Gradski vijećnik i predsjednik ŽV HSP-a, Mate Lukić, uputio je nedavno javni apel da se zabrani kupanje na Morskim orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu. Kao povod za traženje promptne reakcije, Lukić navodi primjer djevojke, mlade turistkinje, koja je zadobila ozljede glave nakon što su je valovi odbacili na zadarsku rivu. Pri tome je, inače, bila vidno alkoholizirana i sudionica Sunset festivala koji se prošlog vikenda događao na Morskim orguljama.

- Već ustaljena praksa kupanja na tom mjestu je opasna i potencijalno pogubna. Isto kako što je korištenje spomenutih znamenitosti, koje predstavljaju zaštitni simbol Zadra, kao kupališta krajnje neprimjereno. Kao nužnu mjeru potrebno je staviti tablu kojom će se istaknuti zabrana kupanja na spornim lokacijama i time zaštiti kulturnu baštinu s jedne te sigurnost i zdravlje ljudi s druge strane. Ništa manje neprikladne nisu ni zabave koje se organiziraju na istom mjestu zbog čega glasna glazba i prizori razuzdanih mladih narušavaju ugled Grada i turizam kojem težimo. Postoje druge lokacije koje su daleko prikladnije za takvu vrstu zabave dok se uži centar grada treba bazirati na miran i profinjen turizam čime bi pratili trendove nekih drugih gradova, poput Dubrovnika gdje se neprimjereno odjeveni i pijani posjetitelji kažnjavaju. Ukoliko u našoj osnovnoj ponudi i dalje budu kupanje na Orguljama, loši partiji u centru i padanje sa Bedema, teško ćemo pravdati status najskupljeg grada u državi, piše Lukić čiji prigovor stoji, ali je upućen na krivu adresu, pogotovo dio koji se tiče kupanja na zadarskoj rivi.

Još u studenom 2008. godine, Poglavarstvo Grada Zadra donijelo je odluku kojom se, između ostalog, u pripadajućem morskom prostoru Orgulja i Pozdrava Suncu zabranjuje kupanje. Na okolnim zelenim površinama zabranjeno je sunčanje i ležanje dok se prostor dvije instalacije ne može koristiti u promidžbene svrhe ili bilo koju drugu komercijalnu namjenu bez odoborenja Poglavarstva. Drugi dio te odluke odnosi se na zabranu prometovanja svih vozila te postavljanje bilo kakvih pokretnih naprava.

Ukratko,  situacija je već duže vrijeme paradoksalna. S jedne strane postoji odluka o zabrani, a s druge strane, za kupanje na Morskim orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu nikad nitko nije kažnjen. Uostalom, zadarska riva oduvijek je bila popularno kupalište građana, pogotovo onih koji žive na Poluotoku, a godinama je na njoj organizirana jedna od najpopularnijih zadarski ljetnih manifestacija- Millenium jump. Zato smo pročenika Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Robertina Dujelu pitali na koji se način odluka Poglavarsta provodi, odnosno je li ikad napisala kazna za kupanje na Orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu.

- Nadzor komunalnog redarstva nad provedbom odluke o zaštiti arhitektonske cjeline „Morske orgulje Pozdrav suncu“, je prvenstveno sankcioniranje protupravno postavljenih naprava na lokaciji instalacije i tu su naša postupanja svakodnevna. Međutim, u dijelu koji se tiče sigurnosti i opasnosti kojoj se izlažu kupači interveniraju službe resornog Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture za zaštitu plovnog puta- kaže pročelnik Dujela. Ipak, jedna promjena će se dogoditi.

- Te 2008. godine, kad je odluka donesena, oznaka nije postavljena. No, slažemo se da je potrebno inicirati postavljanje oznake o zabrani kupanja uz prethodnu suglasnost arhitekta , autora te konzervatora u dijelu određivanja mikro lokacije i drugih detalja takve ploče sa obavijestima- kaže Dujela.

Gradski vijećnik i predsjednik ŽV HSP-a, Mate Lukić, uputio je nedavno javni apel da se zabrani kupanje na Morskim orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu. Kao povod za traženje promptne reakcije, Lukić navodi primjer djevojke, mlade turistkinje, koja je zadobila ozljede glave nakon što su je valovi odbacili na zadarsku rivu. Pri tome je, inače, bila vidno alkoholizirana i sudionica Sunset festivala koji se prošlog vikenda događao na Morskim orguljama.

