Grad Zadar je u srijedu objavio natječaj za prodaju nekretnina u njegovom vlasništvu. 

U prvom natječaju Grad prodaje dvije čestice ukupne površine od 1368 kvadrata u katastarskoj općini Crno s početnom cijenom od 101 tisuća eura (768.519,00 kuna). 

U drugom natječaju Grad prodaje česticu površine četiri metra kavdratna s početnom cijenom od 480 eura (3.616,56 kuna) u katastarskoj općini Zadar. 

Rok za dostavljanje ponuda iznosi osam dana od dana objave javnog natječaja.

U cijenu nekretnina nisu uračunata porezna davanja koja plaća kupac, a ponude ponuditelja koji imaju neplaćene dospjele dugove prema Gradu Zadru neće se razmatrati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji ispunjava uvjete natječaja te je ponudio najvišu cijenu koja mora biti izražena u eurima, a ponude dostavljene u drugoj valuti neće se razmatrati.

Grad Zadar je u srijedu objavio natječaj za prodaju nekretnina u njegovom vlasništvu. 

U prvom natječaju Grad prodaje dvije čestice ukupne površine od 1368 kvadrata u katastarskoj općini Crno s početnom cijenom od 101 tisuća eura (768.519,00 kuna). 

U drugom natječaju Grad prodaje česticu površine četiri metra kavdratna s početnom cijenom od 480 eura (3.616,56 kuna) u katastarskoj općini Zadar. 

Rok za dostavljanje ponuda iznosi osam dana od dana objave javnog natječaja.

U cijenu nekretnina nisu uračunata porezna davanja koja plaća kupac, a ponude ponuditelja koji imaju neplaćene dospjele dugove prema Gradu Zadru neće se razmatrati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji ispunjava uvjete natječaja te je ponudio najvišu cijenu koja mora biti izražena u eurima, a ponude dostavljene u drugoj valuti neće se razmatrati.

Grad Zadar prodaje svoje nekretnine, radi se o tri parcele ukupne površine 1372 kvadrata

Grad Zadar je u srijedu objavio natječaj za prodaju nekretnina u njegovom vlasništvu. 

U prvom natječaju Grad prodaje dvije čestice ukupne površine od 1368 kvadrata u katastarskoj općini Crno s početnom cijenom od 101 tisuća eura (768.519,00 kuna). 

U drugom natječaju Grad prodaje česticu površine četiri metra kavdratna s početnom cijenom od 480 eura (3.616,56 kuna) u katastarskoj općini Zadar. 

Rok za dostavljanje ponuda iznosi osam dana od dana objave javnog natječaja.

U cijenu nekretnina nisu uračunata porezna davanja koja plaća kupac, a ponude ponuditelja koji imaju neplaćene dospjele dugove prema Gradu Zadru neće se razmatrati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji ispunjava uvjete natječaja te je ponudio najvišu cijenu koja mora biti izražena u eurima, a ponude dostavljene u drugoj valuti neće se razmatrati.
