policajci zadarske Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije utvrdili su u srpnju 197 prekršaja nepropisnog glisiranja na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale u zadarskom akvatoriju. Vozači plovila zbog toga su temeljem odredbi Pomorskog zakonika prekršajno sankcionirani.

U kontroli pomorskog prometa zatečeno je i petoro vlasnika brodova koji nisu posjedovali policu obveznog osiguranja, pa su i oni prekršajno sankcionirani zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu.

- Pozivamo i ovim putem nautičare i ostale sudionike na moru na pridržavanje odredbi ne samo Pomorskog zakonika već i drugih propisa bitnih za sigurnost na moru. Podsjećamo, nautičarima nije dozvoljeno glisiranje na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara, kupačima je dozvoljeno plivanje do ograde uređene plaže ili 100 metara od obale prirodne plaže, a ronioci na propisan način moraju označiti mjesto zarona - poručili su nakon pojačanog nadzora na moru u cilju ostvarivanja veće sigurnosti nautičara, ronioca i plivača.

Također su i postupali po dojavama građana o eventualnim ugrožavanjima sigurnosti pomorskog prometa, gdje su brzom intervencijom i dolaskom na mjesto događaja, poduzeli mjere i radnje prema osobama koje su zatekli u prekršaju.

Policajci zadarske Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije utvrdili su u srpnju 197 prekršaja nepropisnog glisiranja na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale u zadarskom akvatoriju. Vozači plovila zbog toga su temeljem odredbi Pomorskog zakonika prekršajno sankcionirani.

U kontroli pomorskog prometa zatečeno je i petoro vlasnika brodova koji nisu posjedovali policu obveznog osiguranja, pa su i oni prekršajno sankcionirani zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu.

- Pozivamo i ovim putem nautičare i ostale sudionike na moru na pridržavanje odredbi ne samo Pomorskog zakonika već i drugih propisa bitnih za sigurnost na moru. Podsjećamo, nautičarima nije dozvoljeno glisiranje na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara, kupačima je dozvoljeno plivanje do ograde uređene plaže ili 100 metara od obale prirodne plaže, a ronioci na propisan način moraju označiti mjesto zarona - poručili su nakon pojačanog nadzora na moru u cilju ostvarivanja veće sigurnosti nautičara, ronioca i plivača.

Također su i postupali po dojavama građana o eventualnim ugrožavanjima sigurnosti pomorskog prometa, gdje su brzom intervencijom i dolaskom na mjesto događaja, poduzeli mjere i radnje prema osobama koje su zatekli u prekršaju.
