Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru odredio je istražni zatvor za mladiće u dobi od 19, 17 i 15 godina koji su sudjelovali u burtalnom napadu na 14-godišnjaka. U međuvremenu je zbog napada na 14-godišnjaka ispitan i 15-godišnjak, no njemu nije određen istražni zatvor, već mjere opreza.

- Državno odvjetništvo je u subotu u službi dežurstva Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 118. st. 2. u vezi st. 1. KZ-a u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a i čl. 323. a KZ-a. Sudac istrage je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio istražni zatvor. U nedjelju je u službi dežurstva ispitan i 15-godišnjak zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 323. a KZ-a, te je Sucu istrage predloženo određivanje istražnog zatvora. Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora, te odredio mjere opreza. Protiv navedene odluke Suda ovo državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu nakon zaprimanja rješenja Suca istrage - navodi se u ODO-u. 

Podsjetimo kako je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru u subotu sucu istrage Županijskog suda predložilo da se protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru utvrdilo je kako postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 19-godišnjak neutvrđenog dana početkom ožujka 2021. godine u Zadru, radi iživljavanja nad maloljetnim oštećenikom, u nazočnosti više osoba koje su promatrale događaj, udarao 14-godišnjaka rukama i koljenom po glavi i tijelu čime ga je doveo u ponižavajući položaj. također se osnovano sumnja da su 17-godišnjak i 15-godišnjak 22. travnja 2021. oko 20,00 sati u Zadru, zajednički i dogovorno, u cilju da teško tjelesno ozlijede 14-godišnjaka, fizički ga napali te mu zadali više udaraca po glavi i tijelu pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio lake tjelesne ozljede s mogućnošću prekvalifikacije.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru odredio je istražni zatvor za mladiće u dobi od 19, 17 i 15 godina koji su sudjelovali u burtalnom napadu na 14-godišnjaka. U međuvremenu je zbog napada na 14-godišnjaka ispitan i 15-godišnjak, no njemu nije određen istražni zatvor, već mjere opreza.

- Državno odvjetništvo je u subotu u službi dežurstva Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 118. st. 2. u vezi st. 1. KZ-a u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a i čl. 323. a KZ-a. Sudac istrage je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio istražni zatvor. U nedjelju je u službi dežurstva ispitan i 15-godišnjak zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 323. a KZ-a, te je Sucu istrage predloženo određivanje istražnog zatvora. Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora, te odredio mjere opreza. Protiv navedene odluke Suda ovo državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu nakon zaprimanja rješenja Suca istrage - navodi se u ODO-u. 

Podsjetimo kako je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru u subotu sucu istrage Županijskog suda predložilo da se protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru utvrdilo je kako postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 19-godišnjak neutvrđenog dana početkom ožujka 2021. godine u Zadru, radi iživljavanja nad maloljetnim oštećenikom, u nazočnosti više osoba koje su promatrale događaj, udarao 14-godišnjaka rukama i koljenom po glavi i tijelu čime ga je doveo u ponižavajući položaj. također se osnovano sumnja da su 17-godišnjak i 15-godišnjak 22. travnja 2021. oko 20,00 sati u Zadru, zajednički i dogovorno, u cilju da teško tjelesno ozlijede 14-godišnjaka, fizički ga napali te mu zadali više udaraca po glavi i tijelu pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio lake tjelesne ozljede s mogućnošću prekvalifikacije.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru odredio je istražni zatvor za mladiće u dobi od 19, 17 i 15 godina koji su sudjelovali u burtalnom napadu na 14-godišnjaka. U međuvremenu je zbog napada na 14-godišnjaka ispitan i 15-godišnjak, no njemu nije određen istražni zatvor, već mjere opreza.

- Državno odvjetništvo je u subotu u službi dežurstva Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 118. st. 2. u vezi st. 1. KZ-a u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a i čl. 323. a KZ-a. Sudac istrage je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio istražni zatvor. U nedjelju je u službi dežurstva ispitan i 15-godišnjak zbog učina kaznenog djela iz čl. 323. a KZ-a, te je Sucu istrage predloženo određivanje istražnog zatvora. Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora, te odredio mjere opreza. Protiv navedene odluke Suda ovo državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu nakon zaprimanja rješenja Suca istrage - navodi se u ODO-u. 

Podsjetimo kako je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru u subotu sucu istrage Županijskog suda predložilo da se protiv 19-godišnjaka, 17-godišnjaka i 15-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru utvrdilo je kako postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 19-godišnjak neutvrđenog dana početkom ožujka 2021. godine u Zadru, radi iživljavanja nad maloljetnim oštećenikom, u nazočnosti više osoba koje su promatrale događaj, udarao 14-godišnjaka rukama i koljenom po glavi i tijelu čime ga je doveo u ponižavajući položaj. također se osnovano sumnja da su 17-godišnjak i 15-godišnjak 22. travnja 2021. oko 20,00 sati u Zadru, zajednički i dogovorno, u cilju da teško tjelesno ozlijede 14-godišnjaka, fizički ga napali te mu zadali više udaraca po glavi i tijelu pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio lake tjelesne ozljede s mogućnošću prekvalifikacije.
