Iako je uoči prošlih lokalnih izbora ministar rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Josip Aladrović Zadru i županiji donosio brojne darove, među kojima i ugovor za hospicij na Babindubu, još uvijek nije poznato iz kojeg će se točno izvora financirati Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije vrijedan 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Župan Božidar Longin u siječnju je za lokalnu televiziju izjavio kako se „hospicij ne može graditi preko Aladrovićevog ministarstva, već preko ministarstva zdravstva“, ali je na posljednjoj Županijskoj skupštini dao drugačiji odgovor.

Naime, ostao je pri prvotnoj ideji financiranja hospicija te kazao kako se sredstva za taj objekt nalaze u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada i mirovinskog sustava. U 2022. godini predviđen je iznos od 3,5 milijuna te još 4,1 milijuna za 2023. godinu.

- Projekt hospicija, odnosno budućeg Centra za palijativnu skrb Zadarske županije napreduje sukladno predviđenoj dinamici, a sredstva za taj projekt osigurana su u državnom proračunu RH, na pozicijama Ministarstva rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. U tijeku je proces definiranja operativnog vođenja samog projekta, odnosno ustanove koja će biti njegov nositelj - odgovorili su nam iz Zadarske županije kada smo ih, zbog oprečnih izjava župana Longina, upitali iz kojih će se sredstava financirati hospiciji.

No, zbog čega bi se uopće trebala sredstva prebacivati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva? U Zadarskoj županiji ne planiraju osnivanje nove pravne ustanove za hospicij na Babindubu jer bi osnivanje tvrtke za sobom vuklo nova zaposlenja, već planiraju da hospicij bude pod upravljanjem Doma za starije Sv. Frane. Međutim, u županiji su zaključili kako bi bolje bilo da se hospicij nalazi pod Domom zdravlja jer oni već imaju palijativnu skrb kao djelatnost. Ako se hospicij osnuje pod Domom zdravlja Zadarske županije, onda će sredstva za njegovu izgradnju transferirati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva i to kao namjenska sredstva koja trebaju biti utrošena isključivo za projekt na Babindubu.

Župan je i na posljednjoj skupštini na zahtjev SDP koji cijelo vrijeme upozorava kako financiranje hospicija nije uvršteno u županijskom niti u proračunu Ministarstva rada, dao točnu stavku gdje su predviđena sredstva za prijeko potrebnu ustanovu u Zadarskoj županiji. Međutim, nakon toga se oglasio županijski odbor SDP-a.

- Stavka u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada koju je župan dao označava Dom Sv. Frane. Međutim, u financijskim planovima tog doma za 2022. godinu nisu predviđena sredstva u iznosu od 3,5 milijuna kuna koja se nalaze u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada. Zbog čega župan tvrdi da financiranje hospicija ide preko Ministarstva zdravstva kada je s Aladrovićem, očito samo u svrhu kampanje, potpisivao ugovor? - upitao se predsjednik županijskog odbora SDP-a Jure Zubčić poručujući županu da javno objavi potpisani ugovor s ministrom Aladrovićem.

Iako je uoči prošlih lokalnih izbora ministar rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Josip Aladrović Zadru i županiji donosio brojne darove, među kojima i ugovor za hospicij na Babindubu, još uvijek nije poznato iz kojeg će se točno izvora financirati Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije vrijedan 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Župan Božidar Longin u siječnju je za lokalnu televiziju izjavio kako se „hospicij ne može graditi preko Aladrovićevog ministarstva, već preko ministarstva zdravstva“, ali je na posljednjoj Županijskoj skupštini dao drugačiji odgovor.

Naime, ostao je pri prvotnoj ideji financiranja hospicija te kazao kako se sredstva za taj objekt nalaze u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada i mirovinskog sustava. U 2022. godini predviđen je iznos od 3,5 milijuna te još 4,1 milijuna za 2023. godinu.

- Projekt hospicija, odnosno budućeg Centra za palijativnu skrb Zadarske županije napreduje sukladno predviđenoj dinamici, a sredstva za taj projekt osigurana su u državnom proračunu RH, na pozicijama Ministarstva rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. U tijeku je proces definiranja operativnog vođenja samog projekta, odnosno ustanove koja će biti njegov nositelj - odgovorili su nam iz Zadarske županije kada smo ih, zbog oprečnih izjava župana Longina, upitali iz kojih će se sredstava financirati hospiciji.

