Sudac Građanskog odjela Županijskog suda u Zadru, Željko Đerđ, jedan od trojice kandidata za novog predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zadru, dobio je 138, a ne 142 bodova od svojih kolega iz Sudačkog vijeća, kao što smo jučer objavili.

Naime, sudac Đerđ nam je u razgovoru rekao da je njegova ocjena za obnašanja sudačke dužnosti bila izvrsna te kako misli da je dobio 142 boda. Naknadnom provjerom sudac Đerđ je shvatio da je pogrešno zapamtio broj, odnosno da je dobio 138 bodova, podjednako kao i druga dva protukandidata, Hrvoje Visković, predsjednik Kaznenog odjela, i Boris Babić, bivši predsjednik Županijskog suda.

- Govorio sam po sjećanju, kada sam nakon toga provjerio, vidio sam da sam dobio istu ocjenu kao i moji kolege protukandidati - kazao nam je sudac Đerđ u četvrtak prijepodne.

Ispada tako da je Sudačko vijeće za svoj dosadašnji rad i predloženi četverogodišnji program rada svoj trojici kandidata  dalo istu ocjenu po kojoj izvrsno obnašaju sudačku dužnost uz ostvarenih 138 bodova.

Sudac Građanskog odjela Županijskog suda u Zadru, Željko Đerđ, jedan od trojice kandidata za novog predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zadru, dobio je 138, a ne 142 bodova od svojih kolega iz Sudačkog vijeća, kao što smo jučer objavili.

Naime, sudac Đerđ nam je u razgovoru rekao da je njegova ocjena za obnašanja sudačke dužnosti bila izvrsna te kako misli da je dobio 142 boda. Naknadnom provjerom sudac Đerđ je shvatio da je pogrešno zapamtio broj, odnosno da je dobio 138 bodova, podjednako kao i druga dva protukandidata, Hrvoje Visković, predsjednik Kaznenog odjela, i Boris Babić, bivši predsjednik Županijskog suda.

- Govorio sam po sjećanju, kada sam nakon toga provjerio, vidio sam da sam dobio istu ocjenu kao i moji kolege protukandidati - kazao nam je sudac Đerđ u četvrtak prijepodne.

Ispada tako da je Sudačko vijeće za svoj dosadašnji rad i predloženi četverogodišnji program rada svoj trojici kandidata  dalo istu ocjenu po kojoj izvrsno obnašaju sudačku dužnost uz ostvarenih 138 bodova.

Sudac Građanskog odjela Županijskog suda u Zadru, Željko Đerđ, jedan od trojice kandidata za novog predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zadru, dobio je 138, a ne 142 bodova od svojih kolega iz Sudačkog vijeća, kao što smo jučer objavili.

Naime, sudac Đerđ nam je u razgovoru rekao da je njegova ocjena za obnašanja sudačke dužnosti bila izvrsna te kako misli da je dobio 142 boda. Naknadnom provjerom sudac Đerđ je shvatio da je pogrešno zapamtio broj, odnosno da je dobio 138 bodova, podjednako kao i druga dva protukandidata, Hrvoje Visković, predsjednik Kaznenog odjela, i Boris Babić, bivši predsjednik Županijskog suda.

- Govorio sam po sjećanju, kada sam nakon toga provjerio, vidio sam da sam dobio istu ocjenu kao i moji kolege protukandidati - kazao nam je sudac Đerđ u četvrtak prijepodne.

Ispada tako da je Sudačko vijeće za svoj dosadašnji rad i predloženi četverogodišnji program rada svoj trojici kandidata  dalo istu ocjenu po kojoj izvrsno obnašaju sudačku dužnost uz ostvarenih 138 bodova.
