Vijest da je 50-godišnji profesor iz jedne zadarske osnovne škole priveden zbog sumnje da je pokušao spolno zlostavljati i iskorištavati djecu snažno je potresla Zadar. Profesora se, prema neslužbenim informacijama, sumnjiči za dva kaznena djela protiv spolne slobode djeteta u pokušaju, odnosno prema njegovim učenicima, jednoj djevojčici i jednom dječaku, o čemu je Zadarski.hr u nedjelju prvi izvijestio javnost.

U ponedjeljak su nam iz PU zadarske odgovorili da su „zbog sumnje na kaznena djela iz domene kaznenih djela zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 50 godina”.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog je nadležnim državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava te je osumnjičenik predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske, navode iz policije uz napomenu „kako o događajima u kojima su sudionici maloljetne osobe poštujemo zakonske odredbe Zakona o sudovima za mladež o tajnosti postupka, a prije svega zbog najboljeg interesa djece žrtava, ali i mladih počinitelja kažnjivih radnji te zaštite digniteta žrtve”.

Sličan odgovor dobili smo iz Županijskog državnog odvjetništva.

- Vezano za Vaš upit obavještavamo Vas da s obzirom na odredbu članka 58. stavak 3. točka 1. Zakona o državnom odvjetništvu koja propisuje da se u radu državnog odvjetništva smatraju tajnima spisi iz nadležnosti državnog odvjetnika za mladež, sve u svezi s odredbama članka 115. stavak 7. u svezi s člankom 60. stavak 2. i 3. Zakona o sudovima za mladež, u ovom trenutku ne možemo Vam davati nikakve informacije o predmetu u kojem se postupa protiv počinitelja kaznenoga djela na štetu djece – stoji na kraju dopisa kojeg potpisuje glasnogovornica ŽDO-a Marijana Stipić.

Zadarski.hr međutim neslužbeno doznaje da je osumnjičeni profesor uhvaćen nakon što su nad njim bile provedene posebne mjere praćenja u sklopu kojih mu je nadzirana telefonska komunikacija. Pod mjere je stavljen, prema našim infomacijama, na prijedlog odvjetništva nakon što su roditelji djevojčice iz osnovne škole prijavili moguće nezakonito postupanje profesora prema njihovom djetetu. Dok je bio pod mjerama, profesor je putem mobitela komunicirao s jednim učenikom, nešto starijim od djevojčice. Njemu je navodno uputio nekoliko inkriminirajućih poruka. Istražiteljima je to bilo dovoljan razlog da zatraže njegovo privođenje.

Profesor je prošlog utorka priveden sucu istrage koji mu je sutradan na prijedlog Županijskog državnog odvjetnika odredio mjesec dana istražnog zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke.

Čim se doznalo za sumnje na profesora, škola u kojoj je radio pokrenula je poseban protokol za slične situacije u sklopu kojeg je osumnjičeni nastavnik automatski suspendiran i udaljen sa svih nastavnih aktivnosti do završetka istrage, odnosno mogućeg suđenja.

Vijest da je 50-godišnji profesor iz jedne zadarske osnovne škole priveden zbog sumnje da je pokušao spolno zlostavljati i iskorištavati djecu snažno je potresla Zadar. Profesora se, prema neslužbenim informacijama, sumnjiči za dva kaznena djela protiv spolne slobode djeteta u pokušaju, odnosno prema njegovim učenicima, jednoj djevojčici i jednom dječaku, o čemu je Zadarski.hr u nedjelju prvi izvijestio javnost.

U ponedjeljak su nam iz PU zadarske odgovorili da su „zbog sumnje na kaznena djela iz domene kaznenih djela zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 50 godina”.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog je nadležnim državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava te je osumnjičenik predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske, navode iz policije uz napomenu „kako o događajima u kojima su sudionici maloljetne osobe poštujemo zakonske odredbe Zakona o sudovima za mladež o tajnosti postupka, a prije svega zbog najboljeg interesa djece žrtava, ali i mladih počinitelja kažnjivih radnji te zaštite digniteta žrtve”.

Sličan odgovor dobili smo iz Županijskog državnog odvjetništva.

- Vezano za Vaš upit obavještavamo Vas da s obzirom na odredbu članka 58. stavak 3. točka 1. Zakona o državnom odvjetništvu koja propisuje da se u radu državnog odvjetništva smatraju tajnima spisi iz nadležnosti državnog odvjetnika za mladež, sve u svezi s odredbama članka 115. stavak 7. u svezi s člankom 60. stavak 2. i 3. Zakona o sudovima za mladež, u ovom trenutku ne možemo Vam davati nikakve informacije o predmetu u kojem se postupa protiv počinitelja kaznenoga djela na štetu djece – stoji na kraju dopisa kojeg potpisuje glasnogovornica ŽDO-a Marijana Stipić.

Zadarski.hr međutim neslužbeno doznaje da je osumnjičeni profesor uhvaćen nakon što su nad njim bile provedene posebne mjere praćenja u sklopu kojih mu je nadzirana telefonska komunikacija. Pod mjere je stavljen, prema našim infomacijama, na prijedlog odvjetništva nakon što su roditelji djevojčice iz osnovne škole prijavili moguće nezakonito postupanje profesora prema njihovom djetetu. Dok je bio pod mjerama, profesor je putem mobitela komunicirao s jednim učenikom, nešto starijim od djevojčice. Njemu je navodno uputio nekoliko inkriminirajućih poruka. Istražiteljima je to bilo dovoljan razlog da zatraže njegovo privođenje.

Profesor je prošlog utorka priveden sucu istrage koji mu je sutradan na prijedlog Županijskog državnog odvjetnika odredio mjesec dana istražnog zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke.

Čim se doznalo za sumnje na profesora, škola u kojoj je radio pokrenula je poseban protokol za slične situacije u sklopu kojeg je osumnjičeni nastavnik automatski suspendiran i udaljen sa svih nastavnih aktivnosti do završetka istrage, odnosno mogućeg suđenja.

Vijest da je 50-godišnji profesor iz jedne zadarske osnovne škole priveden zbog sumnje da je pokušao spolno zlostavljati i iskorištavati djecu snažno je potresla Zadar. Profesora se, prema neslužbenim informacijama, sumnjiči za dva kaznena djela protiv spolne slobode djeteta u pokušaju, odnosno prema njegovim učenicima, jednoj djevojčici i jednom dječaku, o čemu je Zadarski.hr u nedjelju prvi izvijestio javnost.

U ponedjeljak su nam iz PU zadarske odgovorili da su „zbog sumnje na kaznena djela iz domene kaznenih djela zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 50 godina”.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog je nadležnim državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava te je osumnjičenik predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske, navode iz policije uz napomenu „kako o događajima u kojima su sudionici maloljetne osobe poštujemo zakonske odredbe Zakona o sudovima za mladež o tajnosti postupka, a prije svega zbog najboljeg interesa djece žrtava, ali i mladih počinitelja kažnjivih radnji te zaštite digniteta žrtve”.

Sličan odgovor dobili smo iz Županijskog državnog odvjetništva.
