Papa Franjo pridružio se u nedjelju mnogima koji ne odobravaju neobične jaslice na Trgu sv. Petra, pozvavši posjetitelje da obiđu obližnju izložbu tradicionalnih jaslica.

Prilikom svojeg posljednjeg nedjeljnog blagoslova i obraćanja vjernicima prije Božića, Papa je upozorio da je konzumerizam „oteo” Božić.

Govoreći sa svojeg prozora, Papa je dva puta pozvao posjetitelje da obiđu izložbu ispod kolonada na trgu gdje je postavljeno stotinu malih tradicionalnih jaslica.

Nije ni spomenuo glavne jaslice na središtu trga, s velikim neobičnim keramičkim kipovima među kojima su astronaut i lik koji podsjeća na Dartha Vadera iz Ratova zvijezda.

Jaslice su meta velikih kritika medija i posjetitelja.

Vatikan svake godine izlaže drugačije jaslice, koje biraju njegove lokalne vlasti. Jaslice mu se doniraju.

Ovogodišnje su izradili učenici i učitelji škole u Castelliu, talijanskom gradu poznatom po keramici. Izrađene su od 1965. do 1975.

Astronaut predstavlja slijetanja na Mjesec u tom razdoblju, navodi se na opisu za posjetitelje.

Papa je u svojem govoru upozorio na opasnost „frenetičnog” konzumerizma tijekom božićnih blagdana, pozivajući ljude da se sjete onih koji nemaju ništa.

„Konzumerizam je oteo Božić, oduzevši nam ga”, rekao je. „Ne postoji konzumerizam u jaslicama u Betlehemu. Ondje postoji realnost, siromaštvo i ljubav”.

Papa Franjo pridružio se u nedjelju mnogima koji ne odobravaju neobične jaslice na Trgu sv. Petra, pozvavši posjetitelje da obiđu obližnju izložbu tradicionalnih jaslica.

Prilikom svojeg posljednjeg nedjeljnog blagoslova i obraćanja vjernicima prije Božića, Papa je upozorio da je konzumerizam „oteo” Božić.

Govoreći sa svojeg prozora, Papa je dva puta pozvao posjetitelje da obiđu izložbu ispod kolonada na trgu gdje je postavljeno stotinu malih tradicionalnih jaslica.

Nije ni spomenuo glavne jaslice na središtu trga, s velikim neobičnim keramičkim kipovima među kojima su astronaut i lik koji podsjeća na Dartha Vadera iz Ratova zvijezda.

Jaslice su meta velikih kritika medija i posjetitelja.

Papa je u svojem govoru upozorio na opasnost „frenetičnog” konzumerizma tijekom božićnih blagdana, pozivajući ljude da se sjete onih koji nemaju ništa.

„Konzumerizam je oteo Božić, oduzevši nam ga”, rekao je. „Ne postoji konzumerizam u jaslicama u Betlehemu. Ondje postoji realnost, siromaštvo i ljubav”.

Neobične jaslice u Vatikanu podigle veliku buru, rezignirani papa Franjo ne želi ih ni spomenuti

Papa Franjo pridružio se u nedjelju mnogima koji ne odobravaju neobične jaslice na Trgu sv. Petra, pozvavši posjetitelje da obiđu obližnju izložbu tradicionalnih jaslica.

Prilikom svojeg posljednjeg nedjeljnog blagoslova i obraćanja vjernicima prije Božića, Papa je upozorio da je konzumerizam „oteo” Božić.

Govoreći sa svojeg prozora, Papa je dva puta pozvao posjetitelje da obiđu izložbu ispod kolonada na trgu gdje je postavljeno stotinu malih tradicionalnih jaslica.

Nije ni spomenuo glavne jaslice na središtu trga, s velikim neobičnim keramičkim kipovima među kojima su astronaut i lik koji podsjeća na Dartha Vadera iz Ratova zvijezda.

Jaslice su meta velikih kritika medija i posjetitelja.

Vatikan svake godine izlaže drugačije jaslice, koje biraju njegove lokalne vlasti. Jaslice mu se doniraju.
