Na 900 kuna novčane kazne osuđen je u prekršajnom postupku 60-godišnji Zadranin koji je susjeda koji je prolazio cestom vrijeđao riječima: „nosi, nosi kantu majku ti j... četničku, ajde u Banja Luku cigane“, što je ponovio više puta dok je u svojem dvorištu reproducirao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijemnika.

Incident se odigrao 11. rujna 2019. godine u 17,45 sati u dvorištu njegove obiteljske kuće u kojoj živi sam.

Na saslušanju je izjavio da je navedene prigode u dvorištu obiteljske kuće bio pod utjecajem alkohola, te da je sjedio za stolom sa svojim susjedom i tu da su nešto žustro raspravljali, Opovrgnuo je da je tom prigodom vikao i vrijeđao susjeda.

Potvrdio je da je puštao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijamnika, no pojasnio je kako inače sa svojim susjedima nije ni u kakvoj svađi jedino da bi ga susjedi ponekad upozoravali da stiša glazbu.

Pojasnio je da inače govori malo glasnije jer slabije čuje, na što da su ga upozorili i njegovi susjedi.

Sud međutim nije prihvatio njegovo svjedočenje jer je bilo u suprotnosti s iskazima svjedoka, pa je njegovu obranu ocijenio kao način za izbjegavanje prekršajne odgovornosti.

Činjenica da je počinio prekršaj pod utjecajem alkohola ga ne ispričava budući se on sam, kako je zaključeno na sudu, doveo u takvo stanje.

Na 900 kuna novčane kazne osuđen je u prekršajnom postupku 60-godišnji Zadranin koji je susjeda koji je prolazio cestom vrijeđao riječima: „nosi, nosi kantu majku ti j... četničku, ajde u Banja Luku cigane“, što je ponovio više puta dok je u svojem dvorištu reproducirao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijemnika.

Incident se odigrao 11. rujna 2019. godine u 17,45 sati u dvorištu njegove obiteljske kuće u kojoj živi sam.

Na saslušanju je izjavio da je navedene prigode u dvorištu obiteljske kuće bio pod utjecajem alkohola, te da je sjedio za stolom sa svojim susjedom i tu da su nešto žustro raspravljali, Opovrgnuo je da je tom prigodom vikao i vrijeđao susjeda.

Potvrdio je da je puštao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijamnika, no pojasnio je kako inače sa svojim susjedima nije ni u kakvoj svađi jedino da bi ga susjedi ponekad upozoravali da stiša glazbu.

Pojasnio je da inače govori malo glasnije jer slabije čuje, na što da su ga upozorili i njegovi susjedi.

Sud međutim nije prihvatio njegovo svjedočenje jer je bilo u suprotnosti s iskazima svjedoka, pa je njegovu obranu ocijenio kao način za izbjegavanje prekršajne odgovornosti.

Činjenica da je počinio prekršaj pod utjecajem alkohola ga ne ispričava budući se on sam, kako je zaključeno na sudu, doveo u takvo stanje.

Pijani Zadranin vrijeđao susjeda: „nosi, nosi kantu majku ti j... četničku, ajde u Banja Luku cigane“, pa dobio novčanu kaznu!

Na 900 kuna novčane kazne osuđen je u prekršajnom postupku 60-godišnji Zadranin koji je susjeda koji je prolazio cestom vrijeđao riječima: „nosi, nosi kantu majku ti j... četničku, ajde u Banja Luku cigane“, što je ponovio više puta dok je u svojem dvorištu reproducirao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijemnika.

Incident se odigrao 11. rujna 2019. godine u 17,45 sati u dvorištu njegove obiteljske kuće u kojoj živi sam.

Na saslušanju je izjavio da je navedene prigode u dvorištu obiteljske kuće bio pod utjecajem alkohola, te da je sjedio za stolom sa svojim susjedom i tu da su nešto žustro raspravljali, Opovrgnuo je da je tom prigodom vikao i vrijeđao susjeda.

Potvrdio je da je puštao preglasnu glazbu sa radio prijamnika, no pojasnio je kako inače sa svojim susjedima nije ni u kakvoj svađi jedino da bi ga susjedi ponekad upozoravali da stiša glazbu.

Pojasnio je da inače govori malo glasnije jer slabije čuje, na što da su ga upozorili i njegovi susjedi.

Sud međutim nije prihvatio njegovo svjedočenje jer je bilo u suprotnosti s iskazima svjedoka, pa je njegovu obranu ocijenio kao način za izbjegavanje prekršajne odgovornosti.

Činjenica da je počinio prekršaj pod utjecajem alkohola ga ne ispričava budući se on sam, kako je zaključeno na sudu, doveo u takvo stanje.
