Adelu Frank (NL Enija Meštrovića) zanimalo je kada će biti nastavljena izgradnja vrtića u Diklu. Naime, u proračunu za 2023. nema predviđenih sredstava za vrtić, a javna nabava za idejni projekt zgrade napravljena je 2020. godine.

- Oglušili ste se na naš amandman od prošle godine, rekli ste da objekt „leži” na dvije gradske čestice različite namjene te da to treba riješiti kroz izmjene Prostornog plana Grada Zadra. Hoće li vrtić na Diklu doći u realizacija u 2025. ili 2026., hoće li djeca vrtićke dobio dočekati izgradnju vrtića u Diklu?

Odgovorio je pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap:

- Dok se prostorni plan ne izmjeni, ne možemo nastaviti s projektom vrtića. Sve ste lijepo objasnili i izražavam žaljenje zbog toga. Izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana su praktički zgotovljene, čekamo da nam Županijski zavod za prostorno planiranje dostavi konačni prijedlog. Međutim, Zavod je u problemu zato što mora uskladiti Prostorni plan Zadarske županije i Prostorni plan Grada Zadra. U prvom redu, što je krucijalno, izmjene koje se tiču broja hotelskih kreveta. Očekujemo da će izmjene i dopune biti uvažene, a onda i spremne za prezentaciju. Dakle, mogu se ispričati, ali nije na nama, nego izrađivaču – kazao je Kasap dodajući da će izmjene PPGZ-a ići u smjeru povećanje zelenila, brže realizacija hotelskih sadržaja, više parkirnih mjesta...

Adelu Frank (NL Enija Meštrovića) zanimalo je kada će biti nastavljena izgradnja vrtića u Diklu. Naime, u proračunu za 2023. nema predviđenih sredstava za vrtić, a javna nabava za idejni projekt zgrade napravljena je 2020. godine.

- Oglušili ste se na naš amandman od prošle godine, rekli ste da objekt „leži” na dvije gradske čestice različite namjene te da to treba riješiti kroz izmjene Prostornog plana Grada Zadra. Hoće li vrtić na Diklu doći u realizacija u 2025. ili 2026., hoće li djeca vrtićke dobio dočekati izgradnju vrtića u Diklu?

Odgovorio je pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap:

- Dok se prostorni plan ne izmjeni, ne možemo nastaviti s projektom vrtića. Sve ste lijepo objasnili i izražavam žaljenje zbog toga. Izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana su praktički zgotovljene, čekamo da nam Županijski zavod za prostorno planiranje dostavi konačni prijedlog. Međutim, Zavod je u problemu zato što mora uskladiti Prostorni plan Zadarske županije i Prostorni plan Grada Zadra. U prvom redu, što je krucijalno, izmjene koje se tiču broja hotelskih kreveta. Očekujemo da će izmjene i dopune biti uvažene, a onda i spremne za prezentaciju. Dakle, mogu se ispričati, ali nije na nama, nego izrađivaču – kazao je Kasap dodajući da će izmjene PPGZ-a ići u smjeru povećanje zelenila, brže realizacija hotelskih sadržaja, više parkirnih mjesta...

Novi vrtić u Diklu zapeo u Županijskom zavodu za prostorno planiranje zbog izmjena odredbi o broju - hotelskih soba!?

Adelu Frank (NL Enija Meštrovića) zanimalo je kada će biti nastavljena izgradnja vrtića u Diklu. Naime, u proračunu za 2023. nema predviđenih sredstava za vrtić, a javna nabava za idejni projekt zgrade napravljena je 2020. godine.

- Oglušili ste se na naš amandman od prošle godine, rekli ste da objekt „leži” na dvije gradske čestice različite namjene te da to treba riješiti kroz izmjene Prostornog plana Grada Zadra. Hoće li vrtić na Diklu doći u realizacija u 2025. ili 2026., hoće li djeca vrtićke dobio dočekati izgradnju vrtića u Diklu?

Odgovorio je pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap:

- Dok se prostorni plan ne izmjeni, ne možemo nastaviti s projektom vrtića. Sve ste lijepo objasnili i izražavam žaljenje zbog toga. Izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana su praktički zgotovljene, čekamo da nam Županijski zavod za prostorno planiranje dostavi konačni prijedlog. Međutim, Zavod je u problemu zato što mora uskladiti Prostorni plan Zadarske županije i Prostorni plan Grada Zadra. U prvom redu, što je krucijalno, izmjene koje se tiču broja hotelskih kreveta. Očekujemo da će izmjene i dopune biti uvažene, a onda i spremne za prezentaciju. Dakle, mogu se ispričati, ali nije na nama, nego izrađivaču – kazao je Kasap dodajući da će izmjene PPGZ-a ići u smjeru povećanje zelenila, brže realizacija hotelskih sadržaja, više parkirnih mjesta...
