O.K., sama sam si kriva jer nisam obraćala pažnju, ali doista sam se šokirala kad sam, prije nekoliko tjedana, shvatila da banci u kojoj imam račun mjesečno za vođenje tog računa plaćam 11 eura, piše Jutarnji list.

Dakle, svaki mjesec 11 eura samo za činjenicu da mi preko njihova računa sjeda plaća, koristim internet bankarstvo i imam jednu karticu. Bez minusa ili prekoračenja, ne znam ni ime osobnog bankara, novac na bankomatu praktički više ni ne podižem, a ne koristim više čak ni njihovu aplikaciju za plaćanje mobitelom jer je riječ o najgorem proizvodu na tržištu (stalno "šteka" i odbija provesti plaćanje).

Ispostavilo se da je naknada tolika jer sam imala ugovoren neki premium paket koji je prethodno koštao samo 3,7 eura i doista se isplatio, no potom je banka u lipnju odlučila dići naknade čime je moja poskupjela za čak 200 posto.

Šokiralo me i kad sam malo pregledala koliko sam banci u 2023. godini platila samo za vođenje tog paketa - samo taj dio, bez naknada za plaćanje online naloga i ostalih usluga, koštao me 90 eura, a da pritom dobivam lošu uslugu - poslovnice i internet bankarstvo koje ne radi vikendom, skandaloznu aplikaciju za plaćanje mobitelom koja uglavnom ne radi, najskuplju naknadu za podizanje novca na bankomatima drugih banaka i slično.

"Ali, gospođo, vi u tom paketu imate privilegij da 24 sata dnevno možete kontaktirati svojeg osobnog bankara", pojašnjavala mi je gospođa u banci, iako joj je jedan pogled na moj račun bio dovoljan da shvati kako za tim nemam apsolutno nikakvu potrebu.

Tu me drugi put nasanjkala - predložila me prebaciti na najjeftiniji paket od "samo" sedam eura, tvrdeći kako je to najjeftinija opcija. Pristala sam na to da bih tek naknadno, kod kuće, shvatila kako je postojala i opcija samo plaćanja vođenja tekućeg računa i internet bankarstva, što bi me koštalo mjesečno 3,46 eura, a isplatilo bi mi se čak i kad u to uračunam nešto skuplju naknadu za provođenje naloga za plaćanje putem interneta, kojih i nemam tako puno.

Još jednom priznajem, sama sam si kriva, ali poučak je ove priče da su bankarske naknade sada toliko visoke da bi svaki pojedinac trebao odvojiti malo vremena i dobro proučiti što sve i po kojoj cijeni plaća, posebno ako koristi neki paket.

Oni su dosad, naime, bili povoljni, no s podizanjem naknada za većinu je korisnika upitno zašto ih plaćaju i znaju li koje pogodnosti u sklopu njih imaju.

I trebaju li im uopće?

S obzirom na cijene, ne vidim razloga zašto potrošači, barem oni koji nisu uz kreditnu instituciju vezani kreditima ili nekim drugim vrstama odnosa, naprosto ne bi banke mijenjali na način na koji mijenjaju teleoperatore - da odu tamo gdje im je povoljnije, gdje je usluga bolja i gdje će za svoj novac dobiti veću vrijednost.

Kad su u pitanju banke, to može biti i jednostavnije nego s teleoperatorom jer ne postoji vremenski limit, a isplati se vjerojatno platiti i jednokratnu naknadu za zatvaranje računa, ako je banka ima, pa taj novac vratiti u nekoj drugoj instituciji koja ima niže naknade.

Napravili smo stoga malo istraživanje o cijenama naknada za one koji nemaju druge potrebe osim vođenja tekućeg računa te internet i mobilno bankarstvo, a treba znati i da je sada dobar termin za mijenjanje banke - dio njih ima akcije kojima vas na određeno vrijeme oslobađaju plaćanja naknada ili nude neke druge pogodnosti, piše Jutarnji list.

