Od novog baštinskog hotela na zadarskom Muraju, po svemu sudeći, neće biti ništa!

Kako doznajemo, Grad Zadar je aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu 751.354,89 kuna koje je za zakup tog prostora ostala dužna tvrtka "Red White Blue" Marka Kadije iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova.

On je, prije točno dvije godine i tri mjeseca, ponudio najviši iznos na javnom natječaju Grada Zadra za zakup velikog i atraktivnog prostora iznad "Atrija" u kojemu je bila smještena lokalna ispostava Hrvatskih cesta.

Radi se o poslovnom prostoru površine 382 četvorna metra, a Grad je cijenu odredio na 12 eura po kvadratu, odnosno ukupno 4584 eura. Zbog velikog ulaganja, a onda i pandemije, Kadija je bio oslobođen plaćanja zakupnine do kraja 2020. godine.

U međuvremenu, radovi su prestali, a dug je počeo rasti sve do iznosa kada je Grad regairao prisilnom naplatom. 

"Potraživanje Grada Zadra prema društvu Red White Blue d.o.o. s osnove Ugovora o zakupu poslovnog prostora položenog na k.č. 10406/1 k.o. Zadar (etažne jedinice 2 i 3), trenutno iznosi 751.354,89 kuna.  Grad Zadar je dana 27. travnja 2022. godine aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu svojih potraživanja putem nadležne Financijske agencije- potvrdili su nam u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje imovinom. 

Kakav će biti ishod ove priče, teško je prepostaviti jer se Kadija od početka ne želi oglasiti, a  protiv njega su se pobunili stanari susjedne zgrade koji sudskim putem traže zaštitu zbog srušene drvarnice i iskopane rupe od 6,5 metara.

Od novog baštinskog hotela na zadarskom Muraju, po svemu sudeći, neće biti ništa!

Kako doznajemo, Grad Zadar je aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu 751.354,89 kuna koje je za zakup tog prostora ostala dužna tvrtka "Red White Blue" Marka Kadije iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova.

On je, prije točno dvije godine i tri mjeseca, ponudio najviši iznos na javnom natječaju Grada Zadra za zakup velikog i atraktivnog prostora iznad "Atrija" u kojemu je bila smještena lokalna ispostava Hrvatskih cesta.

Radi se o poslovnom prostoru površine 382 četvorna metra, a Grad je cijenu odredio na 12 eura po kvadratu, odnosno ukupno 4584 eura. Zbog velikog ulaganja, a onda i pandemije, Kadija je bio oslobođen plaćanja zakupnine do kraja 2020. godine.

U međuvremenu, radovi su prestali, a dug je počeo rasti sve do iznosa kada je Grad regairao prisilnom naplatom. 

"Potraživanje Grada Zadra prema društvu Red White Blue d.o.o. s osnove Ugovora o zakupu poslovnog prostora položenog na k.č. 10406/1 k.o. Zadar (etažne jedinice 2 i 3), trenutno iznosi 751.354,89 kuna.  Grad Zadar je dana 27. travnja 2022. godine aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu svojih potraživanja putem nadležne Financijske agencije- potvrdili su nam u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje imovinom. 

Kakav će biti ishod ove priče, teško je prepostaviti jer se Kadija od početka ne želi oglasiti, a  protiv njega su se pobunili stanari susjedne zgrade koji sudskim putem traže zaštitu zbog srušene drvarnice i iskopane rupe od 6,5 metara.

Ništa od novog baštinskog hotela na Muraju! Zbog duga za zakup od 751.354,89 kuna Grad Zadar aktivirao zadužnicu za naplatu nad tvrtkom Marka Kadije

Od novog baštinskog hotela na zadarskom Muraju, po svemu sudeći, neće biti ništa!

Kako doznajemo, Grad Zadar je aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu 751.354,89 kuna koje je za zakup tog prostora ostala dužna tvrtka "Red White Blue" Marka Kadije iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova.

On je, prije točno dvije godine i tri mjeseca, ponudio najviši iznos na javnom natječaju Grada Zadra za zakup velikog i atraktivnog prostora iznad "Atrija" u kojemu je bila smještena lokalna ispostava Hrvatskih cesta.

Radi se o poslovnom prostoru površine 382 četvorna metra, a Grad je cijenu odredio na 12 eura po kvadratu, odnosno ukupno 4584 eura. Zbog velikog ulaganja, a onda i pandemije, Kadija je bio oslobođen plaćanja zakupnine do kraja 2020. godine.

U međuvremenu, radovi su prestali, a dug je počeo rasti sve do iznosa kada je Grad regairao prisilnom naplatom. 

"Potraživanje Grada Zadra prema društvu Red White Blue d.o.o. s osnove Ugovora o zakupu poslovnog prostora položenog na k.č. 10406/1 k.o. Zadar (etažne jedinice 2 i 3), trenutno iznosi 751.354,89 kuna.  Grad Zadar je dana 27. travnja 2022. godine aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu svojih potraživanja putem nadležne Financijske agencije- potvrdili su nam u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje imovinom. 

Kakav će biti ishod ove priče, teško je prepostaviti jer se Kadija od početka ne želi oglasiti, a  protiv njega su se pobunili stanari susjedne zgrade koji sudskim putem traže zaštitu zbog srušene drvarnice i iskopane rupe od 6,5 metara.
