U Centru za rehabilitaciju "Roman" obitelj u Bratiškovcima imali su nedavno 50 korisnika oboljelih od korone. Sve se dogodilo u samo nekoliko dana, bez obzira na sve mjere koje opreza koje u Centru poduzimaju, činjenicu da su svi korisnici tri puta cijepljeni, te da ih je 90 posto preboljelo koronu u prosincu 2020. godine. Iako su oboljele izolirali u jedno "krilo" zgrade, virus se i dalje širio, rekao nam je ravnatelj Centra za rehabilitaciju "Roman" Marin Roman.

- Trenutno imamo još četvero korisnika koji su u izolaciji, jedan je hospitaliziran u Općoj bolnici Šibenik, ali vjerujemo da će sve dobro završiti. Eto, po drugi puta preko 80 naših korisnika i polovica djelatnika je preboljelo koronu. Borili smo se vlastitim snagama, radili po cijele dane i nekako smo sve to dobro "izgurali". Danas se lakše diše - kaže Roman.
Blaži simptomi
Sreća je, dodaje, što su oboljeli imali blaže simptome, bez većih zdravstvenih poteškoća.
- Obično su dva do tri dana imali povišenu temperaturu, nije bilo potrebe da epidemiolozi dolaze na teren, ali stalno smo bili u kontaktu s njima i slijedili upute koje su nam davali. Sada se u našem Centru živi i radi normalno. Naravno, posjete su i dalje zabranjene, dok ne budemo sto posto sigurni da je ovaj, za nas drugi, val korone koji je poharao našu ustanovu sasvim prošao - reče Roman.
Dugotrajna bitka
Inače, Centar za rehabilitaciju Roman obitelj skrbi o 115 osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama. Na dvije lokacije pružaju dvije vrste socijalnih usluga, organizirano stanovanje za 15 korisnika u Šibeniku i uslugu smještaja za 100 korisnika u Bratiškovcima.

Podsjetit ćemo da su prvu veliku bitku s koronom vodili u prosincu 2020. godine. Uz strogo pridržavanje svih epidemioloških mjera koje su tada bile na snazi, odolijevali su gotovo deset mjeseci da virus ne uđe među korisnike, da bi se 6. prosinca dogodio proboj koji je za posljedicu imao vrlo brzo širenje zaraze među radnicima i korisnicima. U roku 48 sati "poharao" je 80 korisnika i 70 posto zaposlenika.
Nažalost, jedan je korisnik u tom valu preminuo od posljedica koronavirusa, a dvije osobe, jedan korisnik i jedna djelatnica, morali su na bolničko liječenje. Svi ostali su infekciju preboljeli u izolaciji, a bitka s virusom trajala je više od mjesec dana i tada je ta socijalna ustanova imala najviše zaraženih korisnika u županiji.

U Centru za rehabilitaciju "Roman" obitelj u Bratiškovcima imali su nedavno 50 korisnika oboljelih od korone. Sve se dogodilo u samo nekoliko dana, bez obzira na sve mjere koje opreza koje u Centru poduzimaju, činjenicu da su svi korisnici tri puta cijepljeni, te da ih je 90 posto preboljelo koronu u prosincu 2020. godine. Iako su oboljele izolirali u jedno "krilo" zgrade, virus se i dalje širio, rekao nam je ravnatelj Centra za rehabilitaciju "Roman" Marin Roman.

- Trenutno imamo još četvero korisnika koji su u izolaciji, jedan je hospitaliziran u Općoj bolnici Šibenik, ali vjerujemo da će sve dobro završiti. Eto, po drugi puta preko 80 naših korisnika i polovica djelatnika je preboljelo koronu. Borili smo se vlastitim snagama, radili po cijele dane i nekako smo sve to dobro "izgurali". Danas se lakše diše - kaže Roman.
Blaži simptomi
Sreća je, dodaje, što su oboljeli imali blaže simptome, bez većih zdravstvenih poteškoća.
- Obično su dva do tri dana imali povišenu temperaturu, nije bilo potrebe da epidemiolozi dolaze na teren, ali stalno smo bili u kontaktu s njima i slijedili upute koje su nam davali. Sada se u našem Centru živi i radi normalno. Naravno, posjete su i dalje zabranjene, dok ne budemo sto posto sigurni da je ovaj, za nas drugi, val korone koji je poharao našu ustanovu sasvim prošao - reče Roman.
Dugotrajna bitka
Inače, Centar za rehabilitaciju Roman obitelj skrbi o 115 osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama. Na dvije lokacije pružaju dvije vrste socijalnih usluga, organizirano stanovanje za 15 korisnika u Šibeniku i uslugu smještaja za 100 korisnika u Bratiškovcima.

Podsjetit ćemo da su prvu veliku bitku s koronom vodili u prosincu 2020. godine. Uz strogo pridržavanje svih epidemioloških mjera koje su tada bile na snazi, odolijevali su gotovo deset mjeseci da virus ne uđe među korisnike, da bi se 6. prosinca dogodio proboj koji je za posljedicu imao vrlo brzo širenje zaraze među radnicima i korisnicima. U roku 48 sati "poharao" je 80 korisnika i 70 posto zaposlenika.
Nažalost, jedan je korisnik u tom valu preminuo od posljedica koronavirusa, a dvije osobe, jedan korisnik i jedna djelatnica, morali su na bolničko liječenje. Svi ostali su infekciju preboljeli u izolaciji, a bitka s virusom trajala je više od mjesec dana i tada je ta socijalna ustanova imala najviše zaraženih korisnika u županiji.
