Premijer Andrej Plenković odmah na početku sjednice Vlade osvrnuo se na dva slučaja koja su digla na noge hrvatsku javnost.

Prvi je iznenadna smrt devetogodišnjeg dječaka iz Metkovića od sepse za koju treba utvrditi je li njegovo ozbiljno zdravstveno stanje moglo biti prepoznato prije i je li dijete trebalo biti prije upućeno u bolnicu.

- Očekujemo očitovanja zdravstvenih ustanova i konačni inspekcijski nalaz nadzora koji su provedeni u Metkoviću i Splitu kako bi se utvrdili razlozi ove tragedije, poručio je Plenković.

Potom se osvrnuo na slučaj Daruvarac odnosno puštanje na slobodu Darka Kovačevića, koji je ljetos brutalno pretukao djevojku (18) u jednom zadarskom kafiću, nakon što mu je istekao šestomjesečni pritvor. Na slobodi će tako čekati nastavak postupka zakazan za 9. siječnja.

- Strašno nasilje dogodilo se u Zadru, činjenice jasno govore o kakvom se kaznenom djelu radi. Došlo je do zlorabljenja procesnih mogućnosti u tom procesu pa je došlo do toga da je protekao rok za maksimalno trajanje pritvora. Razgovarali smo ministar Bošnjaković i ja da vidimo kako izbjeći ovakve slučajeve, da vidimo kako poboljšati naše pravosuđe kako da se ovakvi slučajevi izbjegavaju u budućnosti, poručio je Plenković.

Premijer Andrej Plenković odmah na početku sjednice Vlade osvrnuo se na dva slučaja koja su digla na noge hrvatsku javnost.

Prvi je iznenadna smrt devetogodišnjeg dječaka iz Metkovića od sepse za koju treba utvrditi je li njegovo ozbiljno zdravstveno stanje moglo biti prepoznato prije i je li dijete trebalo biti prije upućeno u bolnicu.

- Očekujemo očitovanja zdravstvenih ustanova i konačni inspekcijski nalaz nadzora koji su provedeni u Metkoviću i Splitu kako bi se utvrdili razlozi ove tragedije, poručio je Plenković.

Potom se osvrnuo na slučaj Daruvarac odnosno puštanje na slobodu Darka Kovačevića, koji je ljetos brutalno pretukao djevojku (18) u jednom zadarskom kafiću, nakon što mu je istekao šestomjesečni pritvor. Na slobodi će tako čekati nastavak postupka zakazan za 9. siječnja.

- Strašno nasilje dogodilo se u Zadru, činjenice jasno govore o kakvom se kaznenom djelu radi. Došlo je do zlorabljenja procesnih mogućnosti u tom procesu pa je došlo do toga da je protekao rok za maksimalno trajanje pritvora. Razgovarali smo ministar Bošnjaković i ja da vidimo kako izbjeći ovakve slučajeve, da vidimo kako poboljšati naše pravosuđe kako da se ovakvi slučajevi izbjegavaju u budućnosti, poručio je Plenković.
