Građevinari poslovno stambene zgrade u Ulici Put Murvice čija je konstrukcija morala biti porušena zbog izdizanja kao posljedice velikog povodnja prošle godine, došli su do razine postavljanja novih temelja. Uskoro bi se trebala zahuktati ponovna izgradnja konstrukcije zgrade koja bi trebala imati 120 stanova. Ipak, s ritmom predviđenog početka radova ponešto se kasni od prethodno zacrtanih planova, rekao nam je projektant zgrade i jedan od investitora dipl. ing. arh. Željko Predovan.

- Kasni nam armatura iz uvoza koja je zapela sa šleperima zbog snijegom zametenih cesta, jer se Hrvatska uglavnom gradi na talijanskom željezu i manjim dijelom iz Zenice, a naše željezare smo se potruditi uništiti, valjda nam nisu trebale, tako da čekamo armaturu kako bismo počeli s gradnjom. Oplate su krenule, mi smo taj dio podložnog betona i oplate temelja odradili, zamijenili smo i gromobranske trake koje su bile dijelom oštećene. Malo kasnimo u odnosu na predviđene planove, a ne idu nam na ruku niti kišni dani. Ali nećemo niti žuriti zbog toga, dosta nam je bilo pljuskova – kazao je Predovan.

Rušenje konstrukcije obavila je tvrtka VDM Promet iz Zagreba koja je uklonila tri gornje etaže i isto toliko podzemnih etaža, kao i samu temeljnu ploču. Još se nikad nije dogodilo u Hrvatskoj da se morala rušila nova konstrukcija zgrade u fazi gradnje zbog izdizanja iz temelja.

Katastrofa s novogradnjom u Ulici Put Murvice do sad je nezabilježen slučaj u hrvatskom građevinarstvu, koji je zadarskim investitorima zadao hrpe problema s obzirom da je osiguravajuća kuća kod koje je gradilište osigurano, odbilo platiti štetu nastalu uslijed velike poplave 11. rujna 2017. godine, pa je taj slučaj završio na sudu, a investitor je odlučio zgradu srušiti i ponovno je izgraditi iz temelja.

Građevinari poslovno stambene zgrade u Ulici Put Murvice čija je konstrukcija morala biti porušena zbog izdizanja kao posljedice velikog povodnja prošle godine, došli su do razine postavljanja novih temelja. Uskoro bi se trebala zahuktati ponovna izgradnja konstrukcije zgrade koja bi trebala imati 120 stanova. Ipak, s ritmom predviđenog početka radova ponešto se kasni od prethodno zacrtanih planova, rekao nam je projektant zgrade i jedan od investitora dipl. ing. arh. Željko Predovan.

- Kasni nam armatura iz uvoza koja je zapela sa šleperima zbog snijegom zametenih cesta, jer se Hrvatska uglavnom gradi na talijanskom željezu i manjim dijelom iz Zenice, a naše željezare smo se potruditi uništiti, valjda nam nisu trebale, tako da čekamo armaturu kako bismo počeli s gradnjom. Oplate su krenule, mi smo taj dio podložnog betona i oplate temelja odradili, zamijenili smo i gromobranske trake koje su bile dijelom oštećene. Malo kasnimo u odnosu na predviđene planove, a ne idu nam na ruku niti kišni dani. Ali nećemo niti žuriti zbog toga, dosta nam je bilo pljuskova – kazao je Predovan.

Rušenje konstrukcije obavila je tvrtka VDM Promet iz Zagreba koja je uklonila tri gornje etaže i isto toliko podzemnih etaža, kao i samu temeljnu ploču. Još se nikad nije dogodilo u Hrvatskoj da se morala rušila nova konstrukcija zgrade u fazi gradnje zbog izdizanja iz temelja.

Katastrofa s novogradnjom u Ulici Put Murvice do sad je nezabilježen slučaj u hrvatskom građevinarstvu, koji je zadarskim investitorima zadao hrpe problema s obzirom da je osiguravajuća kuća kod koje je gradilište osigurano, odbilo platiti štetu nastalu uslijed velike poplave 11. rujna 2017. godine, pa je taj slučaj završio na sudu, a investitor je odlučio zgradu srušiti i ponovno je izgraditi iz temelja.
