Do kraja ove godine zadarski Žmirići, prometna žila kucavica prema cijelom zapadnom dijelu Zadarske županije, dobit će potpuno novu vizuru. Prije nekoliko dana na zemljištu koje se nalazi uz to križanje počeli su radovi na ravnanju i čišćenju terena gdje će biti izgrađen novi trgovački centar- HEY park Zadar.

Investitor ovog projekta je zagrebačka tvrtka BMP Asset, čiji su osnivači Željko Petković i Mateo Borojević, i kojoj će ovo u Zadru biti drugi veliki posao nakon Murvičke ulice gdje je nedavno izgrađen novi Lidl. Iz te tvrtke jučer su nam potvrdili kako će trgovački centar imati površinu od oko 6.400 metara četvornih i dućane raznog sadržaja, od prehrane i drogerija do modnih marki.

- Dovršetak izgradnje poslovne građevine trgovačke namjene na Žmirićma planiran je za prvu polovicu 12. mjeseca ove godine- potvrdili su nam investitori.

Iako iz BMP Asseta najavljuju kako će izgled novog centra javnosti biti predstavljen kroz 10-ak dana, od ranije je poznato kako će HEY park Zadar biti izgrađen po modelu Retail parka. Za razliku od klasičnih centara, u takvom objektu svaka trgovina ima ulaz i izlaz s parkirališta što kupcima omogućuje brži pristup.

Paralelno s početkom građevinskih radova, događa se i druga velika akcija na tom terenu- preseljenje zadarskog azila koji već 18. godina zbrinjava napuštene pse baš na toj lokaciji. Doduše, ilegalno i bez dozvola, ali kao jedino riješenje za napuštene životinje jer je izgradnja službenog azila koji sada vodi Zadarska županija zapela na financiranju.

Takvu, status quo situaciju koja traje godinama, naglo je ubrzala uknjižba tvrtke BMP Asset na to zemljište na Žmirićima koje je od ranije bilo opterećeno s više zablježbi vlasničkih prava. Nakon što su novi vlasnici podnijeli zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom, bilo je jasno da azil mora potražiti novu adresu koju je Grad pronašao vrlo brzo i u neporednoj blizini. Doduše, i to je rješenje privremeno, na dvije godine.

- Grad Zadar je temeljem zahtjeva Udruge Zadarske šapice pristupio rješavanju nezahvalne situacije u kojoj se našao zadarski azil za napuštene pse. Naime, na dosadašnjoj lokaciji Zadarskog azila na Žmirićima započeli su pripremni građevinski radovi obzirom da je riječ o zemljištu u privatnom vlasništvu, te su iz tog razloga bili obvezni izmjestiti azil. Udruga se obratila Gradu Zadru sa zahtjevom za dodjelu zemljišta obzirom da ne raspolažu vlastitim, a nužno im je potrebna pomoć do izgradnje novog – službenog azila. Uvažavajući ozbiljnost situacije kao i važnost vrijednog i plemenitog volonterskog rada članova Udruge Zadarske šapice, Grad Zadar je pronašao adekvatno zemljište u svom vlasništvu koje se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini postojećeg azila- odgovorili su nam iz gradske uprave.

Nova lokacija za napuštene pse nalazi se uz rasadnik Nasada, praktički preko puta sadašnjeg azila, a udruzi je dodijeljena na rok od dvije godine.

- Riječ je o privremenom smještaju do izgradnje novog službenog azila koji se planira graditi na rubnom području Grada Zadra, a radi se o nekretnini koju je Ministarstvo državne imovine darovalo Zadarskoj županiji za izgradnju skloništa za životinje- kažu u Gradu Zadru.

Pomoć pri preseljenju bokseva s psima na novu lokaciju odnosno uređenje tog zemljišta, volonterkama je obećala  upravo tvrtka BMP Asset. Oni su još krajem prošle godine organizirali humanitarni događaj za pomoć azilu, a nedavno su još jednom potvrdili kako će financirati troškove pripreme terena na koji će se preseliti azil.

