Nakon deset sati iscrpljujućeg proceduralnog nadmudrivanja, političkog natezanja i usklađivanja podnesenih više od 30 amandmana, Gradsko vijeće Zadra je konačno usvojilo prijedlog proračuna za sljedeću godinu. Po prijedlogu gradonačelnika Branka Dukića, proračun je trebao iznositi 783 milijuna kuna, što je 13 posto više od ovogodišnjeg, ali je na sjednici usvojen značajan broj amandmana i to zajedničkim glasovima Akcije mladih, Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića i SDP-ove koalicije Srcem za Zadar koji su na kraju uvršteni u proračun.

Meštrović je podnio četiri amandmana i sva četiri je gradonačelnik Dukić prihvatio, ali je odbio svih 11 amandmana koje je predlagao SDP dok su odmah u startu sjednice prihvaćena i četiri amandmana od 17 koliko ih je imala Akcija mladih. Ali, u trenutku kada je Gradsko vijeće trebalo glasanjem odlučiti o sudbini svakog od amandmana koje je Dukić odbio, oko većine njih stvorena je većina između SDP-a, Akcije mladih i Meštrovićeve Nezavisne liste. Unatoč tome što su od njihovih 11 amandmana gradski vijećnici s 14 glasova podržali SDP-ove amandmane koje je Dukić odbio, petero vijećnika koalicije Srcem za Zadar na koncu je bilo protiv prijedloga proračuna dok ga je prihvatilo preostalih 19 vijećnika Akcije mladih, HDZ-ove koalicije i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića.

Nakon deset sati iscrpljujućeg proceduralnog nadmudrivanja, političkog natezanja i usklađivanja podnesenih više od 30 amandmana, Gradsko vijeće Zadra je konačno usvojilo prijedlog proračuna za sljedeću godinu. Po prijedlogu gradonačelnika Branka Dukića, proračun je trebao iznositi 783 milijuna kuna, što je 13 posto više od ovogodišnjeg, ali je na sjednici usvojen značajan broj amandmana i to zajedničkim glasovima Akcije mladih, Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića i SDP-ove koalicije Srcem za Zadar koji su na kraju uvršteni u proračun.

Meštrović je podnio četiri amandmana i sva četiri je gradonačelnik Dukić prihvatio, ali je odbio svih 11 amandmana koje je predlagao SDP dok su odmah u startu sjednice prihvaćena i četiri amandmana od 17 koliko ih je imala Akcija mladih. Ali, u trenutku kada je Gradsko vijeće trebalo glasanjem odlučiti o sudbini svakog od amandmana koje je Dukić odbio, oko većine njih stvorena je većina između SDP-a, Akcije mladih i Meštrovićeve Nezavisne liste. Unatoč tome što su od njihovih 11 amandmana gradski vijećnici s 14 glasova podržali SDP-ove amandmane koje je Dukić odbio, petero vijećnika koalicije Srcem za Zadar na koncu je bilo protiv prijedloga proračuna dok ga je prihvatilo preostalih 19 vijećnika Akcije mladih, HDZ-ove koalicije i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića.

Vijećnici HDZ-a, Enija Meštrovića i Akcije mladih izglasali novi gradski proračun. SDP je bio protiv iako je u novi proračun uvršten niz amandmana

Nakon deset sati iscrpljujućeg proceduralnog nadmudrivanja, političkog natezanja i usklađivanja podnesenih više od 30 amandmana, Gradsko vijeće Zadra je konačno usvojilo prijedlog proračuna za sljedeću godinu. Po prijedlogu gradonačelnika Branka Dukića, proračun je trebao iznositi 783 milijuna kuna, što je 13 posto više od ovogodišnjeg, ali je na sjednici usvojen značajan broj amandmana i to zajedničkim glasovima Akcije mladih, Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića i SDP-ove koalicije Srcem za Zadar koji su na kraju uvršteni u proračun.

Meštrović je podnio četiri amandmana i sva četiri je gradonačelnik Dukić prihvatio, ali je odbio svih 11 amandmana koje je predlagao SDP dok su odmah u startu sjednice prihvaćena i četiri amandmana od 17 koliko ih je imala Akcija mladih. Ali, u trenutku kada je Gradsko vijeće trebalo glasanjem odlučiti o sudbini svakog od amandmana koje je Dukić odbio, oko većine njih stvorena je većina između SDP-a, Akcije mladih i Meštrovićeve Nezavisne liste. Unatoč tome što su od njihovih 11 amandmana gradski vijećnici s 14 glasova podržali SDP-ove amandmane koje je Dukić odbio, petero vijećnika koalicije Srcem za Zadar na koncu je bilo protiv prijedloga proračuna dok ga je prihvatilo preostalih 19 vijećnika Akcije mladih, HDZ-ove koalicije i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića.
