Ekstremno veliki porast novooboljelih od koronavirusa u Hrvatskoj potaknuo je naš stožer na jučerašnji hitni sastanak, a nove mjere kako su najavili, trebale bi startati početkom idućeg tjedna. Kako je najavio Krunoslav Capak, sve je izglednije da ćemo maske tako od ponedjeljka biti obvezni nositi u svim zatvorenim prostorima.
To se odnosi i na teretane što nekoga tko živi u zemljama Latinske Amerike i čita ovaj tekst ne bi pretjerano iznenadilo, jer tamo je već neko vrijeme na snazi odredba vladajućih da svi koji se žele rekreirati u zatvorenim prostorima poput teretana obvezno moraju nositi maske.
- Maske u zatvorenim prostorima razmatraju se jer je na mnogim radnim mjestima uočeno širenje bolesti među kolegama koji su u bliskom kontaktu, primjerice dijele isti ured, a nisu bili u mogućnosti pridržavati se mjere fizičke udaljenosti", kazao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za Index.

Miroslav Venus, predsjednik Hrvatskog epidemiološkog društva, ističe da je lockdown najgora opcija.
- Prema tome, bolje je nositi maske u teretanama, jer u ovom trenutku moramo napraviti sve što možemo da ne dođe do ponovnog zatvaranje, kazao nam je Venus.

- Sve je bolje nego da dođe do ponovnog zatvaranja fitnes centara, jer tko zna dokad će sve ovo trajati. Korisnici će se s vremenom naviknuti. Iako će im maske kao rekvizit sasvim sigurno smetati i ometati disanje, možda će osjećati i mučninu, pa će trebati obraćati pažnju na signale koje im tijelo šalje, smatra Pavlinović.

Nošenje maske prilikom vježbanja, bilo da se radi o otvorenom ili zatvorenom prostoru, svakako može djelovati da se osjećate demotivirajuće, jer tijekom vježbanje teže dolazite do zraka, piše portal self.com, no to ima i mnoge prednosti, pogotovo kad se zna da smo u teretanama svi blizu jedni drugih i nemoguće je održavati propisanu socijanu distancu od jednog metra.

Također, određena medicinska stanja mogu vježbanje u masci učiniti potencijalno opasnim, primjerice za osobe s respiratornim stanjima poput astme ili kroničnih plućnih bolesti, bolesti srca ili angine.
U tim situacijama, ako vam je liječnik savjetovao da tijekom vježbanja ne nosite masku, poželjno je da se držite vježbanja kod kuće ili u vanjskom okruženju gdje ima dovoljno ventilacije i prostora da možete održavati odgovarajuću socijalnu distancu. Vježbači diljem svijeta nose maske u teretanama i drugim vježbalištima, pa prema tome to nebi trebao biti ni problem hrvatskim rekreativnim i profesionalnim sportašima, zar ne?
- Trebalo mi je kratko vrijeme da se naviknem, ali sada bez problema odlazim u teretanu i vježbam s maskom. To mi ne predstavljav problem. Bolje vježbati s maskom nego biti doma i imati zatvorena vježbališta - kaže nam jedan muškarac koji radi u Španjolskoj.

Ekstremno veliki porast novooboljelih od koronavirusa u Hrvatskoj potaknuo je naš stožer na jučerašnji hitni sastanak, a nove mjere kako su najavili, trebale bi startati početkom idućeg tjedna. Kako je najavio Krunoslav Capak, sve je izglednije da ćemo maske tako od ponedjeljka biti obvezni nositi u svim zatvorenim prostorima.
To se odnosi i na teretane što nekoga tko živi u zemljama Latinske Amerike i čita ovaj tekst ne bi pretjerano iznenadilo, jer tamo je već neko vrijeme na snazi odredba vladajućih da svi koji se žele rekreirati u zatvorenim prostorima poput teretana obvezno moraju nositi maske.
- Maske u zatvorenim prostorima razmatraju se jer je na mnogim radnim mjestima uočeno širenje bolesti među kolegama koji su u bliskom kontaktu, primjerice dijele isti ured, a nisu bili u mogućnosti pridržavati se mjere fizičke udaljenosti", kazao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš za Index.

Miroslav Venus, predsjednik Hrvatskog epidemiološkog društva, ističe da je lockdown najgora opcija.
- Prema tome, bolje je nositi maske u teretanama, jer u ovom trenutku moramo napraviti sve što možemo da ne dođe do ponovnog zatvaranje, kazao nam je Venus.
Za komentar smo zamolili i trenera Vladimira Pavlinovića koji se također slaže s Venusom.
- Sve je bolje nego da dođe do ponovnog zatvaranja fitnes centara, jer tko zna dokad će sve ovo trajati. Korisnici će se s vremenom naviknuti. Iako će im maske kao rekvizit sasvim sigurno smetati i ometati disanje, možda će osjećati i mučninu, pa će trebati obraćati pažnju na signale koje im tijelo šalje, smatra Pavlinović.

Nošenje maske prilikom vježbanja, bilo da se radi o otvorenom ili zatvorenom prostoru, svakako može djelovati da se osjećate demotivirajuće, jer tijekom vježbanje teže dolazite do zraka, piše portal self.com, no to ima i mnoge prednosti, pogotovo kad se zna da smo u teretanama svi blizu jedni drugih i nemoguće je održavati propisanu socijanu distancu od jednog metra.
Možda će trebati nekoliko tjedana redovitog vježbanja, ali na kraju ćete se osjećati ugodnije vježbajući s maskom, smatraju stručnjaci navodeći kako je od velike važnosti da slušate puls vlastitog tijela.
Ako počnete osjećati vrtoglavicu ili umor poželjno je da napravite pauzu i uklonite masku te se u tom trenutku odmaknuti od drugih vježbača. Također, određena medicinska stanja mogu vježbanje u masci učiniti potencijalno opasnim, primjerice za osobe s respiratornim stanjima poput astme ili kroničnih plućnih bolesti, bolesti srca ili angine.
U tim situacijama, ako vam je liječnik savjetovao da tijekom vježbanja ne nosite masku, poželjno je da se držite vježbanja kod kuće ili u vanjskom okruženju gdje ima dovoljno ventilacije i prostora da možete održavati odgovarajuću socijalnu distancu. Nakon svega postavlja se pitanje je li sigurno vježbati s maskom za lice?
– Općenito da, većina ljudi sigurno vježba dok nose masku za lice, smatra Grayson Wickham, fizikalni terapeut. - Morat ćete pratiti kako se osjećate tijekom vježbanja i pripaziti na specifične simptome kao što su vrtoglavica, obamrlost, trnci ili otežano disanje, upozorava Wickham.
Tijekom nekoliko tjedana, vaše će se tijelo sigurno prilagoditi tako što će postati učinkovitije u metabolizaciji kisika, no za to će trebati vremena.

Primjer iz Španjolske
Vježbači diljem svijeta nose maske u teretanama i drugim vježbalištima, pa prema tome to nebi trebao biti ni problem hrvatskim rekreativnim i profesionalnim sportašima, zar ne?
- Trebalo mi je kratko vrijeme da se naviknem, ali sada bez problema odlazim u teretanu i vježbam s maskom. To mi ne predstavljav problem. Bolje vježbati s maskom nego biti doma i imati zatvorena vježbališta - kaže nam jedan muškarac koji radi u Španjolskoj.