Do kraja ove godine zadarski Žmirići, prometna žila kucavica prema cijelom zapadnom dijelu Zadarske županije, dobit će potpuno novu vizuru. Prije nekoliko dana na zemljištu koje se nalazi uz to križanje počeli su radovi na ravnanju i čišćenju terena gdje će biti izgrađen novi trgovački centar- HEY park Zadar.

Investitor ovog projekta je zagrebačka tvrtka BMP Asset, čiji su osnivači Željko Petković i Mateo Borojević, i kojoj će ovo u Zadru biti drugi veliki posao nakon Murvičke ulice gdje je nedavno izgrađen novi Lidl. Iz te tvrtke jučer su nam potvrdili kako će trgovački centar imati površinu od oko 6.400 metara četvornih i dućane raznog sadržaja, od prehrane i drogerija do modnih marki.

- Dovršetak izgradnje poslovne građevine trgovačke namjene na Žmirićma planiran je za prvu polovicu 12. mjeseca ove godine- potvrdili su nam investitori.

Iako iz BMP Asseta najavljuju kako će izgled novog centra javnosti biti predstavljen kroz 10-ak dana, od ranije je poznato kako će HEY park Zadar biti izgrađen po modelu Retail parka. Za razliku od klasičnih centara, u takvom objektu svaka trgovina ima ulaz i izlaz s parkirališta što kupcima omogućuje brži pristup.

Paralelno s početkom građevinskih radova, događa se i druga velika akcija na tom terenu- preseljenje zadarskog azila koji već 18. godina zbrinjava napuštene pse baš na toj lokaciji. Doduše, ilegalno i bez dozvola, ali kao jedino riješenje za napuštene životinje jer je izgradnja službenog azila koji sada vodi Zadarska županija zapela na financiranju.

Takvu, status quo situaciju koja traje godinama, naglo je ubrzala uknjižba tvrtke BMP Asset na to zemljište na Žmirićima koje je od ranije bilo opterećeno s više zablježbi vlasničkih prava. Nakon što su novi vlasnici podnijeli zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom, bilo je jasno da azil mora potražiti novu adresu koju je Grad pronašao vrlo brzo i u neporednoj blizini. Doduše, i to je rješenje privremeno, na dvije godine.

- Grad Zadar je temeljem zahtjeva Udruge Zadarske šapice pristupio rješavanju nezahvalne situacije u kojoj se našao zadarski azil za napuštene pse. Naime, na dosadašnjoj lokaciji Zadarskog azila na Žmirićima započeli su pripremni građevinski radovi obzirom da je riječ o zemljištu u privatnom vlasništvu, te su iz tog razloga bili obvezni izmjestiti azil. Udruga se obratila Gradu Zadru sa zahtjevom za dodjelu zemljišta obzirom da ne raspolažu vlastitim, a nužno im je potrebna pomoć do izgradnje novog – službenog azila. Uvažavajući ozbiljnost situacije kao i važnost vrijednog i plemenitog volonterskog rada članova Udruge Zadarske šapice, Grad Zadar je pronašao adekvatno zemljište u svom vlasništvu koje se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini postojećeg azila- odgovorili su nam iz gradske uprave.

Nova lokacija za napuštene pse nalazi se uz rasadnik Nasada, praktički preko puta sadašnjeg azila, a udruzi je dodijeljena na rok od dvije godine.

- Riječ je o privremenom smještaju do izgradnje novog službenog azila koji se planira graditi na rubnom području Grada Zadra, a radi se o nekretnini koju je Ministarstvo državne imovine darovalo Zadarskoj županiji za izgradnju skloništa za životinje- kažu u Gradu Zadru.

Pomoć pri preseljenju bokseva s psima na novu lokaciju odnosno uređenje tog zemljišta, volonterkama je obećala  upravo tvrtka BMP Asset. Oni su još krajem prošle godine organizirali humanitarni događaj za pomoć azilu, a nedavno su još jednom potvrdili kako će financirati troškove pripreme terena na koji će se preseliti azil.
