Na glavnim prometnim pravcima, rekonstruiranoj Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana, na Bulevaru (Ulici Ante Starčevića), na zadarskoj obilaznici (Ulica Hrvatskog sabora), Putu Bokanjca... nepregledne kolone. Iako je u Zadru u punom opsegu proradio sustav Inteligentnog transportnog sustava vrijedan 9 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a) kojim se upravlja iz tzv., Pametne sobe u Poduzetničkom inkubatoru Inovativni Zadar, gužve su u udarnim prometnim "pikovima" veće nego ikad. Vozači se pitaju "što se događa"? Sustav koji obuhvaća uvođenje novih semafora s potrebnom opremom povezanih sa softverom u kontrolnoj sobi, u testnoj je funkciji bio od ožujka ove godine, prije nekoliko dana utvrđeno je da sve funkcionira besprijekorno. Ali zašto onda tolike gužve.

Odgovor je u - ljudskom faktoru, odnosno činjenici da sustavom za sada upravlja računalo, a ne čovjek. Iako je ITS opremljen senzorima koji bi trebali "prepoznavati" gužve i otvarati prometne pravce gdje su zastoji, čovjek je taj koji bi trebao takve situacije bolje prepoznavati i upravljati njima iz pametne sobe, a za sada ga još uvijek - nema.

Na predstavljanju Pametne sobe, kazano je da je predviđeno da sustavom upravlja operater koji može u svakom trenutku detektirati na nekom pravcu gužvu i reagirati promjenom intenziteta svjetlosne regulacije. Promet se do tada regulira preddefiniranim pragovima za koje se smatra ako je promet intenzivniji od njih, da je gužva na tom pravcu. Kraći program je ukoliko nema veće gužve pa se izmjene signalizacije događaju brže. Ukoliko je veća gužva, sustav će primijeniti najduži mogući program.

Zadarskim prometom trenutno upravlja umjetna inteligencija, a tako će biti do trenutka kad se obuče djelatnici koji će pomoću "ljudskog faktora" moći reagirati na zastoje, smanjivati gužve, odnosno povećavati intenzitet prometa. U planu je uvođenje djelatnika koji bi upravljali sustavom i intervenirali za najvećih gužvi, s tim što bi upravljanje Centrom ubuduće preuzeo Inovativni Zadar, a to bi se moglo dogoditi kad se odblokira gradski proračun. Do tada sustav može raditi automatizmom kao i do sada, pomoću ugrađenih senzora. Ne pridonosi niti činjenica da su neke ključne gradske ulice poput Puta Murvice i Puta Dikla trenutno blokirane i u radovima, pa se opterećenje "prelijeva" na druge prometne pravce.

Drugim riječima, pripremite se na gužve i zastoje. A ljeto još nije niti počelo...

Na glavnim prometnim pravcima, rekonstruiranoj Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana, na Bulevaru (Ulici Ante Starčevića), na zadarskoj obilaznici (Ulica Hrvatskog sabora), Putu Bokanjca... nepregledne kolone. Iako je u Zadru u punom opsegu proradio sustav Inteligentnog transportnog sustava vrijedan 9 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a) kojim se upravlja iz tzv., Pametne sobe u Poduzetničkom inkubatoru Inovativni Zadar, gužve su u udarnim prometnim "pikovima" veće nego ikad. Vozači se pitaju "što se događa"? Sustav koji obuhvaća uvođenje novih semafora s potrebnom opremom povezanih sa softverom u kontrolnoj sobi, u testnoj je funkciji bio od ožujka ove godine, prije nekoliko dana utvrđeno je da sve funkcionira besprijekorno. Ali zašto onda tolike gužve.

Odgovor je u - ljudskom faktoru, odnosno činjenici da sustavom za sada upravlja računalo, a ne čovjek. Iako je ITS opremljen senzorima koji bi trebali "prepoznavati" gužve i otvarati prometne pravce gdje su zastoji, čovjek je taj koji bi trebao takve situacije bolje prepoznavati i upravljati njima iz pametne sobe, a za sada ga još uvijek - nema.