- Već ustaljena praksa kupanja na tom mjestu je opasna i potencijalno pogubna. Isto kako što je korištenje spomenutih znamenitosti, koje predstavljaju zaštitni simbol Zadra, kao kupališta krajnje neprimjereno. Kao nužnu mjeru potrebno je staviti tablu kojom će se istaknuti zabrana kupanja na spornim lokacijama i time zaštiti kulturnu baštinu s jedne te sigurnost i zdravlje ljudi s druge strane. Ništa manje neprikladne nisu ni zabave koje se organiziraju na istom mjestu zbog čega glasna glazba i prizori razuzdanih mladih narušavaju ugled Grada i turizam kojem težimo. Postoje druge lokacije koje su daleko prikladnije za takvu vrstu zabave dok se uži centar grada treba bazirati na miran i profinjen turizam čime bi pratili trendove nekih drugih gradova, poput Dubrovnika gdje se neprimjereno odjeveni i pijani posjetitelji kažnjavaju. Ukoliko u našoj osnovnoj ponudi i dalje budu kupanje na Orguljama, loši partiji u centru i padanje sa Bedema, teško ćemo pravdati status najskupljeg grada u državi, piše Lukić čiji prigovor stoji, ali je upućen na krivu adresu, pogotovo dio koji se tiče kupanja na zadarskoj rivi.

Još u studenom 2008. godine, Poglavarstvo Grada Zadra donijelo je odluku kojom se, između ostalog, u pripadajućem morskom prostoru Orgulja i Pozdrava Suncu zabranjuje kupanje. Na okolnim zelenim površinama zabranjeno je sunčanje i ležanje dok se prostor dvije instalacije ne može koristiti u promidžbene svrhe ili bilo koju drugu komercijalnu namjenu bez odoborenja Poglavarstva. Drugi dio te odluke odnosi se na zabranu prometovanja svih vozila te postavljanje bilo kakvih pokretnih naprava.

Ukratko,  situacija je već duže vrijeme paradoksalna. S jedne strane postoji odluka o zabrani, a s druge strane, za kupanje na Morskim orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu nikad nitko nije kažnjen. Uostalom, zadarska riva oduvijek je bila popularno kupalište građana, pogotovo onih koji žive na Poluotoku, a godinama je na njoj organizirana jedna od najpopularnijih zadarski ljetnih manifestacija- Millenium jump. Zato smo pročenika Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Robertina Dujelu pitali na koji se način odluka Poglavarsta provodi, odnosno je li ikad napisala kazna za kupanje na Orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu.

- Nadzor komunalnog redarstva nad provedbom odluke o zaštiti arhitektonske cjeline „Morske orgulje Pozdrav suncu“, je prvenstveno sankcioniranje protupravno postavljenih naprava na lokaciji instalacije i tu su naša postupanja svakodnevna. Međutim, u dijelu koji se tiče sigurnosti i opasnosti kojoj se izlažu kupači interveniraju službe resornog Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture za zaštitu plovnog puta- kaže pročelnik Dujela. Ipak, jedna promjena će se dogoditi.

- Te 2008. godine, kad je odluka donesena, oznaka nije postavljena. No, slažemo se da je potrebno inicirati postavljanje oznake o zabrani kupanja uz prethodnu suglasnost arhitekta , autora te konzervatora u dijelu određivanja mikro lokacije i drugih detalja takve ploče sa obavijestima- kaže Dujela.

Mate Lukić traži da se hitno zabrani kupanje na Morskim orguljama. Grad je takvu odluku donio još 2008. godine. Kako je došlo do ovog paradoksa?

Gradski vijećnik i predsjednik ŽV HSP-a, Mate Lukić, uputio je nedavno javni apel da se zabrani kupanje na Morskim orguljama i Pozdravu Suncu. Kao povod za traženje promptne reakcije, Lukić navodi primjer djevojke, mlade turistkinje, koja je zadobila ozljede glave nakon što su je valovi odbacili na zadarsku rivu. Pri tome je, inače, bila vidno alkoholizirana i sudionica Sunset festivala koji se prošlog vikenda događao na Morskim orguljama.

- Već ustaljena praksa kupanja na tom mjestu je opasna i potencijalno pogubna. Isto kako što je korištenje spomenutih znamenitosti, koje predstavljaju zaštitni simbol Zadra, kao kupališta krajnje neprimjereno. Kao nužnu mjeru potrebno je staviti tablu kojom će se istaknuti zabrana kupanja na spornim lokacijama i time zaštiti kulturnu baštinu s jedne te sigurnost i zdravlje ljudi s druge strane. Ništa manje neprikladne nisu ni zabave koje se organiziraju na istom mjestu zbog čega glasna glazba i prizori razuzdanih mladih narušavaju ugled Grada i turizam kojem težimo. Postoje druge lokacije koje su daleko prikladnije za takvu vrstu zabave dok se uži centar grada treba bazirati na miran i profinjen turizam čime bi pratili trendove nekih drugih gradova, poput Dubrovnika gdje se neprimjereno odjeveni i pijani posjetitelji kažnjavaju.
