Hoće li Preko konačno dobiti još jedan, prijeko potrebni – hotel? To bi se prema svemu sudeći moglo dogoditi. Kako doznajemo, za izgradnju hotela Preko na mjestu nekadašnjeg istoimenog hotela, zatražena je građevinska dozvola, a na otoku se šuška da iza svega stoji Željko Dilber, poznat kao prijatelj generala Ante Gotovine.

Ta je informacija samo djelomično točna, jer iza investicije u hotel Preko stoji HOK Osiguranje čiji je glavni savjetnik Željko Dilber, kazao nam je načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić. Prema usvojenom prostornom planu, moguća je obnova, odnosno izgradnja hotela do 60 soba i ukupno 120 ležajeva, a zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom prema Brižićevim riječima zatražio je vlasnik tog zemljišta HOK osiguranje iz Zagreba koji kontrolira i udjele u Nauta Lamjani d.o.o. i Marini Preko d.o.o.

Vlasnici Marine Preko i Nauta Lamjane već su prije najavili da imaju ozbiljne planove za ulaganja u Općini Preko. Brižić ne krije kako u Preku priželjkuju izgradnju hotela, jer je postojeći heritage hotel Dunatovi dvori sa 14 soba od otvaranja neprestano popunjen, a bez još jednog većeg hotela u Preku teško je razvijati ozbiljniju turističku ponudu.

Nekadašnji hotel Preko izgrađen je 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i bio je u vlasništvu PZ Preka. Nakon pretvorbe i privatizacije našao se jedno vrijeme i u vlasništvu tvrtke Coning turizam iz Varaždina Radimira Čačića, ali se obnova nije dogodila, već je prodan britanskoj tvrtki Jupiter Adria osnovanoj za ciljane projekte u Hrvatskoj, koja je prije više od 20 godina najavljivala gradnju hotela Preko sa pet zvjezdica tada vrijednog 15 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je HOK osiguranje preuzelo Marinu Preko, Nauta Lamjane i zemljište za hotel, zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom pokazuje kako se namjerava konačno krenuti i u izgradnju hotela, za što investitori imaju podršku općinskih vlasti, ističe Brižić.

Hoće li Preko konačno dobiti još jedan, prijeko potrebni – hotel? To bi se prema svemu sudeći moglo dogoditi. Kako doznajemo, za izgradnju hotela Preko na mjestu nekadašnjeg istoimenog hotela, zatražena je građevinska dozvola, a na otoku se šuška da iza svega stoji Željko Dilber, poznat kao prijatelj generala Ante Gotovine.

Ta je informacija samo djelomično točna, jer iza investicije u hotel Preko stoji HOK Osiguranje čiji je glavni savjetnik Željko Dilber, kazao nam je načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić. Prema usvojenom prostornom planu, moguća je obnova, odnosno izgradnja hotela do 60 soba i ukupno 120 ležajeva, a zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom prema Brižićevim riječima zatražio je vlasnik tog zemljišta HOK osiguranje iz Zagreba koji kontrolira i udjele u Nauta Lamjani d.o.o. i Marini Preko d.o.o.

Vlasnici Marine Preko i Nauta Lamjane već su prije najavili da imaju ozbiljne planove za ulaganja u Općini Preko. Brižić ne krije kako u Preku priželjkuju izgradnju hotela, jer je postojeći heritage hotel Dunatovi dvori sa 14 soba od otvaranja neprestano popunjen, a bez još jednog većeg hotela u Preku teško je razvijati ozbiljniju turističku ponudu.

Nekadašnji hotel Preko izgrađen je 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i bio je u vlasništvu PZ Preka. Nakon pretvorbe i privatizacije našao se jedno vrijeme i u vlasništvu tvrtke Coning turizam iz Varaždina Radimira Čačića, ali se obnova nije dogodila, već je prodan britanskoj tvrtki Jupiter Adria osnovanoj za ciljane projekte u Hrvatskoj, koja je prije više od 20 godina najavljivala gradnju hotela Preko sa pet zvjezdica tada vrijednog 15 milijuna eura.

Hoće li Preko konačno dobiti još jedan, prijeko potrebni – hotel? To bi se prema svemu sudeći moglo dogoditi. Kako doznajemo, za izgradnju hotela Preko na mjestu nekadašnjeg istoimenog hotela, zatražena je građevinska dozvola, a na otoku se šuška da iza svega stoji Željko Dilber, poznat kao prijatelj generala Ante Gotovine.

Ta je informacija samo djelomično točna, jer iza investicije u hotel Preko stoji HOK Osiguranje čiji je glavni savjetnik Željko Dilber, kazao nam je načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić. Prema usvojenom prostornom planu, moguća je obnova, odnosno izgradnja hotela do 60 soba i ukupno 120 ležajeva, a zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom prema Brižićevim riječima zatražio je vlasnik tog zemljišta HOK osiguranje iz Zagreba koji kontrolira i udjele u Nauta Lamjani d.o.o. i Marini Preko d.o.o.

Vlasnici Marine Preko i Nauta Lamjane već su prije najavili da imaju ozbiljne planove za ulaganja u Općini Preko. Brižić ne krije kako u Preku priželjkuju izgradnju hotela, jer je postojeći heritage hotel Dunatovi dvori sa 14 soba od otvaranja neprestano popunjen, a bez još jednog većeg hotela u Preku teško je razvijati ozbiljniju turističku ponudu.

Nekadašnji hotel Preko izgrađen je 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i bio je u vlasništvu PZ Preka. Nakon pretvorbe i privatizacije našao se jedno vrijeme i u vlasništvu tvrtke Coning turizam iz Varaždina Radimira Čačića, ali se obnova nije dogodila, već je prodan britanskoj tvrtki Jupiter Adria osnovanoj za ciljane projekte u Hrvatskoj, koja je prije više od 20 godina najavljivala gradnju hotela Preko sa pet zvjezdica tada vrijednog 15 milijuna eura.
