Nakon što je Visoki kazneni sud Republike Hrvatske u utorak potvrdio presudu od dvije i pol godine zatvora na koju je 29. ožujka 2023. godine na velikogoričkom Županijskom sudu zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja i spolnog uznemiravanja osuđen 65-godišnji bivši boksač i saborski zastupnik Damir Škaro, bivša zaposlenica Autokluba Siget koja ga je prije više od četiri godine prijavila rekla je Novoj TV da joj je bilo jako teško dok je prolazila kroz cijeli proces, ali da bi rekla da je požalila.

- Ne bih rekla da sam požalila. Da je bilo teško - bilo je užasno teško prolaziti kroz sve to, ali uz roditelje, podršku obitelji, prijatelje, na kraju krajeva i liječnike koji su tu uz mene dan danas, puno je lakše - rekla je žena te dodala da bi opet postupila isto kao i tada.

- On je mene doslovno napao s leđa, primio me oko struka, nabio me na sebe i u tom trenutku mi je ruku stavio u grudnjak. Stavio me u klinč, s lijevom rukom je držao moje obje ruke, situacija je bila da se nisam mogla istrgnuti. Molila sam ga da prestane - rekla je žena Novoj TV.

Škaro je njezin povik ignorirao.

- Zabio mi je ruku ispod haljine, gurnuo je u moje gaće. Najgore od svega što se nisam uspjela izvući, rekla sam mu da prekine, da stane, što sam ja više dolje klizila to mi je zadirao prste još dublje - rekla je žena.

Nakon što je otišla kod liječnice, ova je sve prijavila policiji. Škaro je zatim otišao u Bosnu i Hercegovinu, a uhićen je nakon 25 dana, pri povratku u Hrvatsku.

Suđenje Škari počelo je 21. rujna 2020. godine, a on se tijekom suđenja i žalbenog postupka branio sa slobode. Tijekom samog suđenja u Velikoj Gorici, koje je bilo zatvoreno za javnost, bilo je održano 15 ročišta, a Škaro je negirao navode optužbe. Za potrebe postupka vještačio se i DNK sa haljine žrtve na čijem je gornjem obrubu i patentnom zatvarču osim DNK žrtve nađen i Škarin DNK, a njegov DNK nađen je i na donjem obrubu haljine.

Žena je Novoj TV rekla da vjeruje u sustav.

- Pravda je nekako spora, kroz ovih pet godina smo se uvjerili u to, ali je pravedna, dostižna - rekla je žena te žrtvama silovanja, seksualnog zlostavljanja i seksualnog uznemiravanja poručila da prijave te zločine i da ne šute.

Nakon što je Visoki kazneni sud Republike Hrvatske u utorak potvrdio presudu od dvije i pol godine zatvora na koju je 29. ožujka 2023. godine na velikogoričkom Županijskom sudu zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja i spolnog uznemiravanja osuđen 65-godišnji bivši boksač i saborski zastupnik Damir Škaro, bivša zaposlenica Autokluba Siget koja ga je prije više od četiri godine prijavila rekla je Novoj TV da joj je bilo jako teško dok je prolazila kroz cijeli proces, ali da bi rekla da je požalila.

- Ne bih rekla da sam požalila. Da je bilo teško - bilo je užasno teško prolaziti kroz sve to, ali uz roditelje, podršku obitelji, prijatelje, na kraju krajeva i liječnike koji su tu uz mene dan danas, puno je lakše - rekla je žena te dodala da bi opet postupila isto kao i tada.

- On je mene doslovno napao s leđa, primio me oko struka, nabio me na sebe i u tom trenutku mi je ruku stavio u grudnjak. Stavio me u klinč, s lijevom rukom je držao moje obje ruke, situacija je bila da se nisam mogla istrgnuti. Molila sam ga da prestane - rekla je žena Novoj TV.

Škaro je njezin povik ignorirao.