Na predstavljanju Pametne sobe, kazano je da je predviđeno da sustavom upravlja operater koji može u svakom trenutku detektirati na nekom pravcu gužvu i reagirati promjenom intenziteta svjetlosne regulacije. Promet se do tada regulira preddefiniranim pragovima za koje se smatra ako je promet intenzivniji od njih, da je gužva na tom pravcu. Kraći program je ukoliko nema veće gužve pa se izmjene signalizacije događaju brže. Ukoliko je veća gužva, sustav će primijeniti najduži mogući program.

Zadarskim prometom trenutno upravlja umjetna inteligencija, a tako će biti do trenutka kad se obuče djelatnici koji će pomoću "ljudskog faktora" moći reagirati na zastoje, smanjivati gužve, odnosno povećavati intenzitet prometa. U planu je uvođenje djelatnika koji bi upravljali sustavom i intervenirali za najvećih gužvi, s tim što bi upravljanje Centrom ubuduće preuzeo Inovativni Zadar, a to bi se moglo dogoditi kad se odblokira gradski proračun. Do tada sustav može raditi automatizmom kao i do sada, pomoću ugrađenih senzora. Ne pridonosi niti činjenica da su neke ključne gradske ulice poput Puta Murvice i Puta Dikla trenutno blokirane i u radovima, pa se opterećenje "prelijeva" na druge prometne pravce.

Drugim riječima, pripremite se na gužve i zastoje. A ljeto još nije niti počelo...

"Pametna soba" pala na ispitu? U udarnim satima prometne gužve veće nego ikad, vozači se žale: ITS ne funkcionira, nešto pod hitno poduzmite!

Na glavnim prometnim pravcima, rekonstruiranoj Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana, na Bulevaru (Ulici Ante Starčevića), na zadarskoj obilaznici (Ulica Hrvatskog sabora), Putu Bokanjca... nepregledne kolone. Iako je u Zadru u punom opsegu proradio sustav Inteligentnog transportnog sustava vrijedan 9 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a) kojim se upravlja iz tzv., Pametne sobe u Poduzetničkom inkubatoru Inovativni Zadar, gužve su u udarnim prometnim "pikovima" veće nego ikad. Vozači se pitaju "što se događa"? Sustav koji obuhvaća uvođenje novih semafora s potrebnom opremom povezanih sa softverom u kontrolnoj sobi, u testnoj je funkciji bio od ožujka ove godine, prije nekoliko dana utvrđeno je da sve funkcionira besprijekorno. Ali zašto onda tolike gužve.

Odgovor je u - ljudskom faktoru, odnosno činjenici da sustavom za sada upravlja računalo, a ne čovjek. Iako je ITS opremljen senzorima koji bi trebali "prepoznavati" gužve i otvarati prometne pravce gdje su zastoji, čovjek je taj koji bi trebao takve situacije bolje prepoznavati i upravljati njima iz pametne sobe, a za sada ga još uvijek - nema.

Na predstavljanju Pametne sobe, kazano je da je predviđeno da sustavom upravlja operater koji može u svakom trenutku detektirati na nekom pravcu gužvu i reagirati promjenom intenziteta svjetlosne regulacije. Promet se do tada regulira preddefiniranim pragovima za koje se smatra ako je promet intenzivniji od njih, da je gužva na tom pravcu. Kraći program je ukoliko nema veće gužve pa se izmjene signalizacije događaju brže. Ukoliko je veća gužva, sustav će primijeniti najduži mogući program.

Zadarskim prometom trenutno upravlja umjetna inteligencija, a tako će biti do trenutka kad se obuče djelatnici koji će pomoću "ljudskog faktora" moći reagirati na zastoje, smanjivati gužve, odnosno povećavati intenzitet prometa. U planu je uvođenje djelatnika koji bi upravljali sustavom i intervenirali za najvećih gužvi, s tim što bi upravljanje Centrom ubuduće preuzeo Inovativni Zadar, a to bi se moglo dogoditi kad se odblokira gradski proračun. Do tada sustav može raditi automatizmom kao i do sada, pomoću ugrađenih senzora. Ne pridonosi niti činjenica da su neke ključne gradske ulice poput Puta Murvice i Puta Dikla trenutno blokirane i u radovima, pa se opterećenje "prelijeva" na druge prometne pravce.

Drugim riječima, pripremite se na gužve i zastoje. A ljeto još nije niti počelo...