No, zbog čega bi se uopće trebala sredstva prebacivati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva? U Zadarskoj županiji ne planiraju osnivanje nove pravne ustanove za hospicij na Babindubu jer bi osnivanje tvrtke za sobom vuklo nova zaposlenja, već planiraju da hospicij bude pod upravljanjem Doma za starije Sv. Frane. Međutim, u županiji su zaključili kako bi bolje bilo da se hospicij nalazi pod Domom zdravlja jer oni već imaju palijativnu skrb kao djelatnost. Ako se hospicij osnuje pod Domom zdravlja Zadarske županije, onda će sredstva za njegovu izgradnju transferirati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva i to kao namjenska sredstva koja trebaju biti utrošena isključivo za projekt na Babindubu.

Župan je i na posljednjoj skupštini na zahtjev SDP koji cijelo vrijeme upozorava kako financiranje hospicija nije uvršteno u županijskom niti u proračunu Ministarstva rada, dao točnu stavku gdje su predviđena sredstva za prijeko potrebnu ustanovu u Zadarskoj županiji. Međutim, nakon toga se oglasio županijski odbor SDP-a.

- Stavka u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada koju je župan dao označava Dom Sv. Frane. Međutim, u financijskim planovima tog doma za 2022. godinu nisu predviđena sredstva u iznosu od 3,5 milijuna kuna koja se nalaze u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada. Zbog čega župan tvrdi da financiranje hospicija ide preko Ministarstva zdravstva kada je s Aladrovićem, očito samo u svrhu kampanje, potpisivao ugovor? - upitao se predsjednik županijskog odbora SDP-a Jure Zubčić poručujući županu da javno objavi potpisani ugovor s ministrom Aladrovićem.

Tko će financirati hospicij na Babindubu vrijedan 7,5 milijuna kuna: Ministarstvo rada, Ministarstvo zdravstva, Dom sv. Frane, Dom zdravlja...?

Iako je uoči prošlih lokalnih izbora ministar rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike Josip Aladrović Zadru i županiji donosio brojne darove, među kojima i ugovor za hospicij na Babindubu, još uvijek nije poznato iz kojeg će se točno izvora financirati Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije vrijedan 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Župan Božidar Longin u siječnju je za lokalnu televiziju izjavio kako se „hospicij ne može graditi preko Aladrovićevog ministarstva, već preko ministarstva zdravstva“, ali je na posljednjoj Županijskoj skupštini dao drugačiji odgovor.

Naime, ostao je pri prvotnoj ideji financiranja hospicija te kazao kako se sredstva za taj objekt nalaze u financijskom planu Ministarstva rada i mirovinskog sustava. U 2022. godini predviđen je iznos od 3,5 milijuna te još 4,1 milijuna za 2023. godinu.

- Projekt hospicija, odnosno budućeg Centra za palijativnu skrb Zadarske županije napreduje sukladno predviđenoj dinamici, a sredstva za taj projekt osigurana su u državnom proračunu RH, na pozicijama Ministarstva rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. U tijeku je proces definiranja operativnog vođenja samog projekta, odnosno ustanove koja će biti njegov nositelj - odgovorili su nam iz Zadarske županije kada smo ih, zbog oprečnih izjava župana Longina, upitali iz kojih će se sredstava financirati hospiciji.

No, zbog čega bi se uopće trebala sredstva prebacivati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva? U Zadarskoj županiji ne planiraju osnivanje nove pravne ustanove za hospicij na Babindubu jer bi osnivanje tvrtke za sobom vuklo nova zaposlenja, već planiraju da hospicij bude pod upravljanjem Doma za starije Sv. Frane. Međutim, u županiji su zaključili kako bi bolje bilo da se hospicij nalazi pod Domom zdravlja jer oni već imaju palijativnu skrb kao djelatnost. Ako se hospicij osnuje pod Domom zdravlja Zadarske županije, onda će sredstva za njegovu izgradnju transferirati iz Aladrovićevog ministarstva u Ministarstvo zdravstva i to kao namjenska sredstva koja trebaju biti utrošena isključivo za projekt na Babindubu.