Dakle, svaki mjesec 11 eura samo za činjenicu da mi preko njihova računa sjeda plaća, koristim internet bankarstvo i imam jednu karticu. Bez minusa ili prekoračenja, ne znam ni ime osobnog bankara, novac na bankomatu praktički više ni ne podižem, a ne koristim više čak ni njihovu aplikaciju za plaćanje mobitelom jer je riječ o najgorem proizvodu na tržištu (stalno "šteka" i odbija provesti plaćanje).

Ispostavilo se da je naknada tolika jer sam imala ugovoren neki premium paket koji je prethodno koštao samo 3,7 eura i doista se isplatio, no potom je banka u lipnju odlučila dići naknade čime je moja poskupjela za čak 200 posto.

Šokiralo me i kad sam malo pregledala koliko sam banci u 2023. godini platila samo za vođenje tog paketa - samo taj dio, bez naknada za plaćanje online naloga i ostalih usluga, koštao me 90 eura, a da pritom dobivam lošu uslugu - poslovnice i internet bankarstvo koje ne radi vikendom, skandaloznu aplikaciju za plaćanje mobitelom koja uglavnom ne radi, najskuplju naknadu za podizanje novca na bankomatima drugih banaka i slično.

"Ali, gospođo, vi u tom paketu imate privilegij da 24 sata dnevno možete kontaktirati svojeg osobnog bankara", pojašnjavala mi je gospođa u banci, iako joj je jedan pogled na moj račun bio dovoljan da shvati kako za tim nemam apsolutno nikakvu potrebu.

Tu me drugi put nasanjkala - predložila me prebaciti na najjeftiniji paket od "samo" sedam eura, tvrdeći kako je to najjeftinija opcija. Pristala sam na to da bih tek naknadno, kod kuće, shvatila kako je postojala i opcija samo plaćanja vođenja tekućeg računa i internet bankarstva, što bi me koštalo mjesečno 3,46 eura, a isplatilo bi mi se čak i kad u to uračunam nešto skuplju naknadu za provođenje naloga za plaćanje putem interneta, kojih i nemam tako puno.

Još jednom priznajem, sama sam si kriva, ali poučak je ove priče da su bankarske naknade sada toliko visoke da bi svaki pojedinac trebao odvojiti malo vremena i dobro proučiti što sve i po kojoj cijeni plaća, posebno ako koristi neki paket.

Oni su dosad, naime, bili povoljni, no s podizanjem naknada za većinu je korisnika upitno zašto ih plaćaju i znaju li koje pogodnosti u sklopu njih imaju.

I trebaju li im uopće?

S obzirom na cijene, ne vidim razloga zašto potrošači, barem oni koji nisu uz kreditnu instituciju vezani kreditima ili nekim drugim vrstama odnosa, naprosto ne bi banke mijenjali na način na koji mijenjaju teleoperatore - da odu tamo gdje im je povoljnije, gdje je usluga bolja i gdje će za svoj novac dobiti veću vrijednost.

Kad su u pitanju banke, to može biti i jednostavnije nego s teleoperatorom jer ne postoji vremenski limit, a isplati se vjerojatno platiti i jednokratnu naknadu za zatvaranje računa, ako je banka ima, pa taj novac vratiti u nekoj drugoj instituciji koja ima niže naknade.

Napravili smo stoga malo istraživanje o cijenama naknada za one koji nemaju druge potrebe osim vođenja tekućeg računa te internet i mobilno bankarstvo, a treba znati i da je sada dobar termin za mijenjanje banke - dio njih ima akcije kojima vas na određeno vrijeme oslobađaju plaćanja naknada ili nude neke druge pogodnosti, piše Jutarnji list.

Banke vam naplaćuju nerealno visoke naknade za usluge koje uopće ne koristite: evo o čemu se radi i kako to izbjeći

O.K., sama sam si kriva jer nisam obraćala pažnju, ali doista sam se šokirala kad sam, prije nekoliko tjedana, shvatila da banci u kojoj imam račun mjesečno za vođenje tog računa plaćam 11 eura, piše Jutarnji list.
