Nekadašnji zadarski nogometni prvoligaš u kojem su stasali Luka Modrić, Šime Vrsaljko, Danijel Subašić i Dominik Livaković broji svoje zadnje dane nakon 304 dana potpune financijske blokade. Konačnu odluku o stečaju povukla je Financijska agencija na Dan grada Zadra kada je Trgovačkom sudu dostavila prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad NK Zadrom zbog duga u ukupnom iznosu od 3.004.523,87 kuna, u što je uračunata kamata i naknada Financijske agencije za provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima.

- Kako iz prijedloga za otvaranje stečajnog postupka proizlazi da je utvrđeno postojanje stečajnog razloga – nesposobnost za plaćanje predviđenog u čl. 6. st. 2. alineja 1. Stečajnog zakona, to je valjalo odrediti ročište radi utvrđivanja uvjeta za otvaranje i vođenje stečajnog postupka. Pokreće se prethodni postupak radi utvrđivanja pretpostavki za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad stečajnim dužnikom Nogometni klub Zadar, sportsko dioničko društvo za obavljanje sportskih djelatnosti, Zadar, Hrvoja Ćustića. Spajaju se ročište radi očitovanja o prijedlogu za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom i ročište radi rasprave o pretpostavkama za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom u jedno ročište koje se zakazuje za dan 9. prosinca 2020. – navela je sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Zadru Ana Markač koja je kao ovlaštenu osobu za zastupanje navela Marina Kokića, direktora NK Zadra Marina Kokića.

Najveći dio duga NK Zadra iznose neizvršene obveze prema bivšim igračima, a čak 35 posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu Rena Sinovčića blokirano je zbog sudskih procesa u aferi “Ribar” koji se vode protiv njega i još sedam osoba te Sinovčićeve tvrtke VOX. USKOK ih tereti da su, među ostalim, kroz predstečajnu nagodbu tvrtke VOX d.o.o., a na štetu NK Zadar, nezakonito zaradili više od 121 milijuna kuna. Dvadesetak posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu je malih dioničara, dok je većinski vlasnik - Grad Zadar, čijih je nešto više od 40 posto dionica prestao financirati klub utvrdivši da je riječ o “rupi bez dna”. Novac koji je Grad trebao dati klubu za funkcioniranje otišao je na kredit koji je klub podigao prošlo ljeto upravo uz jamstvo Grada. Klub je očekivao i priljev novca od transfera Ivana Santinija iz Anderlechta u Kinu, ali on je otišao vjerovnicima duga.

Kako bi se zaštitila Škola nogometa NK Zadar je još u studenom prošle godne na istoj adresi na Stanovima dobio nasljednika. Osnovana je Udruga HNK Zadar, a za predsjednika je imenovan Damir Knežević.Grad Zadar je paralelno s tim potvrdio da gradska sredstva više neće ići NK Zadru, već Udruzi HNK Zadar, koja stoji iza osnivanja novog kluba.

Nekadašnji zadarski nogometni prvoligaš u kojem su stasali Luka Modrić, Šime Vrsaljko, Danijel Subašić i Dominik Livaković broji svoje zadnje dane nakon 304 dana potpune financijske blokade. Konačnu odluku o stečaju povukla je Financijska agencija na Dan grada Zadra kada je Trgovačkom sudu dostavila prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad NK Zadrom zbog duga u ukupnom iznosu od 3.004.523,87 kuna, u što je uračunata kamata i naknada Financijske agencije za provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima.

- Kako iz prijedloga za otvaranje stečajnog postupka proizlazi da je utvrđeno postojanje stečajnog razloga – nesposobnost za plaćanje predviđenog u čl. 6. st. 2. alineja 1. Stečajnog zakona, to je valjalo odrediti ročište radi utvrđivanja uvjeta za otvaranje i vođenje stečajnog postupka. Pokreće se prethodni postupak radi utvrđivanja pretpostavki za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad stečajnim dužnikom Nogometni klub Zadar, sportsko dioničko društvo za obavljanje sportskih djelatnosti, Zadar, Hrvoja Ćustića. Spajaju se ročište radi očitovanja o prijedlogu za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom i ročište radi rasprave o pretpostavkama za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom u jedno ročište koje se zakazuje za dan 9. prosinca 2020. – navela je sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Zadru Ana Markač koja je kao ovlaštenu osobu za zastupanje navela Marina Kokića, direktora NK Zadra Marina Kokića.

