U Rumunjskoj, gdje je rođen najslavniji živi mrtvac u svijetu, Dracula, dolazak na sud kao dokaz da je čovjek živ ocijenjen je nedovoljno uvjerljivim.
Stanovnik na istoku zemlje, Constantin Reliu, uvjerio se u to prošlog tjedna kada je sud u Vasluiju odbio njegov zahtjev za poništenje smrtnog lista izdan 2016. na njegovo ime, vidi se iz presude objavljene u petak na mrežnoj stranici suda. Constantin Reliu (63) koji je početkom 1990-ih otišao na rad u Tursku, u siječnju se vratio u Rumunjsku. Ondje su ga rumunjske vlasti obavijestile da ga obitelj proglasila mrtvim jer nije imala nikakvih vijesti o njemu, objavila su tamošnja glasila.
Sud nije obrazložio razlog odbijanja zahtjeva. Rumunjski mediji pišu da je razlog to što je podnesen nakon propisanog roka. Povratak među "mrtvace" bio je iznimno težak za šezdesetogodišnjaka: budući da nema službenog dokaza da je živ, on ne postoji za rumunjske upravne vlasti pa se ne može legalno zaposliti ni primati socijalnu pomoć.
Constantin Reliu, koji nema nikoga od obitelji jer su svi otišli raditi u inozemstvo, preživljava zahvaljujući pomoći susjeda. Rekao je da prikuplja dokumente kako bi ponovo na sudu pokušao dokazati da je zadnjih godina živ i to bez prekida.

U Rumunjskoj, gdje je rođen najslavniji živi mrtvac u svijetu, Dracula, dolazak na sud kao dokaz da je čovjek živ ocijenjen je nedovoljno uvjerljivim.
Stanovnik na istoku zemlje, Constantin Reliu, uvjerio se u to prošlog tjedna kada je sud u Vasluiju odbio njegov zahtjev za poništenje smrtnog lista izdan 2016. na njegovo ime, vidi se iz presude objavljene u petak na mrežnoj stranici suda. Constantin Reliu (63) koji je početkom 1990-ih otišao na rad u Tursku, u siječnju se vratio u Rumunjsku. Ondje su ga rumunjske vlasti obavijestile da ga obitelj proglasila mrtvim jer nije imala nikakvih vijesti o njemu, objavila su tamošnja glasila.
Sud nije obrazložio razlog odbijanja zahtjeva. Rumunjski mediji pišu da je razlog to što je podnesen nakon propisanog roka. Povratak među "mrtvace" bio je iznimno težak za šezdesetogodišnjaka: budući da nema službenog dokaza da je živ, on ne postoji za rumunjske upravne vlasti pa se ne može legalno zaposliti ni primati socijalnu pomoć.
Constantin Reliu, koji nema nikoga od obitelji jer su svi otišli raditi u inozemstvo, preživljava zahvaljujući pomoći susjeda. Rekao je da prikuplja dokumente kako bi ponovo na sudu pokušao dokazati da je zadnjih godina živ i to bez prekida.
