Po drugi puta poništen je natječaj za niveliranje terena i izgradnju grobnica na novom gradskom groblju u Crnom. Nakon što je prvi put natječaj poništen jer je na njega stigla ponuda koja je uvelike premašivala procijenjenu vrijednost, drugi je natječaj poništen zbog blokade gradskog proračuna. Naime, za vrijeme "tehničkog proračuna" Grad Zadar ne smije preuzimati nove obveze, pa se i očekivalo kako će natječaj za izgradnju grobnica biti poništen.
Podsjetimo kako su na drugi natječaj, čija je procijenjena vrijednost iznosila 2,7 milijuna eura (bez PDV-a), stigle dvije ponude.
Zajednica ponuditelja PE-VLA-KU s Kosova ponudila je ponudila 2.555.555 eura (bez PDV-a), dok je zadarska građevinska tvrtka Krekić Avandard ponudila cijenu od 2.672.515 eura (bez PDV-a).
Nakon deblokade proračuna Grad Zadar će po treći puta otvoriti natječaj, a izvođač radova će trebati napraviti prvu grobnu cjelinu koja se sastoji od tri grobna polja: grobno polje V imat će 124 grobnice, a grobna polja VI i VIII po 146 grobnica. Radovi na izgradnji grobnica moraju biti napravljeni u roku od 27 mjeseci od potpisa ugovora.
Novo gradsko groblje prostire se na površini od ukupno 33 hektra. Osnovna podjela površina groblja je na vanjski prostor gdje se nalazi prometna i komunalna infrastruktura te na unutrašnji prostor groblja gdje će se nalaziti osam grobnih cjelina (jedna za ukop u zemlju i jedna za slučaj epidemije) te površina za centralne funkcije. Kada se novo groblje u potpunosti izgradi, na njemu će se nalaziti sveukupno 30.198 grobnih mjesta.
Trenutne radovi na groblju, koji obuhvaćaju izgradnju ispraćajnice, pristupne ceste, parkinga, lagune za oborinske vode, trafostanice i dio puta oko groblja, teške 25 milijuna kuna, provodi zajednica tvrtki PE-VLA-KU koju je angažirao Grad Zadar.

Po drugi puta poništen je natječaj za niveliranje terena i izgradnju grobnica na novom gradskom groblju u Crnom. Nakon što je prvi put natječaj poništen jer je na njega stigla ponuda koja je uvelike premašivala procijenjenu vrijednost, drugi je natječaj poništen zbog blokade gradskog proračuna. Naime, za vrijeme "tehničkog proračuna" Grad Zadar ne smije preuzimati nove obveze, pa se i očekivalo kako će natječaj za izgradnju grobnica biti poništen.
Podsjetimo kako su na drugi natječaj, čija je procijenjena vrijednost iznosila 2,7 milijuna eura (bez PDV-a), stigle dvije ponude.
Zajednica ponuditelja PE-VLA-KU s Kosova ponudila je ponudila 2.555.555 eura (bez PDV-a), dok je zadarska građevinska tvrtka Krekić Avandard ponudila cijenu od 2.672.515 eura (bez PDV-a).
Nakon deblokade proračuna Grad Zadar će po treći puta otvoriti natječaj, a izvođač radova će trebati napraviti prvu grobnu cjelinu koja se sastoji od tri grobna polja: grobno polje V imat će 124 grobnice, a grobna polja VI i VIII po 146 grobnica. Radovi na izgradnji grobnica moraju biti napravljeni u roku od 27 mjeseci od potpisa ugovora.
Novo gradsko groblje prostire se na površini od ukupno 33 hektra. Osnovna podjela površina groblja je na vanjski prostor gdje se nalazi prometna i komunalna infrastruktura te na unutrašnji prostor groblja gdje će se nalaziti osam grobnih cjelina (jedna za ukop u zemlju i jedna za slučaj epidemije) te površina za centralne funkcije. Kada se novo groblje u potpunosti izgradi, na njemu će se nalaziti sveukupno 30.198 grobnih mjesta.
Trenutne radovi na groblju, koji obuhvaćaju izgradnju ispraćajnice, pristupne ceste, parkinga, lagune za oborinske vode, trafostanice i dio puta oko groblja, teške 25 milijuna kuna, provodi zajednica tvrtki PE-VLA-KU koju je angažirao Grad Zadar.