Najveći dio duga NK Zadra iznose neizvršene obveze prema bivšim igračima, a čak 35 posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu Rena Sinovčića blokirano je zbog sudskih procesa u aferi “Ribar” koji se vode protiv njega i još sedam osoba te Sinovčićeve tvrtke VOX. USKOK ih tereti da su, među ostalim, kroz predstečajnu nagodbu tvrtke VOX d.o.o., a na štetu NK Zadar, nezakonito zaradili više od 121 milijuna kuna. Dvadesetak posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu je malih dioničara, dok je većinski vlasnik - Grad Zadar, čijih je nešto više od 40 posto dionica prestao financirati klub utvrdivši da je riječ o “rupi bez dna”. Novac koji je Grad trebao dati klubu za funkcioniranje otišao je na kredit koji je klub podigao prošlo ljeto upravo uz jamstvo Grada. Klub je očekivao i priljev novca od transfera Ivana Santinija iz Anderlechta u Kinu, ali on je otišao vjerovnicima duga.

Kako bi se zaštitila Škola nogometa NK Zadar je još u studenom prošle godne na istoj adresi na Stanovima dobio nasljednika. Osnovana je Udruga HNK Zadar, a za predsjednika je imenovan Damir Knežević.Grad Zadar je paralelno s tim potvrdio da gradska sredstva više neće ići NK Zadru, već Udruzi HNK Zadar, koja stoji iza osnivanja novog kluba.

NK Zadar u stečaj kreće za mjesec dana zbog duga od tri milijuna kuna! Sinovčić je još uvijek vlasnik 35 posto dionica...

Nekadašnji zadarski nogometni prvoligaš u kojem su stasali Luka Modrić, Šime Vrsaljko, Danijel Subašić i Dominik Livaković broji svoje zadnje dane nakon 304 dana potpune financijske blokade. Konačnu odluku o stečaju povukla je Financijska agencija na Dan grada Zadra kada je Trgovačkom sudu dostavila prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad NK Zadrom zbog duga u ukupnom iznosu od 3.004.523,87 kuna, u što je uračunata kamata i naknada Financijske agencije za provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima.

- Kako iz prijedloga za otvaranje stečajnog postupka proizlazi da je utvrđeno postojanje stečajnog razloga – nesposobnost za plaćanje predviđenog u čl. 6. st. 2. alineja 1. Stečajnog zakona, to je valjalo odrediti ročište radi utvrđivanja uvjeta za otvaranje i vođenje stečajnog postupka. Pokreće se prethodni postupak radi utvrđivanja pretpostavki za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad stečajnim dužnikom Nogometni klub Zadar, sportsko dioničko društvo za obavljanje sportskih djelatnosti, Zadar, Hrvoja Ćustića. Spajaju se ročište radi očitovanja o prijedlogu za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom i ročište radi rasprave o pretpostavkama za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom u jedno ročište koje se zakazuje za dan 9. prosinca 2020. – navela je sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Zadru Ana Markač koja je kao ovlaštenu osobu za zastupanje navela Marina Kokića, direktora NK Zadra Marina Kokića.

Najveći dio duga NK Zadra iznose neizvršene obveze prema bivšim igračima, a čak 35 posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu Rena Sinovčića blokirano je zbog sudskih procesa u aferi “Ribar” koji se vode protiv njega i još sedam osoba te Sinovčićeve tvrtke VOX. USKOK ih tereti da su, među ostalim, kroz predstečajnu nagodbu tvrtke VOX d.o.o., a na štetu NK Zadar, nezakonito zaradili više od 121 milijuna kuna. Dvadesetak posto dionica kluba u vlasništvu je malih dioničara, dok je većinski vlasnik - Grad Zadar, čijih je nešto više od 40 posto dionica prestao financirati klub utvrdivši da je riječ o “rupi bez dna”. Novac koji je Grad trebao dati klubu za funkcioniranje otišao je na kredit koji je klub podigao prošlo ljeto upravo uz jamstvo Grada. Klub je očekivao i priljev novca od transfera Ivana Santinija iz Anderlechta u Kinu, ali on je otišao vjerovnicima duga.

Kako bi se zaštitila Škola nogometa NK Zadar je još u studenom prošle godne na istoj adresi na Stanovima dobio nasljednika. Osnovana je Udruga HNK Zadar, a za predsjednika je imenovan Damir Knežević.Grad Zadar je paralelno s tim potvrdio da gradska sredstva više neće ići NK Zadru, već Udruzi HNK Zadar, koja stoji iza osnivanja novog kluba.
