Na Kolegiju župana održanom u srijedu bilo je govora i o ponovnoj prodaju bivše zgrade Zavoda za javno zdravstvo o čemu je okupljene izvijestio pročelnik za javnu nabavu Nikica Miletić.

- Upravno vijeće Zavoda za javno zdravstvo traži suglasnost za pokretanje postupka prodaje zgrade na Kolovarama ukupne površine 1900 metara kvadratnih, kazao je pročelnik Miletić.

Nakon što su objavljena dva natječaja na koja se nitko nije javio, zgrada je ponovno procijenjena te je njena sadašnja vrijednost s 26,4 milijuna kuna "pala" na 17 milijuna kuna.

Župan Božidar Longin istaknuo je kako se zgrada na Kolovarama prodaje zbog ugovora iz 2007 godine, odnosno sporazuma o sufinanciranju radova na izgradnji poliklinike zaključenim između Ministarstva zdravlja i zadarske Županije koji je definirano da će Županija kao suinvestitor prodajom te nekretnine osigurati opremanje nove Poliklinike.

Na Kolegiju župana održanom u srijedu bilo je govora i o ponovnoj prodaju bivše zgrade Zavoda za javno zdravstvo o čemu je okupljene izvijestio pročelnik za javnu nabavu Nikica Miletić.

- Upravno vijeće Zavoda za javno zdravstvo traži suglasnost za pokretanje postupka prodaje zgrade na Kolovarama ukupne površine 1900 metara kvadratnih, kazao je pročelnik Miletić.

Nakon što su objavljena dva natječaja na koja se nitko nije javio, zgrada je ponovno procijenjena te je njena sadašnja vrijednost s 26,4 milijuna kuna "pala" na 17 milijuna kuna.

Župan Božidar Longin istaknuo je kako se zgrada na Kolovarama prodaje zbog ugovora iz 2007 godine, odnosno sporazuma o sufinanciranju radova na izgradnji poliklinike zaključenim između Ministarstva zdravlja i zadarske Županije koji je definirano da će Županija kao suinvestitor prodajom te nekretnine osigurati opremanje nove Poliklinike.