- Zabio mi je ruku ispod haljine, gurnuo je u moje gaće. Najgore od svega što se nisam uspjela izvući, rekla sam mu da prekine, da stane, što sam ja više dolje klizila to mi je zadirao prste još dublje - rekla je žena.

Nakon što je otišla kod liječnice, ova je sve prijavila policiji. Škaro je zatim otišao u Bosnu i Hercegovinu, a uhićen je nakon 25 dana, pri povratku u Hrvatsku.

Suđenje Škari počelo je 21. rujna 2020. godine, a on se tijekom suđenja i žalbenog postupka branio sa slobode. Tijekom samog suđenja u Velikoj Gorici, koje je bilo zatvoreno za javnost, bilo je održano 15 ročišta, a Škaro je negirao navode optužbe. Za potrebe postupka vještačio se i DNK sa haljine žrtve na čijem je gornjem obrubu i patentnom zatvarču osim DNK žrtve nađen i Škarin DNK, a njegov DNK nađen je i na donjem obrubu haljine.

Žena je Novoj TV rekla da vjeruje u sustav.

- Pravda je nekako spora, kroz ovih pet godina smo se uvjerili u to, ali je pravedna, dostižna - rekla je žena te žrtvama silovanja, seksualnog zlostavljanja i seksualnog uznemiravanja poručila da prijave te zločine i da ne šute.

Nakon što je Visoki kazneni sud Republike Hrvatske u utorak potvrdio presudu od dvije i pol godine zatvora na koju je 29. ožujka 2023. godine na velikogoričkom Županijskom sudu zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela silovanja i spolnog uznemiravanja osuđen 65-godišnji bivši boksač i saborski zastupnik Damir Škaro, bivša zaposlenica Autokluba Siget koja ga je prije više od četiri godine prijavila rekla je Novoj TV da joj je bilo jako teško dok je prolazila kroz cijeli proces, ali da bi rekla da je požalila.

- Ne bih rekla da sam požalila. Da je bilo teško - bilo je užasno teško prolaziti kroz sve to, ali uz roditelje, podršku obitelji, prijatelje, na kraju krajeva i liječnike koji su tu uz mene dan danas, puno je lakše - rekla je žena te dodala da bi opet postupila isto kao i tada.

- On je mene doslovno napao s leđa, primio me oko struka, nabio me na sebe i u tom trenutku mi je ruku stavio u grudnjak. Stavio me u klinč, s lijevom rukom je držao moje obje ruke, situacija je bila da se nisam mogla istrgnuti. Molila sam ga da prestane - rekla je žena Novoj TV.

Škaro je njezin povik ignorirao.

- Zabio mi je ruku ispod haljine, gurnuo je u moje gaće. Najgore od svega što se nisam uspjela izvući, rekla sam mu da prekine, da stane, što sam ja više dolje klizila to mi je zadirao prste još dublje - rekla je žena.

Nakon što je otišla kod liječnice, ova je sve prijavila policiji. Škaro je zatim otišao u Bosnu i Hercegovinu, a uhićen je nakon 25 dana, pri povratku u Hrvatsku.

Suđenje Škari počelo je 21. rujna 2020. godine, a on se tijekom suđenja i žalbenog postupka branio sa slobode. Tijekom samog suđenja u Velikoj Gorici, koje je bilo zatvoreno za javnost, bilo je održano 15 ročišta, a Škaro je negirao navode optužbe. Za potrebe postupka vještačio se i DNK sa haljine žrtve na čijem je gornjem obrubu i patentnom zatvarču osim DNK žrtve nađen i Škarin DNK, a njegov DNK nađen je i na donjem obrubu haljine.

Žena je Novoj TV rekla da vjeruje u sustav.

- Pravda je nekako spora, kroz ovih pet godina smo se uvjerili u to, ali je pravedna, dostižna - rekla je žena te žrtvama silovanja, seksualnog zlostavljanja i seksualnog uznemiravanja poručila da prijave te zločine i da ne šute.
