U Tihom oceanu između Australije i Fidžija u 14:19 po hrvatskom vremenu zabilježen je silovit potres magnitude 7.2 po Richteru.

Epicentar potresa bio je 548 kilometara od glavnog grada Nove Kaledonije Noumee, javlja EMSC.

Prema prvim informacijama potres magnitude 7,6 (neki seizmološki centri navode jačinu 7,2) pogodio je to malezijsko otočje s epicentrom u moru, oko 401 kilometar od Tadina u Novoj Kaledoniji, na dubini od 2 kilometra, prenosi Reuters.

Američka meteorološka služba izdala je upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Radio Novi Zeland prenosi da njihove vlasti razmišljaju o proglašenju opasnosti od tsunamija. Ako bi se to dogodilo, valu bi trebalo oko tri sata da dođe do obale. NBC aprenosi da je Američka meteorološka služba izdala upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Dr. Stephen Hicks, profesor na sveučilištu Imperial College London, koji se bavi seizmološkim istraživanjima, na Twitteru je objavio ovu vijest i dodao da je za to područje izdana opasnost od tsunamija.

U Tihom oceanu između Australije i Fidžija u 14:19 po hrvatskom vremenu zabilježen je silovit potres magnitude 7.2 po Richteru.

Epicentar potresa bio je 548 kilometara od glavnog grada Nove Kaledonije Noumee, javlja EMSC.

Prema prvim informacijama potres magnitude 7,6 (neki seizmološki centri navode jačinu 7,2) pogodio je to malezijsko otočje s epicentrom u moru, oko 401 kilometar od Tadina u Novoj Kaledoniji, na dubini od 2 kilometra, prenosi Reuters.

Američka meteorološka služba izdala je upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Radio Novi Zeland prenosi da njihove vlasti razmišljaju o proglašenju opasnosti od tsunamija. Ako bi se to dogodilo, valu bi trebalo oko tri sata da dođe do obale. NBC aprenosi da je Američka meteorološka služba izdala upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Dr. Stephen Hicks, profesor na sveučilištu Imperial College London, koji se bavi seizmološkim istraživanjima, na Twitteru je objavio ovu vijest i dodao da je za to područje izdana opasnost od tsunamija.

Potres magnitude 7.2 pogodio područje između Fidžija i Australije: izdano upozorenje za tsunami

U Tihom oceanu između Australije i Fidžija u 14:19 po hrvatskom vremenu zabilježen je silovit potres magnitude 7.2 po Richteru.

Epicentar potresa bio je 548 kilometara od glavnog grada Nove Kaledonije Noumee, javlja EMSC.

Prema prvim informacijama potres magnitude 7,6 (neki seizmološki centri navode jačinu 7,2) pogodio je to malezijsko otočje s epicentrom u moru, oko 401 kilometar od Tadina u Novoj Kaledoniji, na dubini od 2 kilometra, prenosi Reuters.

Američka meteorološka služba izdala je upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Radio Novi Zeland prenosi da njihove vlasti razmišljaju o proglašenju opasnosti od tsunamija. Ako bi se to dogodilo, valu bi trebalo oko tri sata da dođe do obale. NBC aprenosi da je Američka meteorološka služba izdala upozorenje za tsunami visine 30 centimetara do jednog metra na Novom Zelandu, Vanuatuu i Fidžiju.

Dr. Stephen Hicks, profesor na sveučilištu Imperial College London, koji se bavi seizmološkim istraživanjima, na Twitteru je objavio ovu vijest i dodao da je za to područje izdana opasnost od tsunamija.
